I am trying to create dashboard charts based on reports that I have created in CRM. The reports work and run as reports but are not available for selection as Source Reports when creating the Dashboard Element. What am I doing wrong?

Workflow Alerts are not sending on Sundays!
We have spent several weeks troubleshooting a client instance of CRM with workflows that change fields and send alerts but do not appear to run correctly on Sundays only. They appear to run fine on Monday through Saturday, but on Sundays, they either don't run, or they don't send the email alerts. Customer is not happy. How are they supposed to work? Leads have a date/time field of a future appointment, Appointments can be on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, never Sunday, Workflow

All Email Alert Workflows Stopped Working
We have multiple workflows that generate email alerts. First they never would trigger an email alert on weekends???? (Zoho has not resolved). Now for no apparent reason all email alerts have stopped firing? Any ideas what would change that could cause either of these issues? Unfortunately we are likely going to cancel the subscription because it was purchased to automate lead processes primarily.
Mobile App for iOS - allow screen turning for longer view on eg opportunities
Hi, Thanks for opening up the Mobile Apps access! I'm sure my activity will go up by heaps. I realise that most of my Potentials look the same in the Mobile App, because they are on the same topic for various customers and the customer name comes later in the text. And I want to avoid acronyms if possible... By turning the screen from Vertical to Horizontal as in most iOS Apps the field for potential name could be much longer, enough for this to work. Reports only exporting half of data
I am trying to export data from a report and it is only allowing me to export a few pages then goes to no records available. Is anyone else experiencing this? Leah Edwards

Hello, is there any possibility to set such permission when the user have an access only to his data. In other words, the user is allowed to view only his leads, contacts and clients. So, I want some users to see everything and limit the other users somehow. Thank you, Xenie

If you add an attachment to a lead and then convert the lead the attachment disapears.
Hi, we create custom quotes for our customers using different tool then ZOHO CRM. They are in .pdf format. My sales rep upload them to the lead and then convert the lead to an account etc.... After it converts the attachment is no longer there. Its not under account, contact, etc... I have informed my sales reps to make sure only to do attachments under account for now. crm dashbaord - todays leads not showing up
Hi There, I am sending emails which include my tracking ZOHO email which the emails are not showing up on the dashboard for "todays leads". the lead is being created tho!!. another issue when the dashboard is in customise mode. open tasks section - doesnt show who the task is for. so i have a number of arrange appt, arrange appt, email intro etc. only in classic mode does it show the account and contact. THIS IS A MUST for the other view. its redundant without!!!
ZOHO Mail in CRM NEEDS HELP!
Ugh. I was working on an email in Zoho CRM for the last 30 minutes and lost the entire message because I dragged an attachment into the email. Within seconds the email turned into a preview of the document I added. Email lost. UGH! Tried using history to go back a page, but no luck. ZOHO CRM EMAIL DOESN'T AUTOSAVE. Drag and drop works great in ZOHO MAIL and AUTOSAVE works great in ZOHO MAIL. PLEASE MAKE ZOHO CRM MAIL WORK AS WELL and help me love Zoho. Thanks!
Send Email Campaign to Contacts that are Customers?
I am building a View in Contacts to Sync with Zoho Campaigns to send emails to my customer contacts. When designing a custom view in the Contacts Module, I don't seem to have Criteria available for Account Type. I'm unsure how to make a View in Contacts where Account Type = Customer so that I can then sync that view to Campaigns. Thanks so much!

Contact screen keeps defaulting back - and not showing all of the information?
The contact screen keeps changing - and the information that was entered under "Contact Information" - like "lead source"< "account name", etc - is blank. When I shut down the website and reopen it - it starts working for the first few contacts, and then keeps reverting back. HELP!

De-select from picklist
I created a custom pick-list field in contacts, and can't "deselect" if I don't want to use that field (having clicked it accidentally). Do I need to create a "none" in the pick-list values? How do I do this without having to delete and recreate the whole contact? Thanks
Lead Conversion to Potential is not working

If you use the leads to capture data and ask customers to give you updated information l you might have this problem. We use leads to filter, capture and update existing Customer data. The issue is upon conversion of that new data captured via the lead tab her is what appears to happen. If the lead wants you to update his email address you cannot change it you can only create a duplicate... If the lead converting has blank fields those are filled in but if he changes for example his cell number

Related to field being deleted in Tasks
We are experiencing an ongoing issue with Tasks. Tasks are being created with a "Related to: Accounts" field. At some point this Related to field is being cleared. What we are left with is a number of Tasks that now do not have an associated Account. We have explored this being an issue with user input but as a task cannot be created without a related to field we have begun to suspect this is a problem behind the scenes. We have not been able to replicate the problem but slowly our list of Tasks

I got error when I tried to create a Rule Trigger, to be executed 90 days before Closing Dates of Potentials. The error is " The Date of Execution should be LESS THAN 20 days from Closing Date". I am trying to show a "List of Potentials expiring in 90 days" on Home module. Second best solution would be automatically created Tasks 90 days before Closing Dates of Potentials. Issue with report generation
Hi, I am trying to generate an Open Potential Report. Strangely, only some of the entries have values for the probability field. Many of them are simply empty; yet they do have entered values in the detailed potential screens. FYI: I have changed the field definitions for probability values. And the probabilities have been changed from its originally entered value as part of the sales process. Why does this happen? Are we doing something wrong? Can anybody help me with that? Integration into Outlook
Hi, I'm trying to configure my outllook with the Zoho plugin. I've synced my contacts okay, tasks and calendar too. When I try to sync email it works for sent items, but any emails that come in from the contacts do not sync, nor do they if I go to the addon and add manually. Chris
