Zoho Pagesense error clicking link
I've added zoho page sense link to my SPA angular application and it seems to be working well for the most part but its breaking links on my site. If I refresh the page it seems to work. Hello, Until recently, Page Sense has been running on my Zoho Commerce store with no problems. It seems however that something either changed, or I possibly made a change on my side that changed certain behaviors of the site. Hi, I have an A/B test for mobile in draft mode. I have created the variation and I can see it is applying the changes correctly when checking using the Editor. Problem is when checking using QA mode. In QA mode the changes are not applied to the variation, even after I select the variation on the QA mode box, set the Audience Segment to mobile. So, since at the editor is fine, but at QA mode the changes seems to not be applied, I can't start the test because I don't know if the variation willSalesIQ / PageSense Data Mixmatch
There's a lot some skewed data between PageSense and Sales IQ. Sales IQ may show one city or location for the visitor, but then PageSense may have a different location for the visitor when you go to view the recording. The location name is also not a column in the recording listing, which would help a lot too. It would be awesome if the location information (and the recording/session identifier) was somehow synced or shared between Sales IQ and PageSense. Installed the script snippet in our Wordpress website via a plugin that allows header and footer scripts to be inserted. The header is common to all pages of the site. When viewing recorded sessions, it appears the raw, unstyled page is displaying which doesn't allow one to see the actual actions of the site visitor. I am using Page Sense to run an A/B test off ads on FB and the conversions showing up in Pagesense are way lower than what FB is showing? My trigger for conversion is the user going to the confirmation page but it might happen a few minutes/hours later - for e..g, if they pay via PayPal, they might not go to the confirmation page until they get an email later. Is it a session issue i.e. it's only recording conversions for a particular visitor for a certain time? Hi, I'm trying to use pagesense for heatmaps and session recordings, but I got a problem, related to the fact that my application is a SPA that uses Vue.js and Vue-router. The first page always loads fine, regardless the route, but when user clicks on links I immediately see a blank screen on the video, instead of the next page's UI. I ran into a problem with two different websites where when I view the heat map experiment, the CSS for the page is not loaded under the heat map overlay. When going to the page directly, everything looks fine. The page also looks right on the Experiments page where a screenshot is used as the thumbnail... The sites are both WordPress websites. Hello I have a Pagesense snippet on this site https://profitsavvy.org It seems to be correctly installed. When I click 'verify snippet' it opens a test window but there is no response. When I do the same thing with a site that does not have a snippet it does the same thing but then responded to say "snippet not found". I have run the applciation for several days without logging any responses so I belive the snippet is not working properly. Can anyone assist? Thanks Scott
