Customers referal
I run an ecommerce platform which customers purchase an annual membership to access hundreds of deals. When my customers purchase the memebrship, i want to refund their payments if they refer our product to 3 of theirfriends. How do I setup user specific URL so I know which customers have referred them? This is currently being done manually and I want to automate through CRM if possible?
Ability to Tag Notes

Double opt-in - required to trigger things?
I have a form that is requiring double opt-in though it is not configured. The form ultimately is supposed to pass data to marketing hub, but I cannot get it to go unless they confirm. I don't want that step included for this list, is that possible? I see this at the end of the double opt in configure window.....which makes me think it has to be configured?

Using People for Non Zoho Users
We are ZOHO ONE Subscribers - All of our corporate staff are a part of ZOHO ONE however, we have outside installers that do not use ZOHO that we would like to be able to put in PEOPLE. Can anyone tell me how to do this without adding them to our ZOHO account? Does the PEOPLE module only work for those within the subscription? Thanks!
Users endpoint returns users with empty email field
Hello, As a part of our sync workflow, we fetch list of the users from Zoho and process it. I noticed that for one of the Zoho's customers we get a list of the users where two of them have NULL as email. These users have CEO role and Administrator profile. Can you please tell me if that's expected? Is it possible that I cannot see user's email via API? Thank you in advance, Przemysław

For standard meeting attendees within our organisation, say 5 different email addresses, how can I list them permanently so that I do not have to type the email addresses any time a meeting is scheduled or started instantly? We do not have other Zoho apps other than Zoho Meeting.
How to change "Refund policy: This payment is non-refundable."
Hi, I've set up a paid on demand session and on the registration page it says "Refund policy: This payment is non-refundable." at the bottom even though I can process refunds within Zoho Showtime. I think it also breaks UK trade laws as you need to give refunds if requested within 14 days for distance selling. See screen grab. Is there any way to change this? Many thanks. Rgds Jon

Update Zoho CRM plug-in for MS Outlook and MS Word by April 30, 2020
Hello everyone, We have released a new version of the Zoho CRM Plug-in for Microsoft Outlook (iOS and Windows) and Microsoft Word (Windows). The new plug-in will follow the OAuth method of authentication instead of Authtokens, used earlier to for signing in. We request you all to install the latest version of the plug-in for MS Outlook and MS Word before 30th April 2020. Zoho Reports does not pull Bank Balances from Zoho Finance
Zoho Finance properly updates bank balances on a daily basis, but that data is not accessible by Zoho Reports. Zoho Finance might have good automated data transfer via Zoho Financial Analytics, but it completely excludes bank account balances. The bank account names, etc. migrate/update from Finance to Reports, but there is no transfer of the current bank balance values. This is sort of weird: the current bank balances for any company are very integral for analyzing data in Zoho Reports properly.

Published HTML version of sheet is not interactive
Hello, I published one sheet into my website which includes some drop down menus, formulas etc which I want the visitor to make their own calculation. But after adding html code into the website I saw that excel is getting imported in a static view so you can't choose anything from drop down menu. Am I making a mistake?

Zoho CRM MailMerge bugs with SIgnature fields
Hi, When I insert signature fields into a mailmerge (initials and dropdown) it comes out into {{....}}. On the contrary, when I insert a signature fiels, it comes out right (i.e. stays as a signature field required). See screen capture of how it comes out one exported in PDF, Docx or Writer. I precise that the Initials are inside the Footer and that the dropdown is inside a Table (maybe it has somethong to do with that because when I add Initials inside the body of the page, it seems to works fine

Hello, There have been many requests in this form over the years for the ability to see tasks on the calendar based on their due date. Since this is not currently possible, is there any way to create a web tab (or otherwise) where users could at least see the calendar and tasks side by side (or above and below) in one window? Email Campaign "in progress" after a week
I wrote an email campaign and sent it out to roughly 25,000 contacts at once. For some reason it still said "in progress" a week later and roughly 10% of the recipients never received an email. Some of these are because of rules we have (can't receive more than three emails a week), but then why wouldn't Zoho mark campaign as "Completed" like it usually does? Thanks.

Pulling information from Contact to Deals
I have set up Contacts and Deals. On Deals I have a field where I can type in the contacts name and it will pull that through. However, I also have things like Date of Birth on Contacts that I want to pull through from Contact when I put in the customers name. Unique field Account Name RULE IGNORED ON SYNC in Accounts - ZOHO CREATES DUPLICATE ACCOUNTS WHEN SYNCING !!!! (THIS IS NOT ANSWERED) !!!!
When adding a company in Accounts, I have the field Account Name set to be unique. When you manually enter a company and if the Account Name is the same as an existing Account Name, the system will let you know that you cannot enter a duplicate value for Account Name, which is the expected behavior. I am finding though that the Account Name (Lookup Field) in Contacts does not obery this unique valve rule. So when I use a PieSync integration and sync contacts that have an associated Account Name
Showing fields only if applicable
I have set up some fields on my CRM. As an example they are: Address & Date moved in. What I want to happen is if that address is less than say 3 years, for it to then pop up with Previous address and date moved in to that address.
