Hii !! Currently in an account I have synchronized the crm with google calendar with the argentina / buenos aires time zone. In the CRM eh created an event at 12 PM but in the calendar google appears at 10 AM. In the CRM, in the "account" and in google calendar the time zone is UTC - 3:00 Argentina time Buenos Aires. I am receiving this message when I try to sync gmail. You cannot create a POP account, as your email incoming is blocked. Retry after the Incoming has been unblocked. Any clues as to what this might be. 'Unfortunately there's been an error - Zoho CRM has stopped. I've uninstalled it on my phone (galaxy s3) altogether, as it stopped loading every time with the crash message above. The tablet Galaxy NOTE 8 does better as you can use it, but it crashes 1 in three times at the worst moment, such as after entering a large note field, losing the lot. Hi. I would like to sync my contact in Zoho in my gmail account. The process is easy, but, just one thing cause some troubles... the address. In Zoho, the complete address is formed by many field (Street, zipped, etc), but when I want to map it with gmail, I see only "Personal adresse", "professional adresse", etc. But I cannot map street with street, apartment with apartment, etc. The only solution I found is to use custom field, but it's not really a good solution. Hi, I am starting to use Zoho CRM and Project. I want to roll it out across the company but obviously want it to be as slick as possible before I do. I love it but am struggling on some things particularly the integration with Gmail. I am hoping someone can help. I dont know why, but when I go to "setup" - "Apps & Add-ons", and then to "google apps" to sincronize the contacts from my account "yomeanimoyvos@gmail.com" ( my bussiness email ), it get my contacts from "bernardocari@gmail.com" ( my personal email ). Hi, There are 3 of us in our organisation, and we want to use the Google contact sync to keep our contacts between google apps and Zoho in sync. One of our organisation has been able to sync contacts fine through the google contact sync option, however the rest of us have been left out in the cold. I had some free time today to begin looking at the Zoho CRM for Google Apps add-on that's found in the Google Apps Marketplace. We were hoping this would actually provide "integration" for Contacts, but it seems to be nothing other than a very basic import function.
