Help with setting up two accounts - 1 business, 1 personal
I already have a personal CRM account setup with my personal email. Now, my business has added CRM and Zoho will not allow me setup that accounts with my business email. Any suggestions?

Hi, I have integrated my email into CRM. It's great to have email associated with a customer right at your fingertips. However, some of our customers use a few different email address' and we'd like to have all the relevant emails (from both address') appear in their CRM record. It would seem like this would be an easy thing to implement with a secondary email in leads/contacts. If there is already a way to do this that is easy and smooth, let me know. Otherwise, please consider adding this

Date Format
I need date format dd.MM.yyyy which is standard in my country (Croatia). By choosing Croatia i got yyyy/MM/dd wich is wrong. I changed to France, and got dd/MM/yyyy but this is not good enough, i need dd.MM.yyyy Is there a way to get this format? Thank you!

Use of VOIP
We are switching to voip for our phone service and I am curious if you do or will be soon providing an app so there will be a way to log all calls in/out and do an automatic pop up/caller id feature if someone in my leads/contacts calls in. Seems that mobile version of Zoho (CRM) cant be used if using Google Apps IDs to log into Zoho CRM? Any workaround or when this possibility (mobile use) will be offered for those who are using Google Apps? One more general comment: Zoho (CRM, at least) is advertised that it can be used with Google Apps meaning using the same ids to log in etc. But nowhere is not mentioned that in practise that does not make it easier at all, but more worse: - Outlook plug-in does not work if using Google App IDs

New to Zoho. Can zoho work offline?
I will be conducting business both in the office and in the field. I need to work on zoho without an internet connection. Can it be utilized offline? If not, would you recommend using an iPhone while in the field or just go with a broadband internet connection?

Validation in Web to Lead Forms.
Hello, I would like to give validation in the web forms. I don't find any option in zoho for this. Please guide me how to put the validation. I like to put validations like: Please enter First Name (if the field is left blank). First Name can contain only alphabets only (if the entered data is non-aphabets). Last Name can contain only alphabets only (if the entered data is non-aphabets). Please specify your Designation (if the field is left blank). Please specify your City (if the field is left blank).

Mail Addon Global Email?
I have a business that has a couple of email addresses that are frequently used by our customers. Such as general, suggestions etc... I had assumed through the mail addon I could add these and have employees take ownership of issues, questions etc. Is this possible?
Picklist that allows realtime additions
Sometimes we can't think of every option for a picklist. It would be great if, while creating a record, you could add a new value to a picklist. I would imagine this would be a option setting for the picklist field "allow user to add to list" Also, as duplicate entry's are inevitable, please allow the merging of two or more pick list values. POP UP Over Contact Name in Activities module sticks
When I mouse over a contact name that is not blank in activities a Pop Up box appears with Phone & Email. It will not go away unless I click to another page or refresh. It will change to another record but will not close once it's Popped up. I'm using FireFox 3.5.7 Thanks in advance.

Find and merge works well. But there is an additional method needed to check for duplicate records. Checking what records have identical data without a pre-specified value.
Issue with Sort order in Views and Reports
We have had an on-going issue with trying to sort records in both Views and Reports. Specifically, we have a field we call "Probability". The field is set up as a pick list with values of 0, 25, 50, 75 100. We use it in the Potentials Module to rank the probability of closing a potential and getting the order. When we try to sort the data in a view by that column it will place the records that have the 100 value between the records with 0 and 25 values. It does this whether you sort in ascending

Incorrect lead shows up when clicked
I seem to be having this more & more. When I select a lead from the list of leads, the wrong lead will appear. Often one which I had just viewed.
CRM - Fields in Quote and having it pdf- printable
I created some custom fields in the quote module, but when i save it and then export as pdf or email to customer , not all the fields i created shows up on that document, such as special promo code section or S&H section. Does anyone know how to do this? thanks

Purchase Orders | Sending them via Email | Customer's address in the TO: field
Whenever a Purchase Order is sent via email, the customers email address is automatically populated in the TO: field. Is there a way to prevent the customers email address from appearing there? If a PO is sent to a customer it may cause a major problem. PO's are sent to vendors so if the to: field is automatically filled with an email address, it should be the vendor email.
Forecast showing wrong dates - Bug?
I am using Zoho CRM for managing our leads. I have set up the financial year to begin from April. Now when I select Q4 forecast (Jan - Apr), it is picking my potentials records with closing date from Jan - April 2009 instead of Jan - April 2010. The only way I can see the Jan - Apr 2010 in my forecast is when I select Q4 of 2010 but is showing Jan 2011 and showing Jan 2010 entries in it, which is wrong. Hi all there, After I start to create a new Quote, I want to pick up a product previously added to "Products" inventory. When use a products lookup link, all products shows but visibility is very poor since our company uses long product descriptions. Is there any way to have invoices based around services rather than products. Allowing descriptions per invoice line and perhaps dates as well, this would allow us to have a line per date of work done and description of the work done. Thanks
signature in Mail-Add on - contact/lead tabs
I don't seem to have my default signature when emailing lead/contact from their record. I have the sig when I email from the email tab but not when working from the lead or contact tab. development issue or way to fix this?
