Unit Prices showing on Quote
I'm trying to figure out how to use Zoho to put together quotes. I've done one but it's showing the unit price. If I understand correctly, that's my cost and list price is my price, am I mistaken? If that's the case, why would I want my customers to know my cost? Please help me.

Hi, I am impressed with a number of your products, and support response even if member are non paying customers "just yet". My question are; a) Does Zoho CRM synch or collaborate with Zoho VO? b) What is the cost of the Outlook Plugin for Zoho CRM? c) I have a project scope I am currently working on, which I believe may utilise a number of AdventNet products. outlook edition
When I hit the Sync Contacts button, it starts syncing but then it gets to 100% on the progress bar and just gets stuck there. It looks like its doing something but I'm not sure. I end up having to click cancel out of it. Melvin Ram

On-premesis setup hanged with 100% cpu and now I am stuck
Hello, I ran setup, and changed the default webserver port from 8080 to 58080. At some stage it said "configuring web server" and stuck there with 100% cpu on ikernel.exe. After waiting some considerable time I had to terminate the setup. If I am trying to install again I get an "already installed, please uninstall"-like message. However uninstall doesn't change anything, so I can't proceed. Deeper analysis shows that the problem was with writing the file server.xml . The file that got created is

As a result a key view is to list all the Web Download enquiries that have not yet been responded to, in order that we can email them individually or in bulk. I just can't get this view to filter any results. I have set it up as uncontacted registrations and filter for those that have not been set the Lead status of Been sent email. But it does not filter the results correctly. Can you help? thanks

Hi In the Leads section I have hidden the Zip Code entry and added a Post Code Pick List in which I have entered the local post codes for Brisbane, Australia. My questions are: Is it possible instead to convert the Zip Code to a Pick List? When I convert a lead to a potential will the new Postcode field show? would it be possible to set up Zoho to email out anytime info is updated to a specific account, anytime something is updated to a specific area (potentials, contacts, etc.) or any other deliniation that the user wants?

Can't enter phone numbers
Today, I have not been able to sumbit any new contact or new account forms with phone numbers. I get a Enter a Valid Phone error message everytime. I've tried hyphes, periods, spaces and parenthses. I have not tried other forms yet, but this could be system wide. I see you all did push a change yesterday or today that enables US form of phone numbers.
Report Creation - Problem
I am trying to create custom reports in the Report tab and cannot. Only (2) reports show up: Forecast Reports Quarterly Forecast Summary Forecast History Report I cannot create or save new reports. I did create a custom folder, but can't create reports. Am I missing something or is there a problem (I am using the "On Demand" web-based product). P.S. I think that CRM is a great product overall!!!! :)

Hello, I have just started understanding CRM and I find your tool just great! I have been creating quotes both from the quotes module and from the potentials option If I create one in potentials, it will not show at the quotes listing and vice versa.... is there any substantial difference in a quote created for a potential and another created for the module itself?
Importing my contacts - taking forever
I am importing my contacts from a csv file. I only have about 250. It's been running for over ten minutes. Is this normal? Tony
Can't bulk import contacts without making duplicate account
When I do a Import of my contacts there is no way for me to link them to a single account. I have the account name as a field and when I import, Zoho creates a new account for each contact. Also if I were to import my accounts first then try and associate my contact import, there is no way to bulk assign my contacts to that account. Is there a way to mass import my contacts into an account without Zoho creating a new (duplicate) account for every contact? This seems to be a very big limitation, if
Case Search by Case Number fails
I am not able to search Cases by Case Number. Normally people do it by Case Number / Case Ids.
Can't connect new user to host server -send email link, how?
I setup the second user correctly, however no email was received by the user to confirm url login link. How can I resend the email link? I have tried to manually setup login but no luck. I have tried using the local host ip setting with port 8080 but no luck.

Cannot create new user
I just installed on a Windows 2000 Server and when I try to create the first user, the browser refreshes to the following page, and dos nothing more: http://mydomainname:8080/crm/zohosignup.sas (mydomainname is a placeholder for the actual IP address).
