Zoho CRM Slow
Zoho has been running extremely slow for us for the past week. Anyone have an update as to why this is happening?

Hi CRM I have probable asked this before but can you make the address field names for mail and shipping changable so that UK addressing can be used. I curently use House No. Street, Area, Town, County, Postcode, Country, I created custom fields to get round the problem but the google map doesn't locate (only uses mailing and shipping), and then all the quotes, order and invoice etc generation is thrown too. markhudson

Is it possible to generate a Web-to-Lead form with a schedule field ? I would like to put it on a website for a spa in order to receive qualified appointments for this business. Zoho CRM is the best way or should I use another app form Zoho ?
Deleting a field - how to make sure there isn't data in there?
A while ago, I set up a number of Custom Fields. Now I realize I want to delete some. How to make sure there's no data in these fields? These fields aren't used, so of course they aren't included in my Layouts. So I can't run a search (Basic Search | Edit | Choose column | run search) because, not being in the Layouts, they don't show up. What to do? How to make 100% sure that I am not deleting data? I suppose I could include them in the Layout, run the search, check, and then delete. Is that
Missing Salutation Field
I am working on editing my field list and page layout. The Salutaion field shows up in the Lead and Contact Field List, but does not show up in the Page Layout. It also does not show up in the Available Field List within the Edit Page Layout screen. Can you help me with this?

Linked In has become a key way of referring to people. Because it is how everyone publishes their CVs, it is a useful store of information. It should be a standard field, not something one needs to create a 'custom field' for.

Hi, i am satisfied with the way of zoho handling the field level customization. But it would be a great advantage if create new/custom tab or module in addition to this. Adding Standard Fields when customizing layout
Hi I've been customizing the Contacts Layout and have renamed "Contacts" to "Tenants" as well. I don't seem to be able to add in standard fields like "Salutation" to the form sections I've created as I can't find the "Salutation" field. It is not on the "list of removed fields". I can't recall if I removed it originally from an original section. Restricting Accounts by User

Hi! I've been *very* frustrated with the Workflow in CRM. It is useless for doing anything remotely sophisticated. Really, being able to create tasks or email? Woopy. The *power* of Zoho CRM would really come out as a platform to build great integrations by being able to do cross module field updates. And run calculations. I know i know, you said you're working on it. But I think you're missing something great. Zoho Creator is a swiss army knife that allows me to do *anything* very easily.

There seems to be no logical order, so it is very hard to find items, i.e., column headings. Why not have the View list of 'available columns' arranged alphabetically? That would make sense. Zoho not syncing with Google Calendar
We are using professional platform and are using google apps. Under ZOHO CRM for Google Apps I am not able to get the calendar to sync I have set up and enabled. The response is "Not yet executed the scheduler". In the notes above ZOHO says: Synchronize with Google Calendar You can schedule synchronization of events between Zoho CRM and Google Calendar. Before I upgrade to the full version I would like to know if it is currently possible to filter documents in my google docs by client name. Theme Customization
Wondering why you're not able to customize themes in Zoho CRM for ALL users, rather than just a single user. If all users are working for the same company, it makes sense to apply a custom color skin for ALL users -- not just do it on a one person at a time basis. Seems silly not to have that option if you're going to allow theme customization.
CRM Email Info Visibility on "Leads List View"
Does anyone else think it would be extremely useful to view your email information in list view? I think it would be incredible and would make Zoho so much better, not to mention much more powerful! Advice on set-up for email
Hi- My company just implemented Zoho and we will be using it for sales and customer support. I'd like to send mass emails to my current clients, but I don't want to manually mark each contact with an "email" field so I can build a list off of the field.I'd rather just send emails to all of my clients and all of their contacts, but there is not a way to send emails (that I know of) to an account parameter. ZOHO CRM Global seach, google apps (mail search user) woefully inadequate for a CRM product.
Excuse me for pointing out the obvious, however CRM systems are about collecting data, interrogating the data so that you can use the data to build your business (Or a business for our clients) Global Search CRM global search allowing only 6 fields is POINTLESS. A waste of time. If any of our team need to look up "data" somewhere that is not listed in those TINY 6 fields they will not find it. Case in point is additional email addresses or telephone numbers or maiden names, account numbers, etc

Can I just mass change leads to “called” instead of logging every prospecting call?
Hello, When I am making an initial outbound telemarketing calls...is there anyway I can skip the “Log a call” screen or pop-up and just, on mass at the end of the day, select all the leads I cycled through and mark them “prospected” and have today’s date automatically included. It seems like a silly little thing, but logging every prospecting call with entering “Subject, Duration” ect. takes a bit of extra time that really adds up. I am new to CRM and I am having trouble setting up a calendar so that everyone in our company can view it... Since this works with Google plug in I made a new calendar in Google and gave several people access to view it. But when they sign into the CRM they can not see what I have put out there. The admins can see everyone's calendar. I am sure I have missed a stepped or have something not set correctly in settings.
Suggestions for Android App improvements
I have been working with the Android app since it was in Beta. In general, I am very pleased with the initial release. It is simple to use and pretty intuitive. Here are some of the things I would like to see the Dev Team start to work on for the next major update of the Android App: Integration with the Native Contact app on the phone. When I receive an incoming call it would be nice for ZCRM mobile to compare the number to my contact list and automatically launch the call logging feature. Improved
Field level validation
I am using Zoho professional edition and want to put a validation on one of the custom fields (datetime type). The validation at the time of saving a record should be that the value of the datetime field cannot be less than today's date. Anyone who has the solution, please help!
Company Logo in Invoice

CONTACT LIST VIEW?
Hello: Is there a way to have several different lists of contacts? For example a list of former customers, and a 2nd list of Current Customers? field mapping in the potentials module
Community - how do I map a standard field (stage) to a custom field in the potential module? For example, if the stage = 4, then a visible sub section would populate as "yellow". I do not get STAGE as one of my options to select in the dropdown menu as the parent field when trying to do this mapping (my custom is shoing up however...)

I am a computer consultant who is just now beginning to be exposed to CRM systems and ZohoCRM. I want to embrace this technology, both for myself as to be able to offer my clients that sort of coverage and support - I have 3 clients that are all about to sign up with ZohoCRM. I learn best by video training - youtube, lynda.com, etc, and it would be ideal if I could be pointed towards in-depth training videos (free or pay) to give me a grounding in CRM for small businesses in general, and using Zoho
removing access to the settings/admin panel in user profile
How can the "Setup" and "Upgrade" entries at the upper right be removed via the user profile? We do not want our users to see these entries in their zoho environment. So far, we did not find any setting option to control this. Thanks for your help.

Which way around does the sych work? If I update my iphone will that over write what is on my computer or is it the other way around? Also, I've noticed that I have written notes in the computer version that doesn't seem to display on my iphone app even after 'fetching' Any ideas? thanks
