Are 2 fields with the same name in the same module possible?
It doesn't appear possible for me to have two fields with the same name in the same module. I need to do something like Company A and Company B or Telephone A and Telephone B. It would appear that Zoho does not allow me to give the field a different value the way most forms work. Sugar CRM allows you to do this. The display name is just that, not the actual field value. Someone please tell me I'm wrong. I really like Zoho, but I need the ability to do this.

Web to Lead not working
As of today 2/25/13, my web lead integration has stopped working. The return URL is being called, but the Customer email is not being sent and the lead entry is not being made. Has something changed?
Multiple Contacts attached to an event
I want to record that multiple Contacts attended an Event. I can do that by adding them as 'Invitees', but then when I look at the Contact record of each Invitee it does not associate them with the event under their Activities list. Am I missing something?

can't add new CC details Whenever I change the mo nth date for my new CC details it takes me back to the previous page - using chrome. Can therefor add new CC details and can't pay. Very Odd Any thoughts?

Can you connect using the web to lead form a campaign without having to do manually? We have not been able to import a lead into Zoho and have is attached to a campaign at the same time?

How come the zoho viewer is not working? When I go to view a document- like cv or fee sheet- I like to do the viewer i/s of downloading the doc. Not working- looks like it is working – goes to new page and then “loading” starts but never stops.

I have two LEADS data bases. Call them 1 and 2. "1" has all the updated information I need. "2" has all the same names but not the updates and each database has a different distinct name. When I try to delete "2", it deletes "1" as well. I have followed the directions and suggestions from ZOHO and I must be missing something. Ideas?
Task Priority Sort
The default task priority sort appears to be alphabetical. When I customize the priority and do not select alphabetical sort, I still get an alphabetical result: High Highest Normal Low Lowest One would expect Highest to be the top priority, followed by High, then Normal, then Low and finally Lowest. There is 2 contacts in the same CRM but they do not match !
It is in the title : There is 2 contacts in the same CRM but they do not match ! I turn to the forum to try to get help. I ask the regular way. Without answer, I turn to the escalading demand. Same : no proper answer… Zoho seems full of promises but so many flaws. This one is very interesting : Within the Zoho CRM, there is 2 different contact lists. That's great, but the trouble is that they don't match… One has got 7 contacts and the other has got 200 and that are not even the same contacts…!
How to display all added sections?
Hi, can you also tell me how to display added sections in my page? I've added 8 additional sections to "Cases" but they do not display on the case page (only the three original sections which I've also renamed.). When I follow the instructions for editing the page layout, the new sections are not listed in the drag and drop window, only the original items are listed (Open Activities, Closed Activities and Attachments). Can't create new prospects
Hi, Since this morning, me and my team aren't able to create new prospects/leads. In fact, we can create the prospect, but when we do a search we are note able to find that specific prospect called "Test". Is that an isolated issue or is anyone having the same problem? Suggestion? Thanks. Fred.
Changing Category Titles
I'm brand new to Zoho. Looking to Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator together to build a practice managment system for my law practice. I am new to CRMs in general. The terminology used by Zoho of "accounts" and "cases" and such is somewhat foreign to the terminology lawyers are used to. Is there any way to customize my account to change to category titles? Could I change, by way of nonsensical example, "Potentials" to "Guys with Green Hats"?
export contacts from deactived user
I just upgraded from a free to a paid acount on zoho crm. In doing so I deactivated a few of the users that were testing the CRM. I now have the paid version a 1 license. How can I get the contacts that my deactivated users created into the active account without having to pay for a for another license just to activate them from 5 minutes.
What about data if stop subscription and want to change system

email allowance
I like the fact that we can send 250 emails per day but I thought that the more licences we took out, the more emails we should be allowed, It seems silly that a one-man-band organisation can send 250 per day but a 100 strong company can still only send that same amount without paying more.. this seems counter-intuitive and basically unfair.
Order of Contacts on an Account page.
When viewing Contacts from an Account page, it seems that the Contacts are listed in the order they were entered. Is there a way to alphabetize or re-arrange them? Thanks for any input - - Leonard

Duplicate screening on import of list
When importing new lists with account names the same as the ones in Zoho, but different locations, will they skip it or import it?

Task Due Dates not available

Back button does not work!
The back button does not work, whether using the browser back button or the left arrow on most fields. It takes me to some random page I used in the last half an hour or so. I'm using the latest Chrome on Mac OS X 10.8.2.

Autoresponders not being tracked
We just set up a Web-to-Lead form with an Autoresponse. Just curious as to why this email doesn't appear in the Lead's history / email activity? It would make sense if this was incl. in the email history, since the next person viewing this contact otherwise
Approving Contacts view
Hello, Is it possible to change the view of which collumns display when I click on "Approve Contacts"? eg. currently it shows a list of them with only the collumns - Contact Name - Full Name - email - Phone - Created Time - Contact Owner This is very limited. Can we add / delete collums to this, to incl. for example "Country"? This would make it far easier to see a quick overview of legitimate Contacts for approval rather than having to click on each one individually to check. Kenneth
Zoho CRM Editing Fields, Industry
Hello. I just signed up and things look good so far. I'm entering in some new leads. I custom edited the Lead Source drop down choices to include a new choice. That went fine. But in the Industry drop down choices, I added something, and it is not appearing. When I go back into the Setup>Account Settings>Fields List>Industry to double check, my new entry appears there. But in the Create Lead interface, it's not showing up. Please see attachment.
Any way to set users to Share Email by default?
I'm having some trouble with the sharing of emails in Zoho CRM. Some of my users have to tick a checkbox for "Share Emails" in the email detail of the Contact. If they don't check this box, then no one else in the organization will be able to see the emails. We have mail add-on licenses for all of our users. Is there any way, as an administrator, to just set a users emails to be shared by default? I've tried using data sharing rules but these don't seem to apply to emails. Some users (I believe

Can I create a whole new instance For the ZOHO CRM, virtually a fresh start to pull data from old to the new? I want to clean up our current instance and we believe a fresh start would ultimately be the best way. Can this be done?

Rule to Cancel Rule timer
Task fields used "AC-StartDate" as a date field "Ready for Review" as a Boolean field (True/False) "Status" as text field I am trying to implement a rule where 24 hours after a task is created, if the box ready for compliance is False then change the status. I can create the rule with a timer but I don't know if there is a way to cancel the timer when the Ready for Compliance field is changed to True.
The date the lead was created
When you create a lead in CRM, where do you enter the date of the first meeting? And how do you tell when that meeting was? It seems to me that I shouldnt even need to ask this question. Which means the answer isn't obvious when using the program.
