4 different sections (Subscriptions, Services, Products, Hardware) on a single quote
Hi, we are a software development company and according to our business needs, we divide each quote on 4 different sections: Products (Software) Services (Trainning, installation etc.) Hardware (Printers, Servers) Licenses (Software licenses) All this 4 sections combined sums up the total of the Quote. Considering this, I've seen that ZOHO CRM only covers us in Product section, leaving the other 3 out. I've checked: ZOHO CRM custom tabs, ZOHO Books integration, third-party applications integration

Adding line items to a quote in any currency other than the reference currency does not work!
For quotes: If I add a line item with another currency selected other than the reference currency the reference currency price is used. I.e. The currency conversion is not done. The result is that one has to do the whole quote with the reference currency selected and at the end select the currency you want to quote in. This may not sound like such a difficult process but the challenge is when quotes are being updated. They first have to be converted to the reference currency, then changed and then
ZOHO CRM NOT LINKED TO ZOHO MAIL
My Zoho Mail account is not linked to my organisations Zoho CRM account. Instead, my Zoho Mail account has created its own organisation outside of my organisations and I am unable to access the CRM of my organisation and colleagues. Please assist urgently.
Commission rate - why is this not actually a rate?
Hi there, I'm confused. A rate is typically a percentage or a proportion of an amount not a fixed number. How can I specify a commission rate of 5% on a product? Thanks
Product Description in Quotes
The Quotes Tab currently does not "Auto Populate" the product's description information as entered in the products configuration. This issue should be rectified immediately as we continue to copy and paste each and every description manually. Social Integration not working!
My social intergration functions are not working, specifically I am not seeing the back and forth between a contact and my company. I have linked my companies twitter/fb but nothing. Also, I don't see my contacts tweets in the social tab.
Feeds: Can I set up feeds to automatically see changes to records that I don't own?
I'd like to set up Feeds to see the Leads record modifications of a sales team. A group is set up for the team. An Auto-follow rule is set up as follows: Module = Leads Criteria = Lead Owner is Rep 1 or Rep 2 or Rep 3 I've tried this with and without the Group being set up but either way it yields no results in Feeds. Am I misunderstanding the capabilities of Feeds?
CRM New Sales Order
Im trying to add New Sales Order. I have to add the Product name and can add number of units but unable to post Unit Price. Can someone help as far as gettiing my information in?

Description field in inventory module too small!
I just got through the chat session with customer service. They have decided to remove the ability to re-size the description field and we are stuck with the default super tiny useless one! Also, you can no longer right click to copy and paste, you need to use the old Ctrl-C, Ctrl-V on the keyboard. Geee, I wonder how that is going to work with a tablet? If you are frustrated like me, click the thumbs up button, perhaps we can force the change!
Import account/contact when 2 accounts have the same name ?
Hello, I try to import Accounts, and Contacts. But I have a problem when 2 accounts have the same account name (but different addresses). The contact is always linked to the first account (with the right account name) in the list. The problem is that I have different account ID's but the contact import seems to match only with the account name. What is the solution? Thanks for your answer. I'm stuck. Solène
Incredibly slow performance CRM Zoho
We are experiencing long delays upon updating customer records in zoho crm, this generally starts in the afternoon and is becoming quite unbearable for our staff. I have validated that the internet connectivity is sufficient, we are able to stream 1080p videos without problem on our 20 meg connection. But after pressing the save button when editing a client record we are faced with 30 second to 1 minute wait times. Is there any advice or diagnostic advice you can help us with?
Anyone else experiencing slowdown?
Hi guys, Is anyone else experiencing slowdown in the afternoon? We're based in the UK and it seems that when we get to mid afternoon Zoho becomes very sluggish. I'm trying to demo this to management and it's pretty awkward when your waiting 7/8 seconds for a record to save or to change screen. We aren't experiencing any latency regular websites and we don't have this issue in the morning. Thanks Neil
change Zoho Sales Order module back to old view?
Since you made the recent updates to Zoho CRM, a key column was removed from the product details section of our Sales Order module, and one was added that is unnecessary. How can I change this back to the old view that included the "Qty in Stock" column and remove the "tax" column in the product details section of the sales order module? Zoho phone support is down
How am I supposed to get through to support? I have filled out two tickets that never got responded to. When I call the "24 hour" Zoho CRM support 1-888-900-9646 I am directed to leave a message. Every time I leave a message, they call me back after hours (we are closed after 4, and I mention it in the message). I then call back the next morning to speak with your "24 hour" team and yet again the cycle continues of leaving a message and not getting called back until after we close. I demand a response,
Inventory module update - Need to enter price manually!
In our business prices change daily and are dependent on the volume involved. We need to be able to just enter the right price for an article for a particular quote, just like it was before. Not meddle with list prices, discount codes etc. Undoable! We need an CRM system that we can depend on, I need to know that tomorrow I can just do the same I did today. Make fields tie together or autofill from one module to another other than lead to customer
Could you guys make possible to enter info in a field on a potential and have it update to that same field under the contact that the potential is tied to. For example can you make a way to map dependent fields outside of lead to contact. Or allow for an automated workflow that will allow me to have a phone number or email address that is entered into a potential copy to that same field under the contact it is related to.
Inventory module update causing havok!
The recent updated to the inventory modules has caused havoc, but I guess that is what happens when you don't test your updates first. When you select an account, the contacts are no longer filtered by the account selected. You cannot copy billing to shipping. The tax fields have changed, they actually wiped the data that was in the fields, now I have to manually put them in. Thanks! To make it worse, nothing has been published about the changes. How do I create sub-franchises under one global franchise?
Is it possible to have one global contact/crm list attached to one credit card while allowing new individual credit cards to be attached to subsets of this global list? This is how we would envision handling a franchise where the individual franchise owners could set up their own sub-accounts using their own credit cards. And of course, we'd need to be able to use permissions/roles for security so each sub-account can only access and see their contacts. But we would want the master global account

