With the heartbleed vulnerability I would like to force all the users to reset their passwords. Is it possible to do this?
Automatically importing leads from another website--email?
Is there a way to import leads automatically that are generated on another website? I have dozens of new leads daily coming in on current sites, and I can cc a Zoho email address if it can import those contacts into my leads, but it's too clunky to do a file export > import every day.

Update problem in Cases
I had to make an update to a Case and correct the contact person. When I changed the "Related to" person, it didn't update the phone and email address associated with that person. It left the information from the prior contact. Please help. Thanks!

Exporting Contacts and Accounts and putting back into Leads module
We have been using Zoho for a few years and no one has really used the leads module until I arrived. Is this option not available to Free Users? Typically there is some type of notification if this is the case.

Can't see attachments!
One of our users of the CRM cannot see the file attachments in Zoho CRM, and we simply can't explain it let alone fix it. The rest of us can see the attachments. Unfortunately, she is the one who needs to see the attachments most of all. Anyone experienced anything like that before?
Error adding new component
Attached is a screenshot of the error I receive when trying to add a 5th component on the home page. I'm guessing it's because 4 is the max, but "crm.alert.add.component1" isn't exactly an intuitive way to express that. ;-)

Sudden Email Error
When I try to receive email I'm suddenly getting a red error popup: Invalid Security Certificate for the server. Try changing the incoming port to 110, without SSL and check again. Email been workinng fine for 2 years now this popped up all of a sudden.

i just added a new user to my professional account. I was forced to give her "manager" role, even though i want to limit her access and role. she did not yet accept the invite email.. is it only after she accepts and logs in, do i have access to limit the permissions and role?

Cannot print quotes when running Zoho in Chrome
We have 3 users running Zoho CRM. 2 of the users run Zoho CRM using Internet Explorer and 1 user is running Zoho CRM using Chrome. The 2 users running Zoho CRM in Internet Explorer are having no issues but the one running Zoho CRM using Chrome is not able to print any documents. He can export to a PDF fine, Print Preview fine, but when he prints, it opens up the window to choose the template to use and shows the preview or pdf fine but will not print. I have a user who is set up under another Zoho account (call it Company A). His email address/user has been deactivated. But, under the new Zoho account (call it Company B) will not allow me to add him as it says that his email address is already in use. What is needed to make this happen?
Web to lead notification details not arriving - NetDev

Leads run vs. Closed Sales
I am trying to figure out how to setup Zoho to run a report to track our sales. The sales report I would like would have the amount of Leads run and of those Leads how many were SOLD? ZOHO Webform Data not showing on Mac Mail and iPhone?
Since Saturday March 23rd my contact and lead forms data won't display on my iPhone or through my Mac Mail Client. If I log into my gmail through a web browser the email reveals the lead form data as before. Anyone else experiencing this issue? Regards, CW

Hi there...in the CRM products, let's say I sell something that costs $100, but my actual cost of that is $85 (15% margin). How can Zoho handle that? What I am seeking is to have a salesperson add in the cost to the customer so that it shows $100 in invoices, etc, but internally, I know that I made $15 in gross margin off of the transaction. I am having serious problems with product handling and quoting in Zoho. I have 60,000 individual products that I need to be able to quote. However, I was told by tech support that the only way to do this is to import the products, then create a price book where I will have to insert 60,000 list prices manually. This is ridiculous!!!!!!
