Update Accounts by matching Zoho Account ID instead of Account Name.
In our industry we have a great deal of companies with the same name. This makes updating Account information very problematic! It would be very helpful and more logical to have the option to use the Zoho Account ID instead of the Account Name as the matching field for updates.

When you use a system like we do, all day, every day, it is easy to notice when things are not right. Email integration
Hello Zoho forum, I am a new paid "professional" subscriber to Zoho. During my trial period, I generated an automated Zoho email that I could bcc on my emails so that these emails could be automatically linked to my leads and accounts, using content recognition. I have been using that bcc but the emails are not showing up in Zoho. Could you offer any advice on how to get this working? Is this kind of email integration included in "Professional"? Next Button Positioning Issue
Using Firefox with normal zoom settings, the next button at the bottom of the leads page is off the page and requires moving the browser to the right. Sounds like a simple issue, but it is a major pain to deal with. I have to zoom the browser out to make it viewable without moving the browser. Is there a way to fix this?

How to convert a potential into a lead
I am new to to zoho. I would normally in (my mind) convert a potential, (this could be one in the future) for instance i called XYZ Company in January 2014, they told me they may be interested in buying from us in June - I would class this as a "future 'potential'", and record it as such, then i would call again in June, and if they are in the market to buy i would convert this to a lead. Mapping dependency fields on "edit" mode.
I've realized that if I create a dependency mapping, it will only work when creating a record. But, what about when I want to edit one? Is this possible or it's just an error?
No Custom Fields Button?
I just opened up a Free Account for Entrepreneurs & Start Ups. I am trying to add new Custom Fields, but that button isn't even appearing when I go to Customization > Fields and pick any Module. Sending data from webhooks to creator.
I am unable to send the data from my module in Zoho CRM to Zoho creator form. I want to use the webhook so that every edit and create webhook will trigger and data will be sent to creator for further actions. But webhook is unable to pass the data to creator. Hello All, I have imported 1000's of leads in to my leads but is there a way to go to a lead page without having to click through dozens of pages to get to the page I want to start calling on? Exporting fields
In Zoho CRM, is there a way to export all of the notes for a particular lead owner that were entered in a particular week? So, if I want to see all of the notes John Doe has entered for all of his leads last week, is there an easy way to see that/export that/print that without clicking on every single lead? web to contact form last name field error
My website was just setup, We tested everything it all worked. Suddenly the past two days my web to contact form is giving an error. It says the last name field needs to have something input but it does. We fill it in with info and it still keeps giving us the error. It's interesting how one item missing out of a whole set of good functionalites can be so frustrating. I have been able to modify the Zoho interface very nicely except that I would like to be able setup a Potential column within the list of Tasks. Mass Deletion of Email Templates, Mass Editing as Well
I have a ton of email templates used for a lot of different things including mass emails. The list keeps growing. So, I decided to delete a bunch. Unfortunately, zoho has only 2 buttons: edit and delete. It would be nice if there was a check box next to each one so that I could choose a large quantity to delete all at once. Multiple Products Inventory Template
Hello, Forgive me if this is a silly question, but I cannot find the solution on my own. I have made a Sales Order with multiple products successfully. From here I would like to export to pdf. However, the Inventory Template I am trying to create does not give me the ability to drop in information for the second product and pricing. Attach Email to Case
We use Zoho CRM with Google Apps and my regular email client is straight Gmail (no outlook). When we open a service ticket using cases, I can't find a way to attach / link the customer's email to the case. I don't want to attach it to the contact. It's only relevant to the case? Related to field in Task (Lookup field) disabled
Hi, We are not able to to use the lookup field when we create a new task. The "related to" select box are disabled. I have read about the limit of 5 lookup fields, but i do not think it has anything to do with this, as this is a standard field in Zoho Crm.
