How to update a field with a percentage of another field when a check box is ticked
Hi All, I am new to Zoho but have used many different systems and struggling to find the correct way to achieve this which should be quite simply, below is what i am trying to achieve. Potential with Quotes
We have customers where we do a lot of quotes, in the service industry, and it would be good to track them under a single potential. Problem is that there is no way to sum the quotes and apply them to the total potential and then apply % based on quote stage. This would give me a true potential view. Any ideas?
Creating modular functions to be called by other custom functions.
How would you go about creating a function that is given an input and returns a value? In my case I want to clean up phone numbers but I don't wish to rewrite the essential code 3 times over for each mobile, landline and alternative phone number. From Field not sohwing my email address as an option
Hi, When trying to send an estimate from Zoho CRM (via the Zoho Books integration), the drop down field in the email template will not show my email address. It only shows the addresses of the two other administrators. So I cannot send out emails that are coming from me when I send estimates... The one solution that seemed promising was to create an Organizational Email for my email but that does not seem to have had any affect. Hello, When I add a contact from outlook to Zoho, I often accidentally create a duplicate contact in Zoho because the contact is spelled in all caps in Zoho, but when I add that contact from Outlook, its spelled lower case. what can be done to avoid this

Call status entry for insertRecords of Calls module not reflecting in Zoho web portal and zoho database
Using insertRecords api, I'm uploading call records with Call Status as Missed. It's uploaded successfully. When I check in website, the entry comes under Received calls and not missed calls. Similarly, If I upload an entry with status Unattended Dialed, the zoho crm over writes it as Attended Dialed. For the last six or seven months, we have been experiencing missing emails within Zoho CRM. These are emails sent to our Organisation Email. After four or five telephone contacts with Zoho and a few worthless, also worthless, chats, I learn that the Zoho CRM organisation email address will only display or capture inbound emails sent in reply to an email originating from us. Mass update the field value to Null/None
Hi, I tried to mass update the value of a field to Null or None. That field is an option field. I just want to delete all the values in there because the values in there are not applicable anymore. For that field, it is not required field and I want to leave it empty/null/none for some accounts, so I can't really update them into some other values. Rejected Emails not being seen by Sender
Emails sent from within ZOHO CRM are not being sent to the originating sender. We have tested this and find that if you send an email that is to an address that is misspelled or not existing, then there is no notification to the sender. The sender assumes all emails in the CRM are valid when they are not. It is imperative we know when an email bounces back in order to maintain a clean database. Google Adwords integration GCLID not being updated
Hi, I have integrated a 3rd party web form with the instructions on this page https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/google-adwords/configure.html The GCLID is being added correctly to the Lead when I am using insertRecords API call. How to make alert and how to handle more then two unique fields
Hi, After the line 23 and 24 are added on a custom function, it got error "'ALERT' task can be used only in on load, on validate and on change actions". I want to remind user to key in the value to specified fields. How can I add it on custom function? I have a question about calling from ZoHo CRM as a European Zoho customer (Netherlands). What is the best phone provider for me to use and why?
