Creating a Report for Subscription
Here is my scenario, hopefully I can explain it well. We offer subscription based meal services. We are currently using Potentials (Start & End) Dates to monitor these. I also have a daily report which runs and is sent out to our Production facilities. My issue is such: It is possible that Start Date is in the future, for example today is October 14th, my start date may be in the future for example October 16th. I don't want it to show on my report for October 15th, but I cannot figure out a way
Date criteria by week?
We tend to keep track of things by week around here a lot, and I was wondering if it's possible to set search criteria for the previous calendar week. (Actually Saturday through Friday, rather than Sunday through Saturday if possible.) Obviously, the last 7 days is manageable, as is just rewriting the criteria each week to specify start and end date, but the ideal for us would be to have a way to filter, for example, closing dates in the previous calendar week automatically.
New Lookup Fields Needed to simplify use for ZCRM Mobile
As a salesperson I am often on the road and I use the Android App frequently. One of the aggravations I have is that it is not possible to call a person directly from a Potentials record. Instead, I have to select the contact name from the record and then initiate the call from the contact record. Email notification when task is due
I know that Zoho will send out email notifications when tasks are assigned, but is there a way to trigger an email on the actual due date? I think such a feature would be very helpful.
Add multiple contacts or leads to a single event
I know this has been asked in the past and roughly three months ago it was mentioned that it would be addressed in future updates, but I'm hoping the more we discuss it or bring it up, the faster it will be addressed. It would be beneficial if we cold make this happen. We currently have the ability to add mulitple "invitees" to a single event, but the event will never show up on the "invitees" record, only the original record where the event was created. This means a completed event will never show
Closing Cases
Hi, I've been using Zoho for a little while now and I'm having trouble viewing all closed cases when I select the view option. All activities are closed within the cases and the case itself is marked as closed but it shows in the open cases. I have a couple cases listed as closed when it's still "On Hold". The "On Hold" cases don't even have activities in them, and I have other cases that are open without activity and is not shown as closed.. it's mixed around and is very confusing. I would think
CRM Leads - Email Client selection
Hi If you are in a Lead view and you select the email address of that lead it opens your default email client to send a mail. Using the 'Send Mail' option at the bottom of the 'Emails' Section it uses the ZOHO email interface. Is it possible to have both using the default client? If the default client is used I suspect the mail that is sent is not added to the Email history within ZOHO...? Thx Tom

Mass field Update
I have a large list of accounts I wish to update the description field for. The text is saved in an excel file. Is there a way I can update this field without making a brand new account.
App closes when editing date in past event (iPad app)
I have duplicated this several times connected to wifi or not. If I try to edit details or change past date to a future date in the events tab, as soon as I choose the date & hit save, the app shuts down. No information is saved when app is opened back up.
Answering a customer case (trial version)

Data loss during conversion
I have multiple leads that I need to convert and associate with one account. Let's say I have fields A and B filled in with different values on each lead, and this data is supposed to move to fields C and D for the new account. Zoho will only keep the data in these fields from the first lead that is converted, and will not update the values nor store them from what I can see. The lost data is not in the recycle bin area either. Is this stored anywhere in the CRM?

How do I categorise customers in Zoho CRM?
We have many different types of customers for the same products. It would be useful if there was a way of categorising customers so that we could report on invidiual customer groups. There does not seem to be this option, but I am a new user so I might be looking in the wrong place. Is this possible? Thank you!
Reassigned leads lose activity history
We have reassigned some leads created by a sales person who has left to a new salesperson. When the new person looks at the leads they cannot see the closed activities (tasks) created by the previous user. How do we make sure these are visible to the new person?
2 Quick Questions
New user here...so a couple of quick questions: 1. On the home view I have it set to show Contacts, Leads and then the Tasks section takes up the entire bottom half of screen. Lookup a custom field
Can I set-up a lookup field to find a custom filed in another module. For example in a Quote, I want to lookup a custom field called: "Customer Ref No" instead of the standard subject field? When setting up the lookup field I only get to select the other module, i.e 'Account' and it selects the standard field only. If not possible could I setup a look up statement to say if field = Account name then input the the Account Ref Instead?
Custom Fields Limit Per Field Type Not Allowed
I'm aware of the custom field limits per type; https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/customization/custom-fields.html#Custom_Field_Table Is the total limit cumulative or per field type? If I have 25 custom string fields and I want to add an additional integer custom field it doesn't allow me to and says that I reached my limit. Based on the chart I should be able to add an integer custom field since the limit is 15 and I haven't used any yet. Is this how it's supposed to work?

