Assign a Task to a contact
Hi, Could someone please help me assign tasks using ZOHO. This is how I want it to work. I take multiple calls and would like assign call/Task to few members. I want to complete the task and report back. Click on Task and then add task. The task owner is Obviously me, there is no option or drop down to assign this task to someone in my contact list

How to get lead/client name to show up on tasks
Hi Everyone, I am setting up my new Zoho account. I am wondering how do you get the lead/client name to show up on the home page within the task widget? For leads I found I can use the "related to" function to get the lead name and for clients I can use the "contact name" but I am wondering if there is a way to the lead or client name show up for one field. I've set up a macro to send out an email template to follow up on an enquiry. I'd like to CC myself so that I can clearly see when I've run the macro rather than having to type a note on the potential to remind myself. Is this possible?
Schedule (event) call and roll over event on calendar?
This will be the make of break for my using Zoho or moving on. The following is a staple for those doing sales with many calls. I must be missing the obvious? If a call is completed with a lead/contact and I need to call them in 7 weeks at 9:10 am, how do I schedule this event? How do I have these event roll over on the calendar? Prospect - not able to edit the Stage
Help! I have set these fields up on my prospects. All fields show the edit button when you hover over the end of the field. Stage shows the edit, but on selection absolutely nothing happens! I have looked at settings and cannot see any reason why this would be.....anyone got any ideas??

Multiplying Probability against a $ value
I have tried determining effective revenue by using the custom formula Chance of revenue = (probability/100) x deal value This calculates but I expected that by then changing the stage, the probability would change and in turn my chance of revenue value would as well Clearly the change in stage does not flow through to the formula as the returned value does not change Any suggestions? (I am using a formula to do this rather than the default fields as I am using a pick list to generate deal amount)
Pulling Data from FlexMLS.com into ZohoCRM
The local Multiple Listing Service (MLS), found atwww.FlexMLS.com, contains all real estate listings in our area. We use ZohoCRM to market to expiring listings. We'd like to pull live data from FlexMLS.com into ZohoCRM automatically. What is the cleanest and least expensive way to do this? Should I be hiring an API programmer? Why am I seeing Closed or Lost to Competition?

Is it possible to integrate mixed editions of Zoho CRM just by one time configuration, no more importing of data or regular manual intervention? For example, in a company some users are limited to modules that are found in the free edition while others should have all the modules present in their Zoho CRM.
Completed calls still show up in Open Tasks list.
We track our phone calls as they come in or as we call our customers. After the calls are completed they continue to show in the Open Tasks list indefinitely. What is the proper way to remove calls from the Open Task list? Thank you.

hello together, I imported our complete client and contact list from excel (we worked with another CRM). at first I imported the client data then I imported the contacts because I can't do it in one step. the problem is that we have up to 10 clients with the same name. and now the second import of the contacts of the clients goes wrong because the contacts didn't match correctly. I found in one client all the contacts from the other clients. now my question: is there any possibility to match them

Product category is broken
I've made my own product categories and placed my products across all of them but they do not show up in any report or dashboard. ZCRM puts all of the products in 1 unnamed categorie and doenst register the others..
Are emails going through?
I have sent a number of individual emails to leads from within Zoho CRM. Each email uses my email address. There are a few emails that I believe are wrong but went ahead and sent anyway and never received a notice that they are wrong like you would get if you emailed from your email program. I then did completely wrong email from my domain to confirm they are not coming back. My question then is how do I know if any of these emails actually made it to the lead? Shawn

Exporting zCRM Audit Log creates a .do file extension instead of a .csv.
Anyone else having this happen? ...why did we change the CSV? Can I get a CSV file again...when I do a rename and change the file extension to .csv it just doesn't come out as good as before. Don't fix it if its not broken. Thanks, Jayson

Inputing a phone number into the contact field
I'm looking to move forward with a subscription but I have been running into a lot of issues. The one that frustates me the most is an error appearing as I'm not inputting my contacts phone number in correctly. I've tried taking out the dashes, adding the dashes, whatever can get it to save. I've just been my contacts phone numbers in the description. Any help?
