How to determine the source of the Web To Lead form
We have generated two Web to Lead forms. One is for scheduling product demos and another is for requesting an account on our service. We are a small company and all leads are assigned to one lead owner at the moment. When I click Approve Leads, I see a list of all the leads and there doesn't seem to be a way to differentiate the source form from where the lead details were submitted. Is there any feature that helps sort these leads based on source of lead data submission?

Hi i have some difficultes to setting zoho crm i have a company that work and offer guide tourist now the problem is that we have principally private client and when we have a contact with a company (account) the potential is a person and not a product. now what is the best practice to organize this? Webhook with Related To Module
Hi, I wanted to see if there's a way to receive the module for the "Related To" parameter in a webhook. Related To currently gives me an ID, which is isn't totally useful because I don't know what module that ID belongs to, so I can't generate an API url, because I don't know if it's a lead or account or something else. When I access the parent ID, Related To also gives the field SEMODULE, which is what I need. Just wondering if I can expose that in a webhook any way. Thanks!

Logging GMail messages
Hi, I added Zoho CRM to my Google Apps account to try things out. I don't see any ability to just log an email with a contact in the GMail interface and no gadget seems to provide this functionality. The best I can find is the POP set up, which even then, I'm not sure what it does. I have 3 years worth of email and the POP sync is still running after 4 days. We have quite a few leads that come in to our sales reps. So, John Smith gets just the right amount of leads per day. Say he gets 50 of them, and he reached out to 40 of them. Out of the 40, he got hold of 15 prospects. What about the next 35? How does John Smith keep track of getting in touch with these 35 the next day when he has another new 50 leads to handle? How can I report set up a scheduled report on Potentials incorporating only the latest note for each Potential?
Hi, I have created a report to be automatically circulated to a distribution list. Because of the fact that the report is scheduled, I don't want to manually manipulate it. I want to show all Potentials I am working on, with only the most recent Note associated with each Potential displayed. Dear Zoho It great that we can use email templates that can draw data from other modules. However data merged into email templates from other modules are not url enabled. It is embarrassing to have to ask customers to cut and paste links into their browser. URLs and permelinks are basic elements of modern email communication. Templates using MERGE Fields
I have been trying to get the merge fields to work in the email templates. They never populate the contacts name just ${Contacts.contact id}. I follow the instructions to select the field, copy and paste into the body of the template and nothing ever changes. I have been working on this for a few months. Anyone have a thought?

Re-use email address
1) I created a test company with real email address for users. 2) Found ZOHO to be useful so I deleted the test company. 3) Created new (live) company account, however the system will NOT let me used my email address. The error reports the address is already used in the system. How lone do I have to wait to be able to create user with my email address?
