Hello. Sometimes I go to a city to comercial visits and would be very nice to have a report of all contacts in neighborhood to visite them. Do I have that possibility?. Regards
Deleted item alert
I recently found out that a large number of records had been inadvertently deleted from Zoho by me, although I have no recollection of this. The truly scary part is that it was purely by chance that I noticed weeks later that they had been deleted and was able to restore. Under more normal circumstances I probably would not have looked at these records for a number of months and not noticed they were missing until too late. This got me thinking that it would be great to setup some kind of alert

For the Closed Activities View, can we remove the default "Left Voice Message" from the Task Information Status field for logged Calls?
I realize the Status field belongs to Tasks and not Calls, however I like to see all Closed Activities in the same View. The Status field for completed Tasks works okay, but for all Calls in this View, it shows as "Left Voice Message", even though you can't set the value of this field on the Log a Call screen. It would be better if the value was just set to blank.
I'd like to be able to scroll (using use Previous Record/Next Record) through records returned from Search
I Search Contacts records by Criteria and am returned a set of records matching the Criteria. Then after opening and closing one of the Contact records that was returned in the Search, I'd like to be returned to the list of records from the Search. Instead I am returned to some other Contacts record in the database. I can get around this if instead I create a Contact View that has criteria - then I can use Previous Record/Next Record arrows to scroll through the records returned in the View. Seems

Hi - Is there a way to do the following using automation: 1) Email all leads with X status 2) After emailing, automatically change status to status Y 3) If after 7 days status is still Y, email contact again another template and change status to Z 4) If after 14 days status is still Z, change status to Closed Trying to email leads and if we receive no response within 7 days, email them again with an automated followup. thoughts?
CRM Contacts vs Contacts
Hey, this might be a stupit question but I was wondereing if I still need Zoho Contacts (I'm using Zoho Business) when I decide to use the CRM (which also has contacts of course). One thing I noticed is that when I add a contact to the CRM - it is not suggested (from cache) when typing in the first letters of the name in Zoho Mail whereas this is the case when I have it as a contact in Zoho Contacts. Do you see what I mean?
Floating Action Bar
The floating action bar is a good thing -- it could be a lot better with a simple change. When scrolling half-way down a long record, if I hit "edit," the record automatically scrolls to the top. This makes no sense, because the most likely area that I'd want to edit was where I was scrolled to. Lost Fields in summary view (business card view) of new GUI
I am reporting a bug in your CRM In the NEW GUI, the summary or business card view works fine with Contacts. But, after customizing which fields need to show up in the summary view of Accounts and Invoices, the number of fields in the summary view of these modules disappear. I have now only 1 customizable field in the summary view of Invoices and none in the Accounts module. Can someone verify this as soon as possible please? Thanks a lot for your prompt assistance.
Mass update works for only 100 records at a time
I was all set up and ready to go to start using zoho, when during setup I realized that the only way to update multiple records at once is through Mass Update - and you can only do that 100 records at a time. So if you have a 1000 records in a contact list you just imported and would like to add a lead source, you need to do it 10 times? I must be mistaken. Is not empty and Is empty searches
Hi I think I am having an issue with this search function. Or perhaps I am not using it correctly. I am simply trying to show all contacts that have a certain field populated, so I used "Is not empty" search field. However nothing happens. I know I have plenty of empty ones so I am assuming those should be filtered out. I also tried "Is empty," but I get the exact opposite, all the contacts disappear. What am I doing wrong?

Task list does not allow "Account" field to be shown
I am unable to edit the activates list to show the "Account" for each of the tasks. This is problematic, as it requires us to remember the individuals account relationship as we are review the open activities list or forces us to click on each task to find out what account the task is related to. I tried to edit the view, however account does not seem to be one of the selectable fields. Suggestions?
Potentials and Relationship With Pipeline- Doulbe Booking
We distributed to several customers who are all competing on the same project. If customer a,b, & c are all bidding the same project which has the same potential name under the individual accounts of a,b, & c, is there a way to eliminate pipeline from projecting the sale 3 time overs? If the project is a $10k sale and only one of three bidders will get the job then I would like pipeline to recognize $10k of potential revenue not $30k. Auto-email to users following a lead/account when note is added.
I am thinking of switching from Salesforce to Zoho due to the workflow automaiton features. The one thing I do find extremely helpful in salesforce is the "chatter" function within each account/lead for discussions between users. I noticed that zoho allows the addition of "notes" to leads/accounts which is essentially the same thing. How do I have people who own or follow the lead/account get auto-emails when notes are added to the lead/account?

Just to avoid confusion, I have renamed 'Leads' as 'Properties' and 'Contacts' as 'Contractors'. I will try and refer to the original names. 1. I have set up a mail merge template. Hey All! Our company is looking at implementing Zoho CRM(amongst other apps)along side our Mas 200 system. I just wanted to get any feedback related to other user experiences with this set up. I have written on here, called numbers that are associated with zoho and read all the guides but cant seem to get any help. Nor does zoho seem to have any live support or anything - which is mad seeing as that is a platform that they sell! I have paid for zoho and want somebody to help me set up the CRM to my specification - to an expert I am sure my queries are simple but I can't seem to find out how to solve them. Could somebody tell me how to phone/skype/live chat the Zoho support team.

Lost Data Cases
We seem to have lost over 100 records in CRM cases. One major customer had over 1 page of cases and now there are only 2 cases remaining. We have reviewed the audit file and there are no cases listed in the audit log. This is scary. Please advise
Viewing leads
I am the primary user, and I have set up custom field view in the layout. It all works fine for me. But when secondary user signs in, they see the general layout, not customised view. Even if they go to "setup" and check the layout there, it comes up like I have set it up, but when you go back to viewing Leads, the fields are still not displayed as per this custom setup... Is there somewhere I should be clicking on to ensure this happens or is it a glitch?

List of bugs in new CRM filters etc.
Hi there, While training my staff this week, we found numerous issues, which I think are bugs. 1. When creating a filter on any tab, with the headers, if I open a record, and then click the little arrow to return to the filter, I am instead returned to an unfiltered list. Hi. I don't quite understand why this is not already a possibilty but don't you think it would be an amazing idea to have the ability to include the contact name as a merge field in the email templates that can be created in the CRM templates module? Work Flow Task Fields
Hi, I'm starting to use custom fields in my tasks. I noticed the work flow tasks does not retrieve the same fields as create a new task. My team now has to manually add the data to the tasks. Work flow tasks entry should pull the same fields as the New Task has. I have many work flow tasks and work flow rules. Also, it would help to create folders for work flow tasks and folders for work flow rules I'd also like to see better functionality with tasks. E.g. view in zoho sheet and Complete button

Atm Z CRM offers the ability to add 5 web tabs to CRM, i am currently using all five. One for Z Doc's and another for a Z Creator application, which means i don't have many left to use for other pages my sales team might need. Is there any plans to allow more web tabs as this makes the user experience much better as they don't have to leave Z CRM.
