CRM features

We are using CRM already for a long time, since almost the beginning. You guys are doing a great job and have designed and built an excellent product. However, it seems that new improvements are taking longer than were used to happen in the past and this situation makes us very anxious.

Also because we believe in Zoho potential and intend to use the CRM solution for our needs being a paid customer or not, we understand the best way to help you to improve is giving you constantly our ideas to what we consider to make Zoho better to be the best in the market.  

Below you will find a list of features that I believe are important to be part of Zoho CRM (many of them I copied from other topics already posted in this forum and were not implemented yet):

- skype calls from tasks
- calls log
- in activities page there is not a button for creating tasks or events.
- quote, invoice, sales orders and purchase orders shoud be also possible to be exported to other fomats like MS Word, Excel, etc.
- custom buttons and links (like Salesforce)
- allow to make conference calls in skype from Zoho CRM
- synchronize the CRM Calendar with my Outlook calendar/Google Calendar
- integration between Zoho DB and Zoho CRM
- integration between Creator and Zoho CRM
- integration between Zoho CRM and Zoho Writer
- Gmail integration witho Zoho CRM
- create a task from an event
- generating a following event from a current event
- help in each page related to items of that page
- information update request for contacts (via email) created directly from Contacts page.
- create customized links in customized list in each page (allow to ad links such as google search, google maps, etc.)
- allow create different layouts for pages and save them for customized use
- allow to create validation rules for fields
- allow to change columns size in list view (SF does)
- allow to clone customized view so can be personalized without the need to choose all firlds again.
- in activities page have shortcut buttons for today, week and month (SF does)
- when an item is shown individualy in a certain page, for example contact, shoe its name in the top of the page to highlight the information forn easier viewing. (SF does)
- when having formula field in a page when editing such page show the  formula field name.
- Sales Force has a very interesting feature that I believe you should adopt in Zoho CRM: when a page for a contact is open, in the top of the page you have tabs like open activities, actibitities history, opportunities, cases, attachments, notes, email status, that when the mouse is pointed there show us the list of each one. Cool !
- In each page you have a button to edit the page wihout the need to go set up to do it. This is very helpful to make changes quickly in the page layout and also include new customized fields without the need to go to setup to do it.
- allow calendar to be exported, shared and printed.
- relationship between modules so we can have looklup fields between modules (like Sugar CRM)
- UI shall be improved.  Competitors like Salesforce and Sugar CRM today have much more improved interface than Zoho CRM.
- Sugar CRM has an interesting detail for contacts, leads, accounts in which is shown the history what is comprised of notes, emails, so it is possible to have a full history (can be vieweed in summary button) of the activities related to that lead, contact or account all together. It would be interesting to have a soltuion that would comprise such idea in Zoho CRM.
