ZohoCRM Outlook Toolbar and Zimbra Outlook Sync
Please be advised that I have tried unsuccessfully to install both the Zimbra Outlook Sync Connector and the ZohoCRM Outlook Toolbar don't work in the same installation of Outlook 2007. Apparently Zimbra's Outlook Sync (the newest one that works with Outlook 2007) and ZohoCRM's outlook toolbar don't get along. Outlook fails to connect to the Zimbra server when the plug in is installed. Please advise. lewisschiff

I need more control over my db of contacts for mailing lists etc. Zoho only supports ten custom ck box fields and we've used those. Zoho doesn't appear to support Outlook's categories. Zoho doesn't appear to support synching to sub lists in Outlook's contact lists... --for example: I created a new folder in My contacts, I moved a sample contact to the new folder, modified the contact and then synched to Zoho. My modifications were not synched to Zoho. CRM outlook preferences do not have an option
synching email options to zoho
I want the ability to choose from zoho contacts the contact(s). Now it defaults to the person who sent the email... this email could be forwarded from someone else and it needs to be attached/ synched to someone else. Please provide this functionality in your next updates. dgdlux
zoho email synching and formatting
After synching outlook emails to zoho the emails themselves are very poorly formatted with users having to scroll left and right incessantly to read the email... Please set an autowrap for the text in the email text area field or some other pretty formatting function. thank you Dennis dgdlux
Customized Fields Replication
I customized several fields in "Leads." There is an option to have the customized field created, at the same time" in "Accounts", "Contacts" & "Potentials." I checked the appropriate boxes and finished my edits. I then went to "New Leads" and visually confirmed the new customized field. I entered data into this field and eventually converted the "New Lead" to an "Account" and "Potentials" but the text data in my customized field did not appear in "Accounts" or "Potentials" Does anyone know why. Can't Email Leads

Phone Field has magically turned into a hyperlink
I moved some field around in the edit page layout including the phone field. Now this field has a hyperlink line under it and no matter what I do I cannot seem to get rid of the hyperlink. Any thoughts are appreciated. David David Levitt

Errors in synching task: Zoho interprets a monthly recurring task and sets the due date year to 2795. Can't find a pattern to this particular problem but I have seen it in the past with the year being set in 1975... dgdlux

The ZOHO interface benefits from the AJAX being used; however some suggestions: ** Some things are more important on a page than others. SEARCHING in contacts or EDIT is very important, things like DELETE, CLONE, PRINT PREVIEW, FIND DUPLICATES are less important. The Navigation should reflect this. ** EDITING Contacts It might be good to offer a double click to edit a field, rather than hit the EDIT button? Outlook Integration Feedback & Suggestions from a new user
Hi - In general very impressed thus far playing with Zoho CRM. However, a couple of urgent requests: ** Respect the PRIVATE toggle in Outlook records. Because I have all my personal and business contacts in outlook, I dont want these uploaded to Zoho for other users to see. I need to see what standard users see
I need to log in as standard user to verify that standard users are not viewing sensitive data. How do I do that? I don't want to buy another subscription AND I don't want standard users seeing 'stage history' or 'expected revenues'. Hello Do you have any news about enabling Danish characters in Zoho CRM? It is a every day problem with the missing Danish characters and we waste a lot of time this way. The implementing of other characters in software has now been done thousands of times for the last 25 years and should'nt be a huge problem. In list views, it would be very helpful if one could: - move the alphabetic nav bar to the top of the list rather than the bottom, which requires one to scroll to the bottom of the list to get to the "next" button if more than 10 records are viewed at a time. - make it possible for the list to include more than 100 records - have the system "remember" how many records the user likes to view at one time

CRM need a deep search
I've attached a number of support documents with specific coded titles to my clients. The codes and specific searches for the attached documents returns ZERO on search. Please implement a deep search in CRM otherwise finding attachments and information in notes is nearly futile. dgdlux
Multiple Campaigns
How would I track the fact that a lead or contact has been part of multiple campaigns. Basically I want to be able to track the campaigns, and generate lists based upon campaigns that are appropriate to them, and that they haven't been involved in for a number of months e.g. find me the number of leads / contacts that we are taregting for product X, but who haven't recieved a campaign from us for 3 months dbosomworth

CRM Tasks do not show on Zoho Business Desktop
When I add a Task in CRM, it does not appear on my Zoho Business Desktop. CRM Calendar Events do appear on my Zoho Calendar and Business Desktop, but CRM Tasks do not. Also, CRM Contacts do not appear in my Zoho Business Contacts. Thanks! Paul

Unable to add any more Potentials
Hi! I'm trying to add more potentials and Zoho is not allowing me. The screen goes blank and a blue bar moves along with my cursor across the screen. Is there a setting that only allows a certain amount of potentials? If so, have we exceeded this amount? Thank you! Tonya McDaniel

Charts don't work properly
Hi, I've got a report called ITSE Pipeline. The report works fine and generates the results sorted by probability i.e. 20, 60 & 80. But for some reason, the chart decides to display in the format 60, 20, 80. It doesn't seem to get the fresh information from the report Any ideas ? Thanks Simon Simon Earl
merging accounts does not show contacts who will be merged
While cleaning up the account DB I noticed that Zoho does not include in the UI information about the contacts that will be merged. Please address this in future updates. I want to see what contacts are being merged and have the option of editing out those contacts before the merge. thank you Dennis dgdlux
Potential Details reviewing file forward
I need the ability to view my potentials like a file card... one after the other... I want to be able to click 'view next' not click on potentials tab scroll down to next file click file wait for it to open review repeat... The current UI is very time consuming. Tasks and Calendar reminder does not work
When setting a reminder in a task or in the calendar I get a reminder on email right away instead of on the time scheduled the reminder to be set. I have made a feedback on this matter several times with no response. Do anyone have an answer of the problem? aquatex