Custom Field Needed
I need a custom field that automatically calculates a percentage of another currency field we already have. For example, I already have a currency field called "Invoice Total". I need another field that automatically calculates 8.5% of whatever amount is entered into "invoice total" Field. If I enter $500 in invoice total field, I need the custom field to automatically calculate 8.5% of $500 which is $42.50. Is this possible?

I have a currency field where I enter an order's gross invoice total. Is it possible to create another field that automatically calculates a certain percentage of that gross amount? We have to pay an 8.5% royalty on our orders, so I would like this amount to auto calculate if possible. Hi When sending emails from Zoho, what happens to mails that are not able to be delivered due to an invalid email address? Leads being "automatically" re-assigned to other owners
Hi It seems as if the system is automatically changing the lead owner. You can see in the snapshot below that Nicole was working on the lead. There is no history showing that the lead was manually changed to Bronwyn but as below shows, Bronwyn was suddenly the lead owner and we had to change it back to Nicole. Please could someone troubleshoot this problem for me - it is going to cause many issues if it persists. Thank you.

Duplicate entries when using Campaign or Notes as Related Module
I have created showing a Report which shows lead entries belonging to a certain campaign. The filter I used: Campaign Name is Fax01 Some columns shown: First Name, Last Name, Address and Member Status At first, the report works perfectly well.. but then I later on noticed that when I update the Member Status of a lead (for example, named Dianne Valenzuela) from Planning to Send Fax into Fax Sent.. the entry for Dianne Valenzuela the appears in the report becomes duplicated (one with Member Status
Drip Emailing
It would be great if in addition to creating template emails you could create a series of emails you can send out to a lead or contact with specified time intervals to send out each email. I understand that getting creative with the email market capabilities of the enterprise version you can accomplish something some what similar to what I am asking for but it is not a viable solution to what I am looking for. I would like some ideas on how to use this system more effectively. I want to keep it simple, but effective. I have a business where people who are looking for accommodations on the island visit my website, look at the properties, use my web form to give me information about what they are looking for. Custom View Error on home Screen
I've created a Custome View for Potentials. It looks fine when in the Potential Module. however, adding this view in the home module, the contact first name is dropped, leaving only the last name and no link. Any ideas?
Event Scheduling & Resource Management
Hi, 1. When scheduling for an event, is there a way to get notified of a time conflict. So far, I am able to schedule events at the same time, without the system telling me something is already scheduled. On a further note, anyway that a) the date can be surpressed in a report or dashboard view and only the time shows and b) anyway to change the time selection to a 24 hr clock, instead of the am/pm selector 2. Activity List
In the Activity List screen you should add two columns - one for the Name and another for the Company As it stands now unless I put this information into the subject line when creating a Task or an Event I just see whatever I've entered from the drop down and Have no way of knowing who it is I am supposed to Call Email or whatever. I have some custom fields I have setup that have been attached to all the forms (Leads, Accounts, and Potentials). I don't use leads but do you Accounts. importing task and events/ association with contacts
I'm trying to import some tasks and events to finalise the conversion to Zoho Professional. However, the association with my contacts is not imported. In the CSV file a field has been made with the exact (mandatory) Contact Name. This is the field with which I associate the event. However, after finalising the import (with no errors reported) the association is not made. Any idea what I'm doing wrong? Thanks for your support
Activities status additional columns
although the open 'contact' (ie led company name or person) is available in the column edit options, when added it comes up as partner contact. Can this be fixed please? this is the kind of support from Zoho that will define whether I upgrade for the rest of the company. looking forward to a response
