Zoho Mail
Block emails without sending a rejection notification to the sender, allowing emails to be silently rejected.
Zoho Calendar
You can now set a default calendar for event creation, ensuring that every new event is automatically added to the calendar you’ve set as your default—saving time and keeping your events better organized.
We’ve enhanced the Print page with additional configuration options to help customize your print calendar layout.
Zoho Cliq
Faster media sharing to Zoho Cliq
Want to share an image from your gallery, a document from your file manager, or source from any app? Just tap Share, choose Zoho Cliq, and send it instantly to the accounts or networks you’re already logged into without switching the app.
Zoho Connect
Video Town Hall lets leaders connect with their network in a direct, personal way. Use live video to share announcements, give updates, and host interactive Q&A sessions in real time. It helps create open communication and builds trust across teams.

Zoho Sheet
You can now create new spreadsheets or open and edit your existing device files offline on Zoho Sheet for Android.
Zoho Trident
You can now do more than just view PST and EML files—you can easily reply to, forward, or even edit them as new emails. This gives you greater flexibility when working with imported or archived email formats (PST/EML), without needing to leave Trident. (Available on Mac and Windows)
For those who need deeper visibility into email metadata, headers, and authentication details, the new
Show Original option displays the complete technical breakdown of all your emails. (Available on Mac only)

With Brand Indicators for Message Identification (BIMI), verified brands' logos are now displayed in your inbox. This helps you quickly identify authenticated senders and enhances trust and security in your email communication. (Available on Mac only)
You can now preview attachments in Cliq chats before sending them. Additionally, document previews now support distinct thumbnails for images and PDFs, image rotation and zooming for an enhanced viewing experience. (Available on Mac only)
Smart sign-in, federated accounts, and web browser–based sign-ins are now supported, giving you more flexibility and convenience when you’re logging into Trident. (Available on Mac and Windows)
Organization admins can now review and act on quarantined emails directly within Trident. From the quarantined email notification, admins can choose to deliver the email to the intended recipient after reviewing it, reducing turnaround time. (Available on Windows only)

Smarter control over password categories
Admins can now restrict the creation of new password categories to maintain a cleaner, more consistent organization-wide structure. For added flexibility, you can easily exempt specific users or teams from this rule. Every change is captured in real-time audit logs, ensuring complete transparency and accountability.
Stronger protection with password reuse restrictions
Enhance security hygiene by preventing users from recycling old passwords. Admins can now block the reuse of previous passwords during resets, ensuring that every update effectively strengthens your organization’s security posture.
Zoho WorkDrive
File Suggestions helps you quickly access the files you need, without having to search or browse through folders. This tab lists smart, personalized file recommendations that reduce time spent looking for files.
Workflows: Now Smarter with Custom Functions and Connections
With
Custom Functions, you can build and run scripts using the Deluge scripting language to handle complex actions or link WorkDrive workflows to other Zoho and third-party applications.
Connections make this integration seamless by using secure OAuth 2.0 authentication, allowing your workflows to access external APIs without manual token setup.
