Hi, I have a problem when i want add a new user of my google apps organisation. The new user receive the confirmation mail but not appear than confirmed user in my backoffice So, the user acces to Zoho CRM but not mine Sorry for my poor english and thanks for your responses
365 Outlook Re-Sync Contacts from Zoho CRM
Hi, Would someone kindly point me in the right direction. I have removed my old Outlook PST File and the contacts that were in there. I have installed Outlook 365 and have a local copy. Installed the Zoho Plugin for Outlook. Tried to sync Zoho with my new Outlook to retrieve all the contacts but the Sync is saying there is nothing to sync. Please advise how I get the Zoho CRM Contacts to populate my new Outlook Contact folder. Regards, J.

Dear All, I just signed up for Zoho. I tried everthing, looked up helpfiles to synchonize but I do not see the ZOHO app under 'Google Apps. Importing Google Contacs from CSV will loose too much data, so that's no option for me. Could someone please help me with this!? Thank you so much already! Cheerz, Inge
Workato Recipe for Connecting Zoho CRM to Quickbooks Online
I'm using a trial version of Zoho CRM Professional to test out the feature set. I'm using some canned recipes on Workato that are supposed to transfer data to Quickbooks Online from Zoho CRM based on a trigger. My connections appear to be good, but it doesn't look like Workato is able to connect to Zoho CRM or Zoho CRM isn't playing nicely with Workato. Is anyone else using Workato successfully to transfer data to Quickbooks Online from Zoho CRM?
Outlook Add-In Email Sync Error
When sending emails and trying to add the email to Zoho CRM using the Outlook Add-In, we get an unhandled exception error. We are running Outlook 2013 and using the plugin "Supported Microsoft Outlook versions: 2007, 2010 & 2013" Screenshot attached. Please advise if there is a fix for this. Thanks
Valid emails save but can't be used for email
I have a client with an apostrophe in their email address (X'Yz@someone.com) and it is a valid working email address (I can send from gmail). Zoho CRM let's me save it but won't send to it - says it is invalid. This is a clear bug as this is a legal, valid email address. I also notice that 5 years ago you were asked to fix the same problem so it's been out there a while. Please advise.
Zoho invoice module
I just did the sync with Zoho invoice and I need assistance. The zoho crm module labeled "Invoice" should reflect my invoices from "zoho invoice". Right? Also I would like to associate expenses with active cases, is this possible?
Covert Potential to Project
We use ZOHO CRM and ZOHO Projects. Is there a way to convert a won potential to a project? If not, is this feature in development? Removing the wall between ZOHO CRM and ZOHO Projects like has been done between ZOHO Projects and ZOHO Invoicing would make ZOHO an end to end business solution. This would be mad good.

Enabling IMAP in Zoho CRM & Mail

Zoho Plugin fo MS Word App Installation Issue
I've downloaded and installed the app, followed all the install instructions, setting active x parameters etc. When I attempt to log into the add-in in Word nothing happens. The user is a super admin in Zoho I am running Windows 7 IE 11 MS Word 2013 32 Bit Any suggestions are most appreciated
Plans for CRM and Projects integration
Are there plans to improve the integration of Zoho CRM and Zoho Projects? I was a bit disappointed to see that the only connection between both is associating a project to an account/contact/opportunity. I hoped that maybe tasks could be synchronized between both systems, so that the user has a single task list and a single calendar. Is that kind of integration something that we could expect in the future? We are users of CRM and interested in setting up an internal communication and project management

I am trying to sync google apps with Zoho CRM and I am following the step by step guide provided by zoho. Once I reach step 4. In Zoho CRM, click Setup > Apps & Add-ons > Google Apps > Email . I am unable to find google apps in the apps and add-ons tab. Do I need a paid version to do this?
Phone Bridger Outgoing Call Timer Issue
I have installed Phone Bridge for Elastix 2.5. Outgoing call timer having an issue. User extension dial customer number via click2call but outgoing call timer doesn't start. However outgoing call dial out from extension to customer number without any issue from our PBX. When user extension dial other user extension, outgoing call timer does start. outgoing call timer just work for internal call, doesn't work for external call. Zoho PB Adpater is not working properly, Also customer contact database
Sent email campaign changed "description" in CRM for customers.
I sent an email campaign to customers from CRM using Zoho Campaigns. Now under description field all data was replaced with the status of the campaign. Is there a way to change that back to the descriptions that were saved before?

webhooks URL Parameters not being sent
I have setup a webhook to call my own web API. I am seeing the requests on the server but the URL parameters are not appearing. I have tested my API using a test tool and the parameters are appearing in the request. I have tried entity parameters : Parameters in Standard Format, Parameters in the User Defined Format, and Custom Parameters, and none appear in the logs of my server.
Captcha not showing on IE11
Hi, The captcha on the form from Zoho is not working on IE 11, and just on IE11 because it's working okay on Chrome and FF. The captcha is not displaying (please refer to the attached file). I used the embedded code option from Zoho Web Form and insert it on my page in WP. Any help would be appreciated. Many thanks.
iPhone CRM Event time
When adding an event on the iPhone the time is 1 hour advanced - for example if you choose 7pm on the phone, the CRM web site shows this as 8pm. The correct time is on the iPhone and its datetime settings are set to automatic - we have checked the time zones of the CRM and iPhone and they are both GMT. We have also tried this on an Android and the time is perfect. Is there a setting we are missing?

Sync products/items between Books & CRM not importing stock levels
I have used the Books Connect - Products in Zoho CRM to sync between Books and CRM but stock level information is not being synced - Qty in stock, Qty ordered & Qty in demand are all showing as 0 even though this info is available in Books. In other words there is no sync happening. How do I make it work?

Why do some, but not all of my POP3 emails come in to CRM?
I've just configured my Zoho CRM Email settings to pull emails for my leads & contacts from my Office 365 POP3 account. I have dozens of messages on my Outlook with corresponding email addresses in CRM, but only a handful have been pulled into my CRM Mail. Why are all emails not showing in CRM? Thanks - Jeff

Project linking fails
Hi ! I've just entered a new account in Zoho CRM. I also linked a contact to this account. Then I tried to link the account to a Zoho Project as I did for other account. But, it failed. I received no error message. I should also say that the account name was Zen & Cie before and as I thought the & could be a problem, I changed it to Zen et Cie. I tried again to link it to his Zoho Project but it still didn't work. Any idea ?

Accessing Zoho Creator records from within Zoho CRM
I created an app in Zoho creator and added some records to it. Then from within Zoho CRM, I'm trying to access those records that I created in Zoho creator. I get this error. 2892 - "Specified application name is not valid.Provide a correct one." I have double checked the application name and it is as specified in the Zoho creator. What is happening here?
