Hi everyone, I need your help with this issue. The Info icon in product details (Module Quotes) is not showing the information of the product's business card. It´s showing the information of a Product layout, that I even deleted.

API Update : New Error Code in CRM APIs to Handle Data Storage Limits
Hello everyone! As you are aware, we have introduced edition-wise Data Storage limits for Zoho CRM. Please refer to this announcement on the same. In continuation with this update, we are introducing the error code MAX_RECORDS_LIMIT_REACHED with the status code 400, in our APIs. After this update goes live, when you insert records via the API, and you exceed the data storage limit for your edition, you will face this error. Summary of emails to multiple accounts
I have 2 email addresses that both work well individually but I can't find a summary page that will show all incoming emails - or at least tell me where new emails are. I can allocate labels in Gmail and/or outlook lists different mailboxes on the left-hand column but all I can find in ZoHo is a drop-down option to change accounts - this means I need to keep changing accounts to see if I have any new emails. Any suggestions on how to see a summary of all emails coming in? If not, please consider

Out of the last 10 emails we have had through to our support mailbox in the last 2 hours, only 5 have been converted to tickets. All the senders were internal, and we've even had one user send 2 emails within 10 minutes and one went through and another didnt. It is absolutely despicable that Zoho One with an Enterprise plan does not have an integral way to ROUND ROBIN distribute prospects/leads/anything. Why on earth is there an option in Workflow Rules to Convert a Lead if it isn't even cohesive with ASSIGNMENT RULES? Assignment rules should not ONLY work for Zoho Web Forms. Thanks to Zoho for this usefull improvment but normally normally the indicators require that the maximum value and the target are dynamic and not a fixed value as they were designed by Zoho. Hello All, I have an issue to collect date from two forms into one report. I've created the lookup relationship between the two forms, I can see the fields Would need from the other form, but there is no value in the field in the pivot table.
