zoho & ms access - Is this possible?
Hi there, I've just started playing on a trial account & wanted to check and see if the functionality our company needs is available before signing up to an ongoing account. We presently use an in house system written in access to store all of our sales & stock information. My end goal with zoho crm would be to be able to open the "accounts" tab, select an account and possible within the "sales orders" panel, display the customers last 10 sales. My question is can i pull that sales info out of the

OK, I am a bit frustrated... Yesterday morning, my sales reps and I noticed zoho CRM loading very slowly and freezing up many times. Then, around 1pm, it stopped working for good. Since yesterday, none of us have been able to log onto zoho CRM from the office or from our homes. We can navigate throughout the website, but when attempting to log into the CRM, we get the "Loading... Please wait." message until the page times out. I mean you customize all the fields required when creating the contact/account/lead/etc, but then when you enter the created item there are many fields that appear below that info, such Related tasks, Contacts, Cases, etc, Can we edit that as well? Link a Purchase Order to an Invoice
Hi, I just have a quick question or two; Is it possible to create a link between a Purchase Order you've created and its corresponding Invoice or Quote? And if it is possible to do so, can it be done in a way that allows you to open the Purchase Order, look through it, then, while still inside the purchase order be able to click on a link that will open up it's Invoice or the Quote? - Thanks

Web form doesn't work
Hi folks - I'm a Zoho newbie, and wonder if someone with eagle eyes can help please. We want the web form published here http://www.shaking-tent.com/saleconfirmationform/ to automatically add leads to our CRM. Also we want an email notification of any new contact received. Completing the form doesn't seem to do either of these. I've read through some other forum posts, but can't find why this isn't working. Can someone help please? Chris

API with Aweber?
Zapier API shows a connection between Aweber and Zoho Premium (not the same term used at Zoho) but Zoho does not show it. Is this becasue there is no direct connection and there is a connection throuh a 3rd party API? Can someone confirm if Zapier works and which Zoho version to connects to Aweber?

If I have my own document (just for me) uploaded in my carpet (no shared to anyone) and I want to attach this document to an account that is shared with other vendors. I don´t want to share this document with the other vendors, it is possible?
Email Contacts based on Account Data
Is there a way to filter by information based in the "Account" tab and then send an email to the related contacts? In other words, the criteria I need to filter is found in the accounts section, but I can't contact an account, I need to email the related contacts. Is this possible for mass email? Thanks.
ZOHO "From" Emails within Templates
If logged in under a separate user, when sending a template using a different name it appears as that users email and not as their actual name. ie Mary Jo sends an email, and switches the from field to her manager "Joe Smith." In the FROM field it reads jsmith2323 instead of from Joe Smith. When an email is sent from Joe, while he is logged in, there is no problem. How does one fix this so all emails are uniform in who they are sent from/replied to, and have it not be an email address, but a name?

Zoho Mail Merge
I need to mail merge 2 documents for contacts but can only search using contact name. Is there anyway to search via company name and mail merge onto 1 document? Once i search, then select that contact then search again, I lose the previous contact i selected and have to mail merge individually..... Please advise

I have a real estate site, and when people inquire about a property, i receive an email from the company that provides the property search technology with the username, address they inquired about, contact info and their comments. "Google's Task List" is empty in the "Apps & Add-ons" section of the Setup
Hello, I had no problem to make the link between our Google Apps domain and our Zoho CRM, all is working fine, Except for Tasks. I can't choose a task list in the setup to make te link for this last option. I attached a printscreen to illustrate the case. I tried to create another tasklist, but nothing changed. How to send email as from custom smtp instead from @zoho.com on behalf of...?
When I send mass email - it works. But when I tried to send the email to separate lead/contact it always appears as *@zoho.com on behalf of *@mycompany.com In email tab I have confirmed sending emails from zoho's smtp but using my email address. Why it works for mass email and doesn't work for a separate send email function? I don't want customers to see that I am sending emails through zoho, and I don't want to use mycompany's smtp. Assigning Leads to an Account
Is there any way to assign leads to an Account? For instance if we had a number of leads all working for the same company or department could we group these within an Account? I know you can assign Potentials and Contacts to Accounts but I can't see any way to do the same thing with Leads.
IP Restriction : Access Denied
Hi Support, I am currently unable to log in to my Zoho account. A message 'Access from this machine is not allowed' is popping as i try to log in. Creating a task - dissapearing on date selection

How to see age by days in a particular stage or sub-stage of closing?
We have our customers go through many steps from Leads to Accounts. After becoming an Account they go through 6 phases of training and setup before becoming Paying customers. Then many stages beyond. How do I track the time spent in each of these stages by days? I would like to know that my Lead spent 28 days in the connecting stage, then 13 days in demo stage, converted to account. Once they became account they spent 32 days in stage 1, 18 days in stage 2, so on. Is this Possible in ZohoCRM?
