Hi Zoho! I have several pages in my system that use nearly the exact same script (2 different variables) How can I make the script to auto-update in all of them when I update the template? Timesheet + Invoice issues
I am just exploring Zoho Timesheet and Invoice to see if it fits our needs. 1. Is there some way to enter timesheet start and end times using 12 hour clock and AM/PM? 2. From other messages I gather that displaying start and end times on the invoice is being worked on. Any estimate for completion? 3. Zoho verification emails are NOT arriving
ok - one email arrived - only took an hour... I'm trying to verify a email address associated with my domain. I've requested a verification email sent to my gmail account at least THREE times. errors when sending mails
Hello, I am trying to answer some emails to Digikey and got the following errors back. I am not sure where is the root cause of this, an email to the postmaster of Digikey I have sent already, but no answer yet. Same thing happened to the following two email addresses. I was regularly receiving a daily newspaper as a pdf attachment every day except Fri. and Sat. from <netobmail@hamevaser.co.il> until May 26. Trying to set up DNS in Go Daddy for ZOHO Campaigns Email Authentication- SPF/DKIM

importing bulk users
Is there a better way to not only import a user but also to assign them to a particular GROUP all at the same time? Currently, I would have to invite them all, wait till each user activates, then I would have to go to each group, go to settings, and then add them as members and then select what kind of permission they have. It would be considerably more simple to have an csv that has these types of headings: First_Name | Last_Name | email | Group | Permission

Trailing 12 Month Report
Hi, I need to create trailing 12 month reports that list the month results on the X axis in a chronological order, not calendar order. For example if I were to create a trailing 12 Month report for June 2016 it should have June 2016 all the way on the right and July 2015 all the way on the left with Aug, Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec (2015), Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr, May (2016) in the middle. However all I can get is Jan 2016 on the left and Dec 2015 with June 2016 in the middle. So my trailing 12 month reports

Mail merge issues
We have 2 merge documents that we use in MS Word for potentials. They work perfect for any potential that was created before today, but the potential we created today just leaves all the merge fields blank. Any reason for this?

can we get an add all option to manage member of a group? if i have 30+ users, and they are all apart of a group, it will become very tedious clicking each and every user individually. thanks

Zoho Docs' "Email-in" feature
Is there a new mechanism to generate the Zoho Docs "E-mail-in" address? I have tried in two Zoho accounts, one which is a standard Gmail account, and the other is from a Domain that is connected and used with Zoho Mail, and in either of these accounts I observe that the "E-mail-In" address is displayed in the Zoho Docs setting. I've tried in multiple browsers as well without success. Zoho rejecting email sent to my domain
Hi, We're having problems with Zoho mail. We own the domain @mindthegraph.com, which is configured in Zoho mail. Also, we use Gmail to send/receive emails, and everything works like a charm, with authentication and SSL. But we're having problems with email that aren't being delivered to Zoho, and as we do not have any logs, we can't investigate the issue. We have an employee who is very valuable to our company in terms of his technical knowledge. However, his spelling, grammar and and styling in written communications is atrocious; so, anything sent out via email looks very unprofessional. Forwarding doesn't work for mails with false mail addresses
Dear forum users, I have the following issue: I have an alias mail address, and I want all e-mails coming to this alias address (it is mostly Spam) being forwarded to another mail address. I set up a mail filter according to that, but it doesn't work when the sender hides the real recipient address. I just see in the details that they have been sent to the alias mail address for which I have the forwarding rule. Does anybody have an idea how I can manage that all e-mails received by this alias mail

Error Log Location
Simple question here. With the changes to the Zoho dashboard or interface, I can no longer find the error log. There used to be a link under usage details at the Setup screen but that has all changed now. Thanks for the help.
