Email Job Opening Details to Candidates
I am looking for a way to send the details of Job Openings to candidates in an email, but I can't seem to figure out exactly h ow to do it. It would seem that this would be a pretty basic idea in any recruiting system. "I have a potential job for you, and here are the details. What do you think???" Is was hoping to be able to simply create a template that I could use from the Candidate tab to email details of any given opportunity. Is this functionality available? If not, when might we expect

Forwarding to a client - Attachements
I have added several fields to the Candidate Detail including several file upload fields like "Reference 1, Reference 2, Reference 3, Background Check, Drug Screen, Blind Resume, Signed Application." so that I can keep them attached to the candidate record. I would like to be able to attach some of these when I email or forward a candidate to a client. How can I make these documents appear in the "forward to client" form & the email form so that I can select which ones I want to attach to the email?
Multiple files on the candidates' interview invite.
When scheduling an interview it is possible to click the invite boxes to create emails for both the interviewer and candidate. On the Interviewer email it is possible to add multiple files using the link. On the Candidate email it is only possible to browse to one file. Is it possible to have the same ability on the candidate invite as on the interviewer invite to add multiple files. Currently we are having to select the files in windows explorer, create a zip files and then attach the zip file.
email integration & rchili
I have set up my email through zoho mail/mail add-on. I use gmail for our hosting domain email. It seems when I send a message within zoho recruit, it does appear on my gmail or sync to my phone. Do I have a setting incorrect? Also, When I went to the email interface my zoho recruit contacts are not in the list. I also re-upgraded to rchili parsing and when i go to http://zoho.rchilli.com/ it says incorrect user/pw. I have changed the pw and it still will not let me in to confire the parsing engine.
Users not correctly associated
Hi, I have added 2 more users in my Zoho Recruit account. They accepted and the first use was smooth. Unfortunately, something happened, and now, when they log into Zoho Recruit, they can't see the organization anymore. Instead, they are seeing a fresh new one (the system did ask them to select between staffing agency or HR system). I checked with them, both of them have the same issue. But they didn't change their email address which remains the same. Could you please fix this issue and
Uploading Candidates
Hello - I have a bunch (~600) resumes from another ATS that I'd like to import into ZoHo Recruit. Is there a better way to import these candidates rather than select them 10 at a time? I don't have them in excel (so I can't import them as a file). All I have are the resumes in .doc, PDF, etc. format. The parser seems to work fine; I just don't want to submit them 10 at a time. Also, in other ATS's that I've used, they have an email alias where candidates (or whoever) can send their resume

Why does "Forwarding a CV to a Hiring Manager" not create a new status automatically
When you forward several CVs to a hiring manager (or a client if you are using the recruitment agency version of Zoho Recruit) why does it not change the candidate's status to something like "CV forwarded to Hiring Manager" ? This already happens when you schedule an interview it would seem logical that this represents a step in the recruitment workflow so why is this not logged with a status change. Kind Regards Adrian
Attachments on templates so they are ready to go...
My users love the templates, it saves them time as they no longer have to cut'n'paste from xls into outlook, just click two buttons. For out standard templates, (Interview, Reject, Hire, etc.) we have a number of standard attachments (e.g. map / location). If we could have these files already attached to the template so they automatically get included on the outbound email it would reduce the number of errors, improve quality and efficiency.
Reviewing Candidate Status NEEDS CHANGE
I highly recommend adding a drop down list (USER FRIENDLY) in the candidates profile. This would allow us NOT to have to go back to the main candidate page to check on the name and then change the status. The fuction now is annoying and time consuming! I have years of ATS experience and training from Taleo, iCIMS and Kenexa.I'm pretty sure I know what I am talking about. You need to allow customers to streamline the candidate review so we can move on with our work day.
Email templates, signatures and images
Hi, I have three issues I would like to raise: 1. I am unable to upload an image to a signature in the templates section of zoho recruit. The image just appears as a broken link. 2. It seems very labour intensive to have to set up multiple copies of templates, with the correct signatures for all our employees. Problem with email notifications
I have several users/recruiters using Zoho but all the email sent from them either to candidates or to other users like interview notifications comes from my email instead of their own. How can I change this?
Emails from Bulk Email to candidates do not show in my sent folder
Hi, We have just moved our email over to zoho and we are starting to use more functionality from the site. I have noticed that if I send a bulk email to candidates, then the messages do not appear in my Sent imap folder. I should be able to see this so that I know what messages have been sent. Am I missing a setting, or is this deliberate, or a bug? Thanks Ben
Interviews in calendar owned by someone else.
Currently when interviews are scheduled, they appear in a Zoho Recruit Calendar, see below for the control my admin user has to have it shared into my calendar. Dear Zoho Team and Zoho users, I would like to suggest to change the background of the Zoho Recuit - iframe from plain white to transparent. I am not much into developing, but to me it seems to be a very simple change that would improve the customizability of the career webpage significantly. Importing *pdfs times out
Why do I get this error message when trying to import *pdfs? Its taking too long to process your request. We don't run into this with *.docx only pdfs. Thank you!
Resumes with Apostrophes
Resumes that have apostrophes in the ( ex. John's Resume.docx ) choke and will not import. Bug? Thank, Ron
new user experience
There is a lot of further development to do on this product, but so far it is brilliant, logical and easy to use. Most of all it totally works, no bugs found so far and the updating process, so often a cause of crashes etc, seems to work every time. In 2 hours I was fully at ease with it hasving taken the plunge to upgrade from the free user. I will definitely recommend this product.

Retrieving corporate email into Zoho Recruit via Zoho Email POP3/IMAP
We're sending out email from Zoho Recruit. But the emails reply to a company inbox and therefore do not appear in Zoho Recruit emails tab on the candidate form. Is it possible to link recruit to the main Zoho account's Zoho email inbox and have that zoho email account retrieve emails from the corporate email system via POP3/IMAP?
Date format when scheduling an interview
Hi, When I schedule an interview with a candidate I use a email template to notify the candidate of the upcoming appointment. When I merge the field ${Interview Date} I can't select the date format. The problem is that our candidates are from the Netherlands and the default date format (e.g. 30 May-2011 om 09:00 AM) doesn't look very professional, since the format is in English. In 'My Account' I changed the country/language to Netherlands/Dutch but this doesn't change this. Is there any other way

View resumes is broke!
This recruit app is driving me stark raving nuts. When i click to view a resume the file is downloaded. If I want to look ata resume 3 times I have 2 copies of the same f-ing file on my local disk. You have to fix this! Please.
Delete JO Field Failed

New Changes to Status Feature - June 2011
Is anyone else having trouble with the new changes to the Status feature? The new process for changing a candidates status is not intuitive and very cumbersome. My ideal would be if you could quickly change their status while reviewing the individual's application. Would love to get people writing in to have this fixed, as this is one of the most useful features of the application. Thanks.

Customization of table elements created through "publish in website"
I dunno if this is a feature request or I'm just new and don't see the obvious, so bear with. The current pick list options in Recruit for the 'publish in website' are VERY limited. HTML certainly allows for more options, so my questions: Is there a way to select some other font besides the current 6 available? Delay at JobOpening's Add or Edit
Dear Support, When we try to add or edit a Job Opening, Zoho Recruit spend a long term to show (open) the information. We need to await 30 seconds to reach the data. Resume Uploading
Why are we only able to load only one document per candidate. I sometimes have 4-5 documents per candidate. If we are only allowed to upload one document in the RESUME field, what good is that?
