How do you assign a tag to a lead based on completion of a form?
We have several forms on our site... How do we assign tags to leads who complete specific forms? Thanks
Cannot edit cookie policy banner
Hi there, I want to add the cookie policy banner to my website, however the banner appears at the bottom of the page behind the SalesIQ chat widget. I wanted to move the cookie policy banner to the top of the page so I clicked the Edit button but I get a page that says I do not have permission. I am an admin and created the account through Zoho One. Thanks Craig
Library - NO IMAGE PREVIEW
So annoying, some folders are not showing the thumbnails/Preview of the images inside the folder. Specially when created the form and trying to change the background image there is no preview of the images within the folder.
Email verification
Does a lead have to confirm their email address after filling in a form form before we can market to them? Or is there a setting to put this off. Thanks Shaun

Match End User Timezones on Emails
Let it be know I am a HUGE fan of MH. :) When you are configuring a journey to send out an email you have to pick a time you would like to send it out. This works great if ALL your customers are in the same timezone. It would be very helpful if you could align with the timezone of your user. Meaning if you want to send an email at 8:00PM this would would vary depending on the timezone of your customer. I believe this function already exists within email campaigns. JOURNEYS: Is there a WAIT or DELAY block we can drop in?
I find I would like to put a WAIT condition or a DELAY condition on a path in Journeys. Is there a standard way to do this, or is this not available, or is there workarounds (possibly conditions)?

I have set up a very simple Journey, it literally just sends an email to a lead if he or she hits a certain page on my website and fills in a smart pop up form. It doesnt work! I have tried other variations, equally simple but still I couldnt get it to work, Has anybody actually used Journeys and if so what are you using it for? Regards, Elisabeth
Open Rate Decreased after moving from Mail Chimp to Marketing Hub
Hi, My company recently switched from MailChimp to Marketing Hub by Zoho. We noticed that our open rate dropped from an average of around 25% to around 15% on the first few campaigns sent from Marketing Hub. Can anyone provide insight on why this may have happened? Thank you
The goal doesn't work
Hi, We created the website with Zoho Sites and connected it with Marketing Hub, we can see how many visitors, create event, and even create tracking URL. We created goals with the setting visit a particular page and with selected the right page but the goals weren't counted.
Using journeys in CRM
Hi, Just sat in the Zoholics conference in London! Are we able to use journeys in marketing hub for our already completed leads (so customers) in CRM as well? Or is Marketing Hub solely for lead nurturing?

Setting up a multi level campaign
I could use some advice on how to do the following. What I would like to do is send out an email campaign for a local 1/2 day workshop. They will need to sign up for it and pay to attend. Settings --> Subscription says Dormat
Hi, Marketing Hub looks great and I've connected via Zoho One. Under Settings --> Subscription the plan says Dormant and I can't get my website to activate. It was working OK over the weekend but today it says the website is Inactive (under web assistant). When I click activate it reverts back to Inactive. Any ideas? Many thanks. Jon
