Creator Calender View
Hi All, Posted before - but it didn't seem to go up. I'm hoping to find a way to show more data on the calendar view. right now, when you look at the calendar (http://creator.zoho.com/jasonmcguire/view/1/) you see just the "printer" name. I would like to show this name and another data field next to the name. Is this possible? Thanks, Jason

Can't share form to other users
I am trying to add users to a Private Form on Creator. I have looked through the help description on how to do this, but the "Add user" button as shown on the help pages does not show on my application. I have tried adding users at the home page, but these users do not show on the share list either. I am on a free version. I have attached a screenshot of what I see. Am I missing something totally obvious!?
5 Apps Limit
Dear Sir/Madam I don't like the 5 application limit very much! Keep the unlimited on the business and the free, then add other features like server access, Interactive form (E.g. Java and flash (But there of course needs to be the ht ml version for people who don't have these) and many more. so you can still get a profit but you have to understand that not everybody always wants to use zoho as a business tool. i use it for global access to my documents and forms, as well as creating mini databases.
Form is not showing up
I had a form created called reliability, and when I added a "look up" field, the form disappeared. I can select it and can edit the script but when I try to view to edit it, the form isnt there (all I want to do is delete it and maybe start over but I cant even get rid of it). Can you help me delete it or get it back. albrightss

Store data linked to a year
Good day to all of you. I have a problem and i hope you could help me solve it. I have a zoho app with data from my school; pupils, grades, teachers, family interviews, discipline... The point is now we are facing the new course and i dont know what to do with all that data from last course: i could delete all that data and get the app clean and ready for the new course (which i dont think is the best idea) or i could index and store all that data referring to that particular year/course. Causing images to be resized.

Why does the Send mail application keep braking??!!
I built a Send email on success script for TaskTrackerYC and it keeps braking!!!! The script is correct but it stops sending emails and the "on success message" gets replaced with the default. Am I doing something wrong or is the system unreliable? firstamyc

I was wondering if anyone created a job posting application. I seen the pre - build careers application in creator however I am looking for something much simpler. Use getWeekOfYear as a criteria?
I'm trying to use the getWeekOfYear function in a view criteria to only show records with a particular week number when it is that actual week. For example, this week only items with a week number field set to "30" should get displayed. Can someone please tell me how to do this? Thanks!
Null function doesn't work with the 'upload file' fields
Hi, I have a form with an optional field 'upload a file' If a user uploads the file, then I'd like my script to run some code. Here's my script: if(input.Upload_File != null) { //run some code } The problem is that [some code] is run every time, no matter whether the user uploads the file or not. ServletException error in Form
After creating a form and assigning some dropdowns for various fields, something strange happened ... it was all working one minute, then I was unable to edit the form anymore (the little pencil rectangle on the left wouldn't show up next to any of the fields) and all the fields which followed the one with the error disappeared from the view. When you access the application using the main form, this error is shown in the last field displayed [a field called 'Type']: <[ServletException in:/jsp/themes/common/form/formalone.jsp]

Is there a way, and if so how, to give a user access to submit a form without access to download all the data/see others users data?

I've been looking at the Creator app and it looks very promising. However, subforms seems to be something that is missing (I've seen lots of posts requesting this) My question is this: Are there any workarounds that can be used to overcome this lacking feature? What I need for my (planned) project is not necessarily subforms, but a way to add/view/edit records from one table in the context of another (they do not necessarily need to be located on the same page a la subforf). Safari Compatibility
First let me say that I love ZOHO Creator. I assume you know that the Sign In and holographic verification do not seem to work with Safari on a Mac or iPhone. Is this something that will be addressed in the next upgrade?
Documentation
Greetings... Is there a location for the complete functions, etc. for Creator online. The current documentation seems to be missing references to various functions or capabilities that I see referenced in the forum (such as toolong(), etc.) Also, and I am sure this is a stupid question on its face, but can you use api code in the scripts? (Obviously not or wouldn't be API code right?) Still trying to find a work around for the lack of delete abilities in the scripting features. Thanks, Joel

Importing partial data not working
Hello. I have a form (table) with many columns, but want to import only data in to the CompanyName column (at the moment). I pasted text in to the form while giving the same field name, and new records showed up, but nothing was in them. So, why is this not working? And in general, how can I import (populate) only part of the fields in my form? Thanks.
