New User Woes
Hello support: When a new user logged out and comes back is directed to Zoho website and can create account, potentials etc. However, they are not seen in my site at all. User shows that she is 'Unconfirmed' on my list but everytime I re-invite her, she goes direct to Zoho site. How can we re-direct her in my site instead of Zoho? How can we get her to be 'Confirmed' in my Users?
How to move contact or account to the group we made?

Google Apps not present in ZOHO CRM integration
I wanted to synchronize ZOHO CRM Events/Tasks or calendar with Google calendar. Google Apps is not present in the ZOHO CRM integration screen I am currently on a trial, using the Professional version. I go to setup>Appsand Add-ons. I am offered ZohoApps and Other apps "Other" only offers me Outlook, Phonebridge, Mobile and Office. How do I integrate Google calendar or Google anything at all? Has there been a big argument that I missed? Are ZOHO and Google not playing nicely with each other anymore?

Custom Auto Number with Year Month and Initial.
I would like to create a transaction ID that will follow a new potential through quote, sales order and Invoice. We receive a sales report from our daily sales from our website. This is a CSV report. Can I upload these sales figures into a sales module and then be able to pull sales reports from this data? Also, We have suppliers and customers. I input information under contacts that were suppliers. They were turned into accounts as well as contacts. Is there a difference with regard to accounts being sales accounts or supplier accounts or do they all just reside in the same place?

Problems CRM mail - ASK FOR CREDITS PEOPLE!!
I have been told to post here as this is the ONLY way to get a "credit" for services not received. I encourage EVERYONE who is part of Zoho and who is affected by this "temporary" outage to request a credit for the incident. We should not have to keep following up with a company like this, some of us, if not most of us get paid for our time. Zoho should recognize this and put their money where their mouth is just like any other business out there. I want a credit posted to my account for this
Zoho Email Tab
Zoho, I appreciate all the hard work and improvements to the software but the undocumented changes that appear every weekend need to stop. Everyone came in this morning and the Email Tab in CRM was gone. We reverted to using the ZOHO Mail program but our users were comfortable with using the Tab. Application updating/refresh issue
We've just rolled out to our sales team of 5 who are now using the iPhone/Android apps. It seems that the phone app isn't able to receive/display certain notes, events, calls etc. Logged in as Super Admin, I can see (what appears to be) all details but using my same log-in details on the Android app, the same information is not visible. Hi, I setup visitor tracking by embedding on the website (http://www.foodbusinessschool.org) the snippet of code provided in the Zoho CRM -> Visits section (which involved activating the Zoho SalesIQ Visitor Tracking add-on). When I go to salesiq I can see realtime visitors there, stats, etc. but when I go on the Zoho CRM -> Visits section it still tells me "Not getting visits?..." and shows the default "how to setup visitor tracking" page. Any idea why this behaviour?

Hi All, I know how to automate a workflow task by creating a Rule and then associating a task with that rule. I love that an email is then sent out to notify that a task has been set. However, I also want to be able to have a REMINDER come before the due date of that task, and I dont want to have to manually set a reminder each time. Do you know how to set a reminder within the workflow task so that, in addition to a notification of the task assignment, a reminder will also automatically be sent
'Send Mail' Not Working from 'Activities' tab after switching to IMAP
Hi, After switching to IMAP I cannot sent an email from my Activities tab. An error pops up that says: "TypeError: Cannot read property 'value' of undefined Zoho crm" It appears to work from the lead and contact section in that the email pops up with no error but I have yet to discover if it actually sends. Preparing migration file from a Salesforce export
I've exported my CSV files from Salesforce, but the dates didn't come across as yyyy-MM-dd, so I went into Documents in Windows, opened up the export folder and then opened up the first exported file in Excel and tried to reformat the date field and then save the file ready for importing into Zoho. But the file will not save as a CSV file with dates in yyyy-MM-dd format. I've tried several work arounds, but none worked. My salesforce records are very standard and under 500 in number.
