Zoho Team, I love the new feature - My Organizations, that allow us to switch between zoho invoice accounts without logging in and out as different users. I am hoping you will come up with the same scenario for zoho crm, as I have 4 CRM accounts and each of my team members must login and out each time. Keep up the good work! Belinda

Hi - I need to be able to run 2 reports that show- 1) When I last touched a contact or account (so I can come in at the beginning of the week and see who I need to call and which firms I haven't touched in a while) 2) Which accounts I've set future tasks to and then filter that by contact so the columns would look something like this: Account Owner - Account Name - Contact Name - Task Due Date

Hello, can somebody help with advise regarding API key usage. Autonumber "sort" on header...
Hi, I have added a new custom field of type "Autonumber" and when I add it to a view and clicking on the header treats the column as "Text" and not number. Being an "Autonumber" I have expected it behave like a number. Is there a solution or work around to sort as number? Regards.

Errors syncing QB and Zoho - QBWC1057 - log included
Hello, I've just set up QuickBooks integration with Zoho. However, when I sync, it gives me errors (yet also says it was successful). Nothing in Zoho has changed as far as I can tell (i.e. Vendors). CRM Email template editor
Are there any plans o upgrade the CRM email template editor to have the same functionalities and options as the Mail email editor? It would be very helpful because the CRM email editor is very limited compared the the Zoho Mail editor.
Missing zeros on import
Have been trying to import from csv into 'Accounts' module that contains uk phone numbers which start with a zero (example : 01234 567890). Tried importing into default 'Phone' field, and it drops the leading zeros!! Tried creating custom field (text), and it still drops the zero. The most fustrating thing is that when I import the same data into 'Contacts', the phone number is displayed correctly! Any ideas. Only testing with small 10 line sample. Got 30k I want to import, but stuck on this.
Contacts imported from Cardscan not being found
Dear Team, The Contact Sync won't sync contacts originally imported from Cardscan. The plugin doesn't say that it's not syncing. No error message, no notification that it even recognizes that they are contacts, nothing. I can't use this if I don't even know which contacts are syncing, especially if they still have the Zoho category and I don't get any error. Are their any hidden fields Zoho is using to track syncing, or is it just using the category? Please fix this. About half of my contacts

Google Contacts -- synching with ZOHO

Add a field to the contacts showing under accounts
I hope I can explain this right.... When you go into an account it shows account info, notes, attachments, potential, contacts, etc. My concern is on that page under contacts. I would like to add a different field. It currently shows name, email, phone, mobile & fax. I would like to replace the phone numbers with the title & department. It would also be great if I could add those 2 fields into the list generated when you click contacts from the main tool bar. Thanks Jason
Creating a task when an email is sent to check outstanding replies.
I have been trying to figure out the best way of easily monitoring outstanding email requests. I might have to email a client to request some extra information or send contracts to a supplier and ask when they have been accepted. Now what I would like is a task automatically generated so I can see requests that have been sent but not answered, of course this is not for every email so it is a parameter when sending the email. I know I could set up a task after I have sent the email but the weakness

Inbound emails (with attachments) do they get saved to the right contact?
I am about to get 500 inbound emails from contacts -- in ZOHO -- with a pdf attachment to each of these emails that my contacts will send with their updated prices. I am wondering will these attachments get saved under the contact's profile under docs attachment? Or will they just be saved and attached to the email under the contact record? Multiple Companies
We are looking to use Zoho (Professional Edition) My issue is Currently I have one resource who will work on a set of accounts. Next week I am due to also get another set of accounts that I want to assign to another resource that I have. How do I keep seperate the two users. I want to be a power administrator for both but I dont want them to be able to see each others. We aren't using ZOHO as a traditional Sales leads and conversions tool but more as a tool to make notes and create actions

Hi Zoho CRM team, We're very surprised not to have this feature yet. We'd like to be able to activate an option related to Gmail integration: open a new mail in Gmail when we click an email address in Zoho CRM. Zoho CRM syncs with Gmail so we don't need to use Zoho CRM email client, which is very far from Gmail's efficiency. Keep focusing on a CRM, drop the email to our own specialized email services. Let say that you are sitting with your sales team and you go through your potentials...It's very frustating now if you want to enter new "Next Step" or close or create new task. Improve entering the relations - at least for mobile version
I really, really appreciate if you simplify entering the relations. Let say that you enter new Task and you want to add Account to this Task. Note, make entering new tasks simple is critical to use CRM as task management system. Why don't you: enable user to enter the related entity name (e.g. Account Name) directly at the entity form (e.g. Task form), show list of related entites already filtered by the text entered in previous step, with the option to create new entity (for cases where entity
Workflow Task assigned to Importer, not Owner
I'm trying to import a batch of leads through "Import my organization leads" that have their owners set by Assignment Rules. The task I choose gets assigned to the person importing the leads (myself) instead of the user who is the owner assigned by the rule. It doesn't seem like this is the way it should work but I couldn't find any documentation.

Associate email with different contact?
I'm often forwarded an email that I need to associate with a specific contact or lead in Zoho CRM. The contact is usually in the header information, but lower down in the email since they did not directly email me. Is there a way to associate the email with the correct contact in Zoho CRM using the Outlook plugin?
Add in for Outlook 2007 will not install
Outlook addin will not install. When I try to install is looks as if everything goes well but I get no toolbar in Outlook nor is there any thing in the trust center to enable. I have Win7 64bit.
Replace the 1st administrator
I leave my company et and I need to transfer the administration and close my account. The problem is that I've created the crm account and it seems impossible to desactivate this account and also delete it without problems. Thanks
Bug or intentional behavior for global search?
In the global search field if I type in something and then later go back to edit the query (for example to fix a typo) there seems to be no way to select anything but the entire query, meaning I have to retype the entire query again even if I just needed to add in a letter. The only workaround I've found is if I click and hold while typing I can prevent the whole search query from being selected. I've tested this on two different computers using the latest version of Firefox and Opera.
Zoho Sheet View bug
If I use the Find Contacts search box at the top right of the Contacts window (NOT THE SEARCH ON THE LEFT SIDE), and search for a specific Account name (choosing "by Account Name" in the search drop down option - I get the correct results in the window. However, if I then choose "Zoho Sheet View" to edit those contacts returned, I instead get all contacts that match my search string - none of the Accounts I was just viewing. For example: I search for Find Contacts: by Account Name "Smith", I get 10 results

Google Maps native within Zoho CRM Mobile
One fairly minor, but really helpful thought - in the Zoho CRM Mobile site, if you look up a contact's address it will default open up to Google Maps website... yet, on Android phones it would be REALLY nice if the link syntax told the phone to send the link to the Maps app instead of the mobile Maps site. Is there a way to add a facebook or twitter icon to your email signature? I can't figure it out, but I think it would be great added bonus for our clients to stay connected to us and instead of sending out a mass email, they can click on the icon in an email convo we have and follow us...thoughts? Add task, Add event don't work

Zoho Sheet View: export to xls not working?
Hi, when you request a Sheet View from a list of contacts, then normally you can export that list into csv, excel, pdf, ... But this doesn't seem to be working today? When I request an export, nothing happens... And I need this urgently to export the contacts to my mailing program. Can anyone help?
"today/NaN/undefined" bug in CRM date filters
