Integrating Zoho Creator with Zoho Docs
I've created a form on Zoho Creator; and I have a doc library in Zoho Docs. Based on the values inputted into the form, I want to open a doc from my Zoho Docs library for editing. The doc selection is dynamic - depending on the inputs into the form, the name of the file (to be opened from Zoho Docs) and its folder location will vary. How do I get this done?

Hello. I've created a form that lets me upload image files. I'd like to create a HTML view that lets me see a particular image in a full page size and have on the bottom a button or text that would allow me to print the image shown on the html view. Permalink will not work
I created a permalink with a success message and nextURL and it will not open. I get a vague error: An error has occured. It has been reported to Zoho Creator support. We will look into this issue . Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Go to HomeI created the permalink throughout the More Actions--> Permalink in the Embed in your website creation box. I tried to recreate the link, tried logging out and back in, tried different browsers. It is not working. This is the second issue I have had today.

forms not working anymore (private / public issue ?)
Hello, Two Zoho Creator 'contact' forms have been used with success for quite a long time already on two different of my sites. Hello, i have used an int field for my zip codes. Now i discovered that there are zip codes with leading zeros which disappear. I can't change my field to string, it's tooo much work. Can I do it an other way with some other tricks to let leading zeros be where they belong to? thx

Add selections to multiselect checkbox field
I am trying to figure out the best way to add selections to a multiselect check box field in a current record. I do not want to open the entire form and edit it but just see that one field to edit. I've created a function that successful opens a stateless form with the checkbox fields and the parameter for this list selections are being passed to the URL, but it is not actually selecting the corresponding fields. Is it actually possible to populate a multiselect checkbox field from a URL parameter?

help with Iterate on application
Hello I am looking on help with script writing to iterate on an application. I have an application for swimming club members where data is input in a form with multiple fields for different stokes and distances fo each individual member in this I have a view off all the data, but would like to be able to automaticlally iterate on all the fields and produce an individual record from the data for each member of the best time for each stroke and distance. Allow user to edit their records
I like to use the Zoho Creator to maintain a small membership list for a non-profit organization. My plan to import all the records that I currently have in Excel format, in to the Zoho database. Is it possible for me then create a webpage (using embed weblink) and setup a password to allow each member to access and edit their own record and ONLY their record.

I have created an application that allows the user to select a venue that is dependent on an agency that is selected, as well as allowing the user to add a new venue for one that does not exist. Email Registration Form
Hi, I created a form for a sports registration. It was very easy to do. Here is what I am trying to do: 1. A person goes to our associations website to find the form. I embedded a link on the page. 2. They enter all the info into the form and press enter. 3. Not only does the database get populated, but a copy of the form gets emailed to the person who filled it out, with an additional message, but the treasurer of our association gets a copy as well. Unable to pass boolean param to public perma view
I'm trying to pass two boolean params to two checkboxes on a public perma form. It won't work! I can pass string values to this public perma form AND I can pass both string and bool values to the #hash form URL. However, again, no luck with the above public perma view. Please help. Thank you.

Is there a way to hide buttons
Is there a way to hide buttons in a form to show a preview only ? My B plan is to create another form where I'll not keep the data. But I'm sure there is something else. Another option could be to cancel submit if Preview==true (or something like that...), but I don't like the message : Invalid entries found. Save Script
I'm trying to back up my application. When I do I only can save it as a DS script format. Which is fine but what application can I use to open the *.ds file. Also, from your video it appears that I should be able to copy the script and drop it into my webpage. But for some reason this is not working. Can this be because I am using the Free Plan? Can you provide me with some instructions? If I purchase a plan will I be able to save the script as HTML, PHP, etc. and drop it into my webpage?
Remove but not Replace
I've been using throwaway stateless forms to perform mass operations to correct or add things in my database. I have some html strings in the database that I wanted to edit variables in, but it would taken a long time to manually do this. So I looked into making one of my throwaway stateless forms to do this only to discovered the while deluge "remove" is present, deluge "replace" is not! HTML View.
Okay, I'm scratching my head on this one. I created a form, the form has 8 columns. I can create a HTML view and display all the columns and data without an issue. What I want to do is Display 3 of the 8 columns with data in an HTML view , and on the left where you can view an individual record, show the full information there. Can this be done?
ZC cannot show records
Hi, Today when I started my ZC, it came up with a bug. It does not show records in my views created yesterday after 14.00 - in my views(all my views) It happens when I set the status from "new" to "assigned" The only way to find them is to search via the id no. given by ZC? It is not possible to search it via all other criterias! I have not changed any views, criterias or the like. It is in my appll. AFB System, and I have shared it to support. Br Skouboe
Data is not storing to View
I created a registration form and after enter my information into the form and click on the submit button the data is not being stored to the view for the form. When I click on View to see the data the view grid is blank with no data. Also, after I select the Submit button the name fields (First, Middle, & Last) remain populated with the information entered on the form and all other fields are cleared. I checked the Form On Success and Field User Input options and I do not have any code.
Firewall blocking Submit button to Zoho Creator form
Hi, I created a simple form to collect survey. At one of our vendors, the user cannot submit the form due to firewall. I have told their IT dept to drop the firewall for the form: https://creator.zoho.com/andryharyanto/ctp-control-group/# However, whenever they click the "Submit" button, the "Please wait" message box will appear and freeze. Do you know if there's any additional URL that I should drop in the firewall? Is there a specific URL for the "Submit" button? Thank you!
