Outage aftermath
After yesterday's outage, where I was locked out of access to my client information for a full day two things have jumped to the top of my must have list. 1) Offline access. - Luckily yesterday was a slow day for us, but on a normal day not having access to things like client notes and contact details can cause us a world of hurt. Lead flow in ZOHO
I would like to know what is flow/process for a lead to make a customer in ZOHO CRM. My question is when a lead from hubspot is inserted into ZOHO CRM, what is the next process in ZOHO. I understand the lead is converted into an account/contact/potential. I would like to know if they will be converted in that order ? If I have a record in Contacts does that mean the lead has been converted and that the deal has been won ? My goal is to find all those hubspot leads that we were won. This will help

Hello, Have you noticed that the alphabetical search is not working in the Portuguese localization of Zoho CRM. I haven't tried any other language besides English and Portuguese, but though the English version works perfectly, the Portuguese is lacking this functionality (maybe a bug). If I have a file with more than one contact in each company and want to import the companies AND the contacts: How can I build the relation between the files under the TAB companies and the contacts under the TAB contacts? Must I import at first the companies and than the contacts? Is there a field that build the relation between companies and contacts (e.g. custumer-number)? BR Klaus

I'm trying to embed a contact form in my Google sites web page. I get a error email. ( Web to Contact has been disabled for your Company.So Zoho CRM is unable to create Contact in your Organization.) How do I enable it? or am I setting it up wrong?

associating task with account for service dept
I'm trying to figure out how tasks fit into the picture here. I have a service dept that creates a service item, lets say some sort of problem at a customer's home that i need to dispatch a tech to. So I create a task and then schedule this task basically just using the calendar date function. The task is associated with a contact, but if I pull up the account, I don't see the task (only the service item). The task dropdown has the account option in it, so I can change a task to an account (odd)

Is the Lead "Designation" equivalent to "Title"? When the lead is converted, will the designation become the title under contacts?
Pulse bug
I have been toying with the new pulse feature in Zoho CRM, and am running into a problem/bug. For example: I have record that says it was updated 6 days ago (right on the pulse page). When I move the pulse slider to a rate of 4 days, it lists this record as having been modified in the last 4 days. Please fix/advise.
Searching for an exact term
I have a field M/F and the two values are Female or Male. I can select all Female but cannot search for records that are Male...because the letters Male all appear in Female, I presume. Is there a way of searching for an exact term or phrase? Thanks!
How do users see products not owned by them when raising an invoice
I have set-up products, but when other users log-on they can only add the products "owned by" them, when creating invoices. How do I set up a central pool of products that all users can then sell and invoice ?

Good evening, I have been looking for away to track referrals given and received. I work with leads and contacts that will often refer additional clients to me. I would like to have a way to track the multiple referrals any given lead or contact will provide to me. I have looked into a couple of other CRM's and this seems like a standard offering. Is there any way to get this request on the road map as a standard field. I have reviewed the work around suggestions in the forum and they don't appear
Downtime
The CRM has been down since about 1PM ET. The support link does not work. The guy on the phone just whined about how much they have to do to get it back up after a power outage and promised first 1 hour, then 1-2 hours, then "or so". I can find no info on the uptime SLA. BUG REPORT on new GUI
When you have more than 10 contacts in an account and you scroll to the next page in the related lists (clicking the little arrow at the bottom of the contacts list) you see the additional contacts but you don't have a way to go back as the little scrolling arrows disappear. This is very annoying as it then becomes necessary to load the account again, as even in the browser there is no way to go back to see the first 10 contacts. Please check and confirm the bug.
When to monitor a sales using a lead or potential
hello We currently import leads from their website into zoho as Leads. For those companies that we make a sale to we convert them to potentials, accounts and contacts. my problem is this, if we do not make a sale to one of the leads, then we wish to try to make a sale to that company the following year as we deal with yearly contracts. Recurring activities in CRM
Monthly recurring activities are limited to 24 months of recurrence in Zoho. In reality, many of the monthly activities go on forever and I need to not lose track of them. 24 months as a limit for recurrence causes me to lose viability after that period of time of ongoing critical tasks. lost in opportunities
I have a question regarding the opportunities in Zoho CRM. I start by creating a lead, then I convert this lead to an opportunity. Then it appears in 'clients' and 'opportunity'. Once an opportunity is lost, I would like to remove it from the opportunities but I do want to save the details regarding this lost client somewhere. When I remove it from opportunities, it remains in 'clients', that does not make sense to me as the opportunity/client is lost. I rather have it in a separate folder 'lost
Zoho for B2C Business
Hello, I have a tour operator business and we have a mix of B2B and B2C contacts (around 2,000 total). We currently use Salesforce Group Edition, but want to migrate to Zoho. Salesforce seems to have forgotten small business and is far too expensive for their Professional / Enterprise editions, which are the only editions that support "Person Accounts", ie. B2C contacts that are not assigned to an Account / Company. A workaround in their Group edition was to create an Account called "Individuals"

Is there a way to add into the "Lead view" the "due date" for the next activity for a lead? Also, while accessing a lead from the home page I noticed that the "next" and "previous" arrows are missing vs. when clicking accessing leads from the "lead" tab the arrows are there? Thank you, aaron.

carrying over phone number from lead to potentials
hi there i have a problem every time I add a lead and convet it to a potential it wont carry over the phone number and then I loose it .how can i fix this problem.
Conversion: Information no Transfering
I am putting all my enquiries into the Leads tab. But when they sign a contract and begin our sales process, I convert them into a Potential. However, the information (phone, email etc) does not transfer across for all the tabs, so I loose information. Also, I dont want the conversion to add to the Contacts, because this is where I keep my supplier information. Can someone tell me how to transfer all the information across to Potentials? Can I go back and edit the tabs to include them in Potentials
