How can I upload a complete folder, as far as I´ve tried I have been able to upload to Zoho one small file at a time. I have one thousand files in one folder. Can somebody help me? I am administrator and I only have permission to upload one file at a time. The Superadministrator can however we do not know how to do it. please help. Pop up does not link to lead
We have instituted pop up reminders to call leads but when you see the pop up. It does not link to the lead. You have to go do a search. Are we missing something? Thanks
How to embed web form on Facebook
Hi all: I need to create a lead form in Facebook for people to request a product sample. I created my form and everything went fine, but I'm not getting the options to select embed, source, or iFrame. Also, I've seen another post on this forum where I should be getting tabs to select a specific supported site before selecting the code to use. Can't Access Zoho Apps in Firefox
I am used to using Zoho with Mozilla Firefox. Today all of a sudden I can't get in. It is working with Internet Explorer, but I prefer to work in Firefox. What is the problem and when will it be fixed? This affects not only Zoho CRM, but also Calendar and Contact manager as well.
Zoho User created own instance of zoho CRM
So I have a user that has access to Zoho Connect and Zoho Recruit, I sent her an invitation for Zoho CRM. Instead of using the invitation link she navigated to Zoho CRM and created her own instance of Zoho CRM. How can I as a company administrator prevent this from happening? How can I close that CRM instance and give her access to the company version I set up?
Custom field for User Personal Settings?
Hello, Is there a way to add a custom field to our employees Personal Settings for a personalized Tracking Code/Promo Code? We want to have the ability for our sales team to have a tracking code for use in an email template. Something along the lines of ${User.PromoCode} I see how to add custom fields to different modules (for leads, accounts, etc), but nothing for the Sales Team (User). Thanks in Advance

Lead to Contact
This has been asked before, but I can't seem to find a good resolution. When I get mail, the sender gets placed in CRM as a "Lead". If that person is not a lead (e.g. a partner company), I still want them in my contacts. How can I move that "Lead" to a "Contact"? If I delete the lead and manually create the contact, will I lose all my history with that person? It seems silly not to be able to "downgrade" a lead... Thanks, Lee

Zoho Document links wont open in Chrome
When I try to open an uploaded document in ZOHO it does not open the doc, just a blank page. all other browsers work. Is there a setting in chrome that I am missing?

Add Cases to tasks, notes, calendar integration
It would be really useful if it were possible to either create a case from an email or add an email to a case that has already been created. In addition, it would also be a nice feature to be able to email from within a particular case so that the correspondence is captured and tied directly to the case. Similar to being able to email directly from a "potential" case and adding email correspondence to that potential deal.

Is it possible to create different Potential Record Types based on Role? For example: We have 2 different salesperson types, New Sales and Reorder Sales I would like to create record types based on these. New Sales Personnel would have a different group of Pipeline stages than our Reorder Sales people. They would also have the option of choosing which record type that they could pick from in the event of rollover calls. So, when creating a new Potential there would be a picklist option to choose
BCC Zoho on Lead/Prospect Emails
Is it possible to somehow bcc Zoho on an email sent directly to a lead or prospect and then somehow have the contents of that email be updated automatically within Zoho for the specific lead/prospect? I have used this feature in other systems and could not find any documentation online that suggests the CRD system supports this capability.

CRM Events - Why can't an Admin disable 'Book Now' funtions
The Booking features and functions under 'Activities>Events' are not adding any value to our organization and we wish to turn it off. As an Enterprise customer we would like the ability to turn this off. Why doesn't zoho give us the option to turn it off?

Google calendar sync issues
Hi Our 1 way sync (Google Calendar >> Zoho Events) stopped updating events on zoho. So, if you create an event on Google Calendar, an event gets created on Zoho. But the issue is, since yesterday, if you try to update any event on google calendar, the updates (change or delete) won't sync to zoho. Before yesterday, it used to be working fine for a long time.
Allow merge fields from custom modules
We want to be able to send emails and letters out to clients but in our templates we want to add fields from custom modules, but Zoho does not allow us to do this yet (Salesforce does) so it is possible, is there any such feature on your roadmap?
Not saving records

Cannot view tasks or save certain things
We're receiving a "Insufficient Privileges to perform this operation. Contact your Administrator" message when trying to view tasks. We can edit them but then receive the same message trying to save changes. This behavior is new today. Everything worked when we last used it Friday.
Imported Contacts showing under Accounts (but not Contacts)
I've imported a CSV to my Contacts (they're not all Accounts at this point); however, once I close that tab and reopen it, I find that there are no records in Contacts...instead, they're all in Accounts. Help! What am I doing wrong?
Inherit VAT number of parent account
We create a lot of child accounts and currently, we have to enter all information (fields) manually even though we would like to use the info of the parent account. Emails Using "Send Mail" From Potentials Not Logging
Hello, We are trying to send emails through the Send Mail link within a potential, and they are not logging/recording under the "Emails" section within that potential. It shows up in the mail magnet with return emails, but is not listed at all in the potential or with the lead. Help.
Related Contacts in the Account windows
When you are inside an Account frame the side form for Related Contact shows only 5 names. We have many Account which have more than 50-100 contact. Can we customized this Related Contact window? Multiple totally separate Accounts with the same name
Our Accounts are newspapers. There are a few common names (e.g. The Courier, Daily News, etc.) that are used by several totally different newspapers. How do I set these up. There are combinations of fields that are unique. OR since I am converting from Goldmine, I have unique Goldmine ID's. Could I use these somehow?
PDF export limited to 2,000 records
Have created a new report for our company listing activity related to potentials for the previous week. Management would like me to run this report each Monday morning. I went to run the report and it shows more than 2,000 records. When I click to advance to the next page in the browser it shows "No Data Available". If I export the report as an XLS file I get over 2,300 records. Ideally I want to export as PDF (it looks much nicer) but Zoho is only exporting the first 2,000 records for the PDF

Web Form Current Date
Currently we are required to manually enter the current date of leads that we recieve. Is there a way to add a date field to the form that will have the current date as it's default value, or otherwise a way that leads will automatically have the current date added to it automatically?
