Data Migration from Salesforce to Zoho - Issue with Activities
Hi, I'm testing out to see if we want to change our CRM. I attempted to do a data migration of the tasks/activities from our salesforce CSV files.. however ran into an issue there. They import, but weren't connecting to accounts. I have the account ID in there but can't put it in classified as a "lookup" in the customized field. Is there another way to do it so it connects them to the accounts? Thanks!

When I specify last name, firstname as two separate fields in a view, it shows the full name and alphabetizes by the first name. 2.
