Zoho MailChimp Integrations - Syncing only a subset?
Hello Zoho Community, I am researching options for Zoho/MailChimp integration. For the client I am working with, the Zoho CRM database contains only a subset of the total contacts. We do NOT want to sync all of the MailChimp contacts to this database. The problem we are trying to solve is this: We want to automatically sync unsubscribes from MailChimp to Zoho. Zoho CRM and Zoho Books integration
I have integrated our Zoho CRM and Zoho Books account. I was able to view the Zoho Books module within Zoho CRM with no issues. I am the admin of both our Zoho CRM and Zoho Books accounts. However when one of my uses try to access the Zoho Books module within Zoho CRM they get the message Insufficient Privileges to perform this operation. Contact your Administrator. After checking, it seems like only with admin profiles in Zoho CRM can access the Zoho Books modules. I don't want to give admin profiles

I get a consistent error message when I try to integrate LinkedIn and Zoho. Both Twitter and Facebook work fine but LinkedIn does not. I already tried some of the suggenstions form previous discussion and I still don't have a succesfull integration. Any ideas? Thanks

Automatically Download Audio Calls
Hi, We use RingCentral and we are very happy that it is now integrated with Zoho. That being said, we need to be able to automatically download each call into the Zoho lead. We run an outbound call center, and we can listen to the calls on RingCentral, but they only stay in the system for 60 days; after that they are automatically deleted. If anyone knows of a way to do this, that would be greatly appreciated!!

Cannot integrate Zoho CRM with Google contacts
Hi, i wrote for 2 days at some support email of Zoho, on chats, feedback forms etc. I write already on forum. I try now Zoho CRM plus, and I want to integrate my account with Google contacts. I found in help some manual to make this, but I haven't these options in my Setup page in CRM. I haven't under Extensions nothing about Google integrations, or something similiar.
Why does deleting emails in zoho mail also deletes them in CRM?
I use Zoho Mail as well as Zoho CRM and would like to be able to save emails in the CRM, but not necessarily in the mail app. Is there a setting I could change in the mail app that will allow me to delete the emails in that app and still have them saved in the CRM? I imagine there is, however I am not sure how I would do it.

We are having a tough time getting our sales team to log all of their activity in Zoho and he was thinking something like this might meet our needs. We have been using Zoho CRM for some time and very happy with it. Sadly we have to ask our clients via email for personal data like date of birth, national insurance number, tax reference code etc. It would be great to see if users can access some of the fields so that they can populate the information for us. RingCentral Zoho integration problem with Softphone
Anyone get RingCentral Zoho integration to work with the Soft Phone Desktop for Mac? When I click on the call button in Zoho it rings my hard polycom desk phone, which is great when I'm in the office. When I'm home I try to use the softphone for the same integration, but I can't get the soft phone to ring. I turned off the desk phone entirely on the back end, and just have the softphone on. I still can't get Zoho to ring the softphone via the integration. Anyone get this to work?

Has anyone been able to get the twillio sms add on to work? I would live to send text messages to prospects and customers in zoho but I am unable to get the add on to show up on the contact or lead pages. There are several sms add ons in the market place - some appear to be out of business. So I was wondering if anyone has success sending sms via zoho in any way? Thank You

How do I "unassociate" a form with a custom tab?
Hi, I developed an App and Form in Zoho Creator to test to see how it works. I imported the app/form into Zoho CRM and liked what I did. The form required some changes, which I was able to do in Creator. Now when I try to import the app/form into Zoho CRM again, I get the following error message: "This form is already associated with a custom tab. Please choose another form." I tried to find the custom tab, but can't find that either. Where/how would I break the association? Thank you! John Galich

I've read a couple of posts on the forum where people were able to get this to work via a custom function but I haven't been able to get it to work - can someone help? Calls notifications not appearing
Just recently integrated elastix pbx to our Zoho CRM account and last week we were getting calls notifications. Calls pop up appears at the lower right side of the screen. But now there are no notifications at all. We don't know how to resolve this and we cannot find any documentation for this matter in the internet. Please help us resolve this.
