Report to find one product, but not another
Hello, I'm looking to create a report that finds customers (contacts) who use one service (product) but not another. For example: customer A uses product A customer B uses product A and B customer C uses product B I want to create a report that only finds customer C, how would I go about doing that?

File storage size and trial
Dear I am fro iit gandhinagar, we are evaluating this CRM to build up our public relaion database. I couldn't understand one thing here that file storage in enterprise edition is 500MB/organization. that sound like how many users I have, I will always get only 500MB default which is very small size for our organization. Please clear my query ASAP please tell me one thing that is there way by which you can extend our trail period as our evaluation is not complete yet. thanks
GMail Sidebar Gadget
For those of us that are "standard" GMail users (vs. GApps), can Zoho release a sidebar gadget that performs similar functionality as the embedded/contextual gadgets when you sign in to ZCRM via GApps. Google Labs has an option to "Add any gadget by URL", which does allow you to "link" your Zoho CRM/Tasks into GMail, but it's not based on the current email/contact you're viewing (like Rapportive). I'm thinking more along the lines of either a contextual gadget for standard GMail users within a message
Need to template and email with graphics
I am trying to get a template email with graphics. The issue I am having is that the graphics via a standard image file or the copy url to point to the image in html all come into Yahoo with an Attachment icon. I need to get rid of the attachment icon. Everything shows perfectly but the attachment icon may cause people to be suspect to viruses so for marketing and sales they may not open.

Adding companies to campaigns automatically
First off, I've just seen the campaign enhancements that were made in April that allow you to add contacts to multiple campaigns, which is a very welcome enhancement, and one that will make Zoho much more practical for us. In addition to this, it would be great to also add the company that they work for to the campaign and be able to see all the information from that companies contacts at the company level as well as the individual level. Problem with PHP Script accessing Zoho CRM API with curl

Adding Contacts to Potentials
I am trying to add several related existing contacts to potential/ Opportunity.. being a new user I cannot find a simple way to do it (as compared to Salesforce or SugarCRM) . I can add one contact but I cannot add other contact and contact roles is empty.. is it possible to add several existing contacts to potential/ opportunity? Need to record web-to-contact emails
Is there a way to record/document an email sent by a webform? I'd like the email to show up in the contact record once the contact is approved and added to the CRM. Hiding Fields
I can't seem to find anyway to implement this, but what I want to do, is for contacts hide certain fields from showing up unless another field deems it so. In my case, I want a field to ask me how many computer's the client has. If I state with a pick list that the Contact has 3, then it will show 3 sets of fields on the Contacts account asking details about each computer. The only thing I can see to do at the moment is to make as many fields as the highest I would think and have a lot of clutter

Importing multiple contacts into products
Hi ZohoCRMers, I'm hoping you can advise me on a bit of a challenge we have. We produce events. We'd like each Contact to contain a record of which event(s) each individual has attended. It seems there are two ways to accomplish this: 1) create a series of custom Contact fields to contain this data, create a single Contact file that we can import to update all these custom fields with True/False 2) create a series of Products to represent each event and assign the appropriate products to each Contact.
How do you record multiple product entries under one customer name?
I work in a garden tools company and each customer may make several significant purchases - how do you record them all under one customer name? I am having to do separate entries (on duplicates) for each purchase, therefore duplicating the records continually. HELP!!!!!
Can I upgrade the created on field?
Can't seem to figure this out in any area, so I made custom ones for when I migrated my data from Dynamics CRM. It's just sort of a pain since it shows created on is today for all my accounts, opportunities etc. I can just look at the custom field I made to see when it was made but it would be nice if it showed the proper date. hi, i hope this feature is not available, i was told by support that its not supported. their should be an option to create multiple companies in CRM which keeps all data and users separate from each other. i was told that you can assign it by users, but that just a work around. their realy should be options to create multiple company details. i have 6 hotels that need to be separated a to z,...it will be too confusing for us to assigning contacts and leads by roles. thanks

3 issues please... 1) on the crm in products, I am am trying to add a new custom field listing every make of car (about 30 fields). Whenever I do this I get a "duplicate values" error dialog box, even though there are no duplicate values. If i reduce number of fields in pick list to just 5, then suddenly it's ok and error message goes away. Is there a very low limit on number of options in a pick list for a custom field? Workflow rule on task completion
Hi, I need to notify various contacts that are associated with the task that the task has been completed. I was hoping that i could create a workflow rule for this but as far as I can tell activities are missing from the record type in the Workflow rules UI. Using a summary report and grouping on Creation Time - of course, since no two leads are created at the same time, the grouping is useless. Is there easy way to move logged calls/ tasks from an account record to a potential record
We'd like to change the way we log our data so that all activity under a potential is stored there, rather than the individual contact records associated with that potential which is what we have been doing so far. SOLVED - HTML code in sms emails sent from inside Zoho CRM
I have had email templates set up within Zoho CRM now for roughly a year with no problem however very recently some of the templates are either ; * Showing "rich text" not the email template or * The email template shows HTML code either above or below or both the email wording. I have discussed this with the support team however they have been unable to offer any explanation? The official line is that they will use their test accounts to confirm whether it is my computer of the CRM system. However
Sub-tab spelled differently to Tab
I have renamed the Accounts tab 'Customer Accounts' but the subtab for creating a new account is spelled "New Cusromer Account" I cant find where to change this in the settings. Is there a way I can change this or is this a back end issue? Thanks for your help!
