PDF top margin on second page
When exporting pdf to print, if i have a second page, the top margin is different from the first page. How do i change top margin on the second page? Regards Srinivas
Move Buttons
Hello, It would be nice if we could move the buttons or choose whether to display them at the top of the screen. For example, New Quote, Log a Call, Etc on Opportunities, Contacts, etc. Right now the user has to scroll around, but if we made them at the top of the screen in a consistent setting, it would save some time. Remove Links (Permissions) Feature Request
Hello, Based on our security settings, users can see links to items they do not have access to. For example, if they click into Setup, they can see all the options, but then get a page that says Insufficient Privileges, Contact Administrator. I think it would make most sense to simply not show the options the user does not have access to, rather then allowing them to click into a dead end. Thanks
Setup Screen - Left Column - Put CRM modules first
Hi again... Would it be possible to put the modules part of Setup at the top of the left column instead of at the bottom? Generally, when we select setup, it is to work with the different modules... Just less scrolling would be nice :) Anya
CRM events
When defining a Zoho CRM event the start date & time and end date & time should be populated with the current computer date and time. When changing the start date and time also the end date and time should be changed accordingly. A pre-defined interval for the event could be configured in Event Settings at Zoho CRM set up. This certainly would save a lot time when registering new events.
How is "Account Site" used?
In Accounts there is a field "Account Site". There is no mention of this field in the documentation or the forums, and I am wondering how this is used. Saving Keystrokes/Mouse Clicks when creating Events
Setting the Date / Hours / Minutes / AM/PM fields for both the Start AND the End of an event is a MAJOR time waster - often taking a dozen or more mouse clicks or key strokes. It is especially bothersome to have to adjust the END Date / Hours / Minutes / AM/PM when the system allows these values to come BEFORE the Start Time. Date Picker Relationships in CRM
Is there a way to set up date pickers for events (for instance a Start time & End time) so that once you have selected the start time in the first date/Time picker that the date picker pop up for the End time offers you dates that are after the date you just picked as the start time? Obvioulsy this would make sense due to the end time always being later and it would simply save time in adding events to the calendar. Notes Section for Dashboards in Zoho CRM
I think it would be useful if you had a dashboard component in Zoho CRM that was specifically for notifications. This way (for example) a sales manager could post a note to all of the sales representatives, or an executive could post a note to every one in the organization, etc... Importing Contacts into Zoho
I have imported a couple small excel files (less than 100 contacts) into Zoho successfully. I am now trying to import one with about 800, and Zoho seems to be stuck. I get the "Uploading Import File" but it has been running for over an hour. I am on the Professional Level, which says you should be able to do up to 10,000 contacts per batch. Can anyone please advise for a solution?
New zoho CRM pricing policy "disappointing experience"
It is not fair to refuse providing a paid customer 3 free users preveligue rights just because there was a onetime problem with credit card transaction. Information about this was never provided before we signed up for Zoho. This spoils all the good picture about an excellent CRM, and I don't think I will continue recomending it to my clients.
Sequence of follow-up in Zoho CRM
I want to establish a specific follow-up sequence to each lead that my sales rep receives. How can I do this? Some will be reminders for phone calls, reminders for emails, post cards, etc. I want to insure that each lead receives (is assigned) all of these steps. Thanks, Michelle

URL not passing to browser
We've got a URL Dialer we've been using via Javascript in Salesforce.com. I don't believe Zoho supports Javscript yet, so I'm looking to create a clickable URL instead. The URL format is along the lines of: "phone:John_Doe/+1(800)5551212”. When I put this into a Zoho URL field, it doesn't click. It appears you're requiring an http or https. Date Aggregated Report Totals
Is it possible in Zoho CRM's reporting module to get "date-based" reporting totals across the Potentials records? I am trying to get a pretty basic sales report that totals all of our closed sales (Potential records) by MONTH as an example for an entire year. Similarly, I need to take my closed sales records by "Product Type" (field on Potential record) and total these across a few years to see the sales trends by product by YEAR. Sync Zoho contacts with HTC Sprint EVO?
New to Zoho and would like to find the most efficient way to synchronize my phone with Zoho contacts. I have an HTC Sprint EVO (Android) and wanted to know if Zoho contacts would seemlessly sink with Google contacts. If so, I am assuming that since the phone is Android-Google there would be a way to sync directly with Google contacts. If this is not the case, how about syncing Zoho with Outlook and then I would just sync the phone with Outlook. Any better ideas?

Issues with Restricted Data appearing on the "classic" homepage for all users
I have just discovered that a dashboard that references a confidential report is showing up on all users home tab. I have set the report folder that is the source for the dashboard to limited access to only specific users. the dashboard is a custom dashboard I created and I cannot fathom why the Home page would be automatically grabbing this dashboard as a default for all users. How can I eliminate this dashboard from being a default dashboard on the Home tab?

CRM Quote output is confusing.
The printed/PDF quote output is confusing in that all the pricing is list pricing yet the total is a discounted price (I discount individual products differently). How to search short names? exp - Le, Chu etz? Can I provide some how information to CRM that this is not a part of the name but whole word? Where can I change layout and fonts
I am new to Zoho. So far so good. I would like whatever I am working with like Lead or Account or Contact and so on in bold as a title (much like Sugar CRM). Helps me keep focus. And then I see a lot of unclickables in bold like Description and modified data in black 'Bold'. I would like to change that to regular or something soft. Couldn't see anything in Setup. any ideas?
Enable my salespersons to see each other's Accounts and Contacts
I am the Administrator and have set up about 1000 Accounts with Contacts. Now I have two salespersons and have assigned some of the Accounts and Contacts to each of them. It appears that each salesperson can see only his Accounts and Contacts. I would like for them to be able to see each other's Accounts and Contacts but not all of the others that I have not assigned to them. Any way to accomplish this?
