I am trying to set up a project template for our travel agency that is sales focused, so employess and staf involved, all know what tasks they are assigned for every new booking. Hello, In alignment-meetings with teams it is very handy to go over all open tasks within projects to discuss & have further (status)updates and at same time edit or update tickets/tasks. I have a suggestion. You can give the capability to the user in specific comments to give permissions which user can see it and for the other can be hidden. Of course default is all and then you can pick. I suggest this Idea because we constantly have a minor problem when in one task there is collaboration between managers and employees. I am trying to associate a file in one of the Shared drives to a project and I only see files in the "My Drive" and "Shared with me " areas of Google Drive. Tip 37: Time Log Restriction in Zoho Projects
Timesheet in Zoho Projects helps you big time in entering log hours for the tasks and issues and approving them. Now, with the new Time Log Restriction option, you can set daily and weekly log hour limits. You can restrict users from entering extra log hours than the permissible limit. The limits are restricted to 24 hours per day and 168 hours per week by default based on business hours. I believe that sorting of tasks helps managing the activities in a better fashion. You might second it too . By default, the tasks are listed chronologically.
