Some users have lost the sync for email sent from a Zoho Mail group email address. The emails are not showing against the record in the CRM. sync accounts/contacts where books is more up to date
In my implementation I have lost sync between CRM and Books. Books is where all of our day to day work is done. However I am looking to begin leveraging CRM. I want to be sure that when I initiate sync, that where a customer company is present in both, that the more recently updated Books data would overwrite the CRM company and contacts data. Where to begin. Critical Problems 1. Plugin prevents Elementor from loading when a form shortcode is in place. The only way to continue to edit via Elementor once the page has been saved with the shortcode (and exited out of Elementor) is to disable the plugin. 365 uploading emails to CRM
So, I would like to know if there is a way (a better way, we have tried the Nokia Lumia emulator plugin, its terrible) to be able to put selected 365 emails into CRM. So far it seems no, and I don't think I am going to get our IT department to allow us to open up our servers to Zoho, so a plugin or connector would be nice, however last time we tried with the Outlook plugin it was uploading internal emails which we deemed a privacy risk.

Dialer that works with scheduled calls not lead fields
I schedule and assign calls in Zoho using the calls module. I would assume this is how most people manage calls. The problem I'm having is that all of the dialer integrations I've seen so far don't actually work with the call module. Events module rename to Meetings has broken CRM to Analytics sync
Finally connected with Support as syncing Zoho CRM with Zoho Analytics has started failing today. Appearently Zoho's renaming of Events to Meetings has broken the sync functionality. In case you're seeing the same sync failures you'll know why. Mission critical for us so hope the patch of this major error comes soon!

I've been trying to fix this issue for quite some time now. My CRM is being fed by Booker through API. Booker is filling out single line fields inside the CRM. However, I want to trigger automations based on time/date properties. That can only be accomplished by having date/time specific values. My question is, if there's a way to copy that information, transform the format and make it into a date or time field? If there's any missing information to complete this, let me know. Best :)

Office365(outlook emails) Zoho CRM integration
Hi guys We're looking to buy Zoho CRM and are currently trialling. I'm working from a MacBook fyi. I've so spent 3 hours on live chat today with Zoho as we couldn't get the two to integrate properly, even with the plug in installed but finally managed to get there. The only thing that is an issue is how the CRM treats emails sent from outlook to contacts. As there is no way to link an outgoing email to an account/contact/deal in the, whilst the CRM will pick up an email sent to a contact automatically
