Campaign bounce status to be found in CRM
I have a question about finding Campaign Bounces in CRM. I have enabled the "Update Campaign member status in CRM" option on Campaign. However when I use the filter 'Member Status is bounced' on CRM, it does not capture all of the leads that have a 'bounced'

Mas Update "Account Name" field of Contacts
A number of contacts were added without an Account Name details. I wanted to add all of the contacts to the correct account using the "Mass Update" Function. However, the "Account Name" field is not one of the options that I can select to mass update. Is there a reason for this? Is there a way I can mass update the "Account Name" of a contact?

No SMS logging for RingCentral
I am evaluating Zoho to see if it is right for my company. So far so good, I have one major hiccup and that is by the looks of it, if I am a Ringcentral customer then I am out of luck. With out purchasing new did’s (Numbers) or paying to use a third party software and using their did’s, I cannot send sms through Zoho using RC’s DID’s, when I do use them it is not logged in the lead or contact history. This is about 65% of the contact with my customers currently and to not have that integration solidified
