Sales Order/Invoice PDF export
Hi, When I PDF export my sales order/invoice, the height of every cell in my template tables seems to be enlarged with a padding below the texts. As a result, I am not able to add as much information onto a Single Page as I would like to. Does any one else has this problem or a solution to this? Thanks!

How to know which imported records created a clone?
Hello, We have a problem. When importing records via CSV, we have the option to Skip, Override or Clone duplicates. We typically use "Clone" in order to keep data from both records. This however creates a duplicate record and it's very time consuming to find these records in order to merge them manually later. Can't add Accounts or Contacts as Invitees to Events
Maybe I'm missing something, but when I go to add invitees to an event, all I can add seem to be zoho users, not my contacts, accounts or leads. What if I'm having a sales conference call and have invited several different contacts to call in and participate, do I need to create a separate event for each one?
Problems with New Version
Problem #1: It is not the old version. The old version rocks. Problem #2: The new version is hard to use. Hide the details? I WANT the details shown all the time. This is like opening a tool box with blinders covering your eyes, and having to remove them EVERY time! Problem #3: Format for the new notes section is terrible and hard to read. Tabs not displaying or reordering
I went into setup to change the display and ordering of tabs, but these changes are not reflected in the tabs shown. Is this a bug? I just signed up for email integration and can't get this tab to display, even though it shows in the tab setup. Please help!

Emailing reports - info in email, not as attachment
In my company, we don't get many leads - perhaps 3-5 a day. I'd like to schedule a daily report to go out to the team, but I don't want the information about leads to be included as an attachment; I'd like it to be within the body of the email. Is there a way to do this?
New UI search
My biggest problem with the new UI (and in general it's OK) is the lack of a search function for contacts. In the old UI I could type "12345" in the search box and get any contacts whose phone number (or address or whatever) matched, In the new UI the search box seems non-functional. It displays a "what to search" drop-down then does nothing when "contacts" is selected. If I can't search... well... not very useful.

sorting leads
What is the best way to sort leads? As I prospect and remove the lead as a prospect, I would like to be able to remove leads from my primary list but keep them in a separate list for future reference. Most have competing products so are not interested in our product but I want to keep the intelligence in case it's needed in the future.
no returns on search function
There seems to be no configuration of search terms I can use that would return any results what so ever from the search function. For example I can see a lead with the company named: ABC Corp. If i type ABC Corp. into the search field nothing comes back in the results. There is nothing I have entered so far that returns anything. It would seem to be broken. I have seen older posts from years back that ask this questions and I haven't found any answers. I apologize if this is a redundant question.
Dates (years) messed up on import, simply fix?
When we imported our accounts, we didn't notice that the dates on most of our accounts and events were botched somehow. For example, 2009 became 0009. Because there's no way to automatically import attachments, we just spent several hours transferring them by hand, so starting over here kind of isn't an option. Is there some simple way to go through and automatically change any year starting with 00 to 20? That would completely resolve our issue, which is causing problems for our reports.

Contacts -> Account Links Disappearing
I had all of my Contacts assigned to Accounts. When I logged back in the next day, I noticed many of my contacts had no account assigned to them. So I went through each one and made sure they were all assigned and linked to a valid Account. Today I saw the same thing - about 1/3 of them had no assigned account! So for some reason the link is being broken, or not holding. Has anyone else experienced this issue? What can be done to prevent this from happening?
ADD CUSTOM MODULES w/ the ability to create custom relationships
The ability to add custom modules and custom relationships between modules is what makes salesforce and SugarCRM so powerful. Zoho was great for us for about 8 months until we needed more than a very basic CRM. I think the CRM team need sto look at features like this, that make them able to compete with the big CRMs in scalability. It seems like there is a pretty low cap on what companies can use a tool that is not more customizable (and that does not mean tryiong to fit my custom module needs

Problem while importing calls
I used Zoho on one domain and wanted to move it to my other domain. So i exported everything to CSV-files and tried to import them again.Wich worked, except for one problem. When importing calls and Activities the link between client/contact and the activity disappered. This is a big issue for me since i am now not able to follow up what have been told to each client last time we spoke.
Converting a lead to a account
I really like Zoho but when I convert a lead to a account it seems to lose data. I cannot see the lead source any were when I have converted it to a account. This is important knowledge to us even though the lead is converted. How should I be able to do a analysis of what lead source gives the most clients etc. if this data is lost when converting a lead to a account?

