Our yearly roadshows bring product experts and customers together to explore, understand, and solve real business challenges. This year's events in Singapore and Manila were a resounding success, drawing over a hundred participants. Every conversation sparked new ideas, and we hope you walked away as inspired as we did.
PMI Kerala: WAVES 2026
The 16th PMI chapter of Kerala, WAVES 2026, brought together project professionals, business leaders, and innovators from across industries for a day of learning, collaboration, and inspiration. Zoho Projects had a prominent presence at the event where we got to collaborate, network, and engage in meaningful conversations with prospects and customers.

We introduced custom modules in the Zoho Projects Infinity release and now, we’ve equipped it with AI capabilities. Users can now interact with Zia, our in-house AI tool to build custom modules.
Manage customer requests, feedback, and chat by tracking and monitoring them systematically, with the Zoho SalesIQ integration in Zoho Projects.

Here’s a roundup of new releases in Zoho Sprints:
We now support Google Meet, a cloud based audio-visual communication tool, right inside MeetingBridge to allow your teams collaborate using your Google accounts.
Create shareable forms to collect information like feature requests, issues, customer feedback, or other details from anyone in the web by hosting the public form URL on your website. Each entry in the form is converted into a work item in your project for seamless tracking and monitoring.
You can now conduct online meetings in Zoho Sprints without the need to choose an external meeting service provider. We support an in-built meeting provider to host online and offline sprint meetings.
The Actual vs Planned timesheet report now offers a comparison of the actual hours for sprints and work items against the duration and work hours.

We added a new application to Zoho Projects Plus' bundle:
Zoho Learn is a knowledge management and training software that helps teams come together to share knowledge, promote learning, train users, and measure results with assessments. You can now access Learn right inside Zoho Projects Plus offering a holistic hybrid project management experience.

Auto-create recurring tasks using Schedule Function
We received an interesting request from a customer wanting a single task to be simultaneously created in multiple projects of their portal. We suggested Schedule Functions and provided a Deluge code to configure in their portal. Refer this post to know the detailed steps to configure this solution.
Mandate time logging during task closure
One of our customers wanted to prompt their users with a reminder message to update time logs whenever a task status is updated. This ensures that time tracking for the project is accurate and reflects rightly on the budget. We suggested a CodeX script to solve this requirement.