When I make a call I have no idea how to mark it completed. I changed the status, I make a note. But the call still shows up on my list.
Sales Reps cannot see sales order details
Our sales reps suddenly cannot view sales order details. All they see are the headings (#, part#, product description, etc.) but no part numbers or prices. Then they can see the grand total section at the bottom of the sales order. Users have to be marked as management in order to be able to see the sales order details, but I do not want sales reps to be management and have access to data of all other users. My sales reps need to be able to see the sales order details. How can we fix this?
New - add line items in Quotes does not calculate currency properly
If you first select another currency besides your reference currency then the currency conversion does not work. It just adds the reference currency price. To make the quote work you have to add all line items with the reference currency selected. Once you have added all the line items then you select the currency you want to quote. EMAIL NOT LINKED TO CRM
Hi there, I have an issue where my work related email has created a separate CRM which is not linked to the organisations. Therefore, my email address is the only one in a CRM and there is no other data which the other organisational members have. We can't create a new lead form (Website integration)
For some reason the application allows us to create the form and fill in all the required details such as landing page and hosting page. But upon saving, the browser seems to be stuck and the form is not saved.
Account change for Contact not reflected on iOS app
It appears when a contact's company is updated on the web interface the change is not reflected on the mobile app, even though the new email address is shown. Also, the old company's mail address is still shown in the mobile app.

Can I link an invoice to a Case ID?
I'd like to create an invoice and link it to a Case ID number. I've created a custom invoice field with the lookup type but I can only get the case account name or subject to insert. Workflow.... Customer calls with an issue and a case is created Service guy visits customer and resolves case Creates an invoice and links it to Case ID VIA lookup field so a full history can be viewed on case from invoice Appreciate any help

I've used automated reports fro other clients and set up scheduling (email a PDF automatically) from within the Report module. Can someone at Zoho please reply...... I'm finding it so difficult to setup Zoho CRM to manage my Upfront and Recurring pricing structure. I know the Zoho CRM quoting functionality doesn't deal with being able to quote recurring costs; I can add a custom recurring price field in Products and store the recurring price figure but I can't do anything with it. Display Does Not Fit To Screen
When I click on an account, lead, contact, etc.:, the scroll bar goes on forever across the screen. The left margin starts half way across the page, which seems like a total bad use of space. (see attached). I've gone into >setup >template and clicked on "Fit to Screen", but we can't seem to get all of the account information to fit on one page. Please let us know if there is a correction for editing the margin. Thanks!

Phone Call List
I would like to know what people are doing for a best practice around phone call list while traveling. With other tools, like NetSuite, I have been able to look at a list of the calls I need to make which includes all of the below attributes so I can at the very least copy-paste the contents, which I then send to myself in an email and SHAZAM, I have one touch dialing on my mobile phone and I know who I am calling and about what.
