Eliminating Duplicates
I see that it is possible to eliminate duplicates from certain views, such as leads. I cannot find a way to easily eliminate a duplicate account or contact. Is there a way to do this? Bob Leeds

Delete a Zoho CRM instance
I created 2 Zoho CRM instances to evaluate Zoho CRM. I would like to delete one of the instances which was created by ariel@brillix.co.il. Drupal Webform Zoho CRM API Integration, Append to Select Records, not Overwrite Records
Greetings, We have Drupal 7 webform submissions integrated into Zoho CRM using the Zoho API (see attached custom.module.txt). When a Drupal webform is completed, the webform submission via the Zoho API creates a new Lead in the Zoho CRM Leads page. Since most web site visitors complete multiple webform submissions, to avoid duplicate Lead entries, we check if the Lead email address exists (this works great), if the Lead/email address exists, we would ideally like to "append" to select existing records/fields
Product Sell-in Dates
A feature that would assist our company is one that would track the date a product was added to an account. If in the Product view within the Account record we could see when that product was added to that account, that could help us track commissions and effectiveness of promotions, etc.
How to build a "Lead time to contact" report ?
We have leads coming from web forms and until someone take that lead into account and changes the status, it can take hours or even days. I would like to study in a graph the split per time period needed to answer. For example this would be: - answered in a day or less: 123 leads - answered in 1 day: 85 - 3 days: 52 - .... I'm trying to activate a BCC dropbox but cannot find this information anywhere in my account. I found the following instructions on how to set it up: Click Setup > Users & Permissions > Profiles. In the Profiles page, click the Edit link corresponding to the profile that you want to edit. From the list of profiles, select the BCC Dropbox check box under General Permissions. Click Save. Email integration
Hi there - I am new to Zoho CRM (loving it so far!) but am wondering how you can set-up email such that when, for example, you click on a contact's email address, it will open your chosen email program (e.g., MS Outlook) to initiate communication. Under personal settings, I see you have the option to establish a Zoho mail account but not sure this is what I need to do. Any suggestions would be appreciated - thanks!

My phone number fields are not consistent
Zoho migrated about 360,000 accounts/contacts for me that came from Salesforce. Now I am trying to "over ride" the Zoho records to add a new custom field. My only method to find duplicates is on phone number (don't have emails and too many accounts have same name). Since some of my phone numbers in Zoho are formatted as a phone number, others as a number (Zoho said this is how it should be done), and some are formatted with hyphens. Hi, apologies if this seems basic, am new to Zoho. I am wanting to be able to check how many meetings per day my reps do and how much their average order is. EG, they have KPI's of: 3 meetings per day. 15 meetings per week. following up all new leads entered by the office within 24 hours. Average order per meeting of over $500. Weekly Revenue of $7500. Is it possible to either set a check list, or have a report that shows these things so i can review every friday with each rep?

API Limits - Zoho CRM
My client has more than 1.6 million contacts in Zoho CRM. Update is needed between 5 to 8 fields in each of the contact records. This process must make weekly or fortnightly. With the API it would take several months to perform the update. What alternatives do we have available to achieve the goal?

Find contacts near somewhere
Ladies and Gentlemen, since we are talking about a CRM program, it is used for sales management. Therefore a support for sales trip planning seems logical. When we signed up the program I did not realize this is not possible on Zoho. "Find contacts near me" is not a function usable for planning. I need a function of "find contacts near where I will go" or anywhere else. Is this somehow possible? It would be a dream to see all contacts on a map, but this seems to be still far away, right?