Time based workflow not triggering
Hi there, I have a workflow setup on Potentials. It is set to activate on "Create or Edit" with NO Rule Criteria set (meaning I want it to fire on all records created or edited). ZOHO CRM feels both polished, yet somehow not yet ready for prime-time
So I've had almost a week now to tinker around with the CRM options. At this point, I feel confident in saying that it's a good balance of price and features, and there is support, albeit very slow for a company who's customers are other all running businesses on their platform. However, I'm comfortable enough with the system and the pricepoint that I believe I'll be sticking around for a pretty long time. I am also very happy with the clean, uncluttered appearance. Selling to individuals only, not businesses
Many businesses are business to individual only in their scope. They have no relationship with selling to businesses, contacts, secretaries or assistants, purchasers, decision makers etc. It often looks like a salesman going into a home and selling products to a family. How do you take a raw lead and create an appointment with this person, sell them and make them a client? Please advise.
No Phone numbers in Potentials!!!!

ALERTS FOR ADDING ATTACHEMENTS
I ideally would like this CRM to send an email alert whenever an attachment is uploaded, this isn't in the drop down of options in the 'alert' area. I would also like it to email each user as to where it has been uploaded and onto which record. Is this something this CRM is capable of? Any help much appreciated
Contacts linked to Accounts Disappear
I had all of my Contacts assigned to Accounts. Everyday for the last 4 days since the outage I come back to my account and the links are broken again, it appears to be on the same accounts too. I have gone through each contact and made sure they were all assigned and linked to a valid Account. But the link keeps breaking/disappearing. Why does the link keep disappearing and what is being done to fix this issue????
View all Accounts or Contacts
Is there a way a Standard (ie. non-Admin) user is able to view All Accounts and Contacts? We have a user set up as Standard, but when they click on either Accounts or Contacts tab, they can only see the ones they creates (ie. the ones they "own"). I need them to have a way to search for any contact in our database, and view them / send them an email etc. Thanks, Kenneth
CRM / Gmail Integration
We recently integrated two Gmail accounts with Zoho CRM. For one, this has worked fine. For the other, we are unable to send / receive emails via Zoho CRM. Instead, we receive the following message: "Unable to send / receive emails. Please update your password in Zoho Mail Add-on configuration page." We've attempted this too, even with a clean set up of the accounts and still no luck. Any advice on what the problem might be and how we can fix it would be appreciated
Trying to demo, but....why is my Username showing up in email?
SO I just want to test this out before I buy. I try to dod a simple email test and email myself a letter. Works easily enough but when i get the email, the return address has my Zoho Username as the sender. I don't want my customers seeing my username. I want it to show my name or "SALES" or plenty of other possibilities. Why does it make sense to anyone that my Username should be the sender. Simply leave it as my email address at the least. Leads will not save
I have entered ten individuals into the leads section of our zoho account and now only one of them is showing up. I went to re-enter the other leads but each time I try to save, it says: The record(s) you are trying to access is not available. email NOT a mailto: link under accounts
Hello, There is a huge problem that causes a major incovenience and it should be very simple to fix. on the "CONTACTS" module under the "ACCOUNTS" tab, each contact that has an email is displayed. but the text in which it is displayed is a plain text, and not a mailto:email@domain.com link. this forces us to have to actually click the contact to then click his email address. Please fix this interface bug ASAP!
