Calendar appointments
How do I book appointments that don't fall on the default half-hour? I've tried editing the time in the drop-down box but it will only accept half-hour start or finish.
New Modules Seriously Limited
Please let me know if any of the following items have been updated yet? 1 - New modules doesn't associate available contacts with account if you attach an account to a record in the module 2 - If you create a new module and add a record and create associated tasks...and clone the record..the tasks don't get cloned...serious drawback to modules. Suggestion
Would love if when you go to a page whether it is account, potential, contact, cases, etc that you had an image to help you easily identify what section you are in, e..g building for account, person for a contact page etc. Sometimes the account and potential can be very similar to look at as well as the layouts being similar across all screens. An image at the top would immediately identify where you are without having to look at the main bar. Even better if you set your own! Cheers Marc
Lead import errors
I'm getting error trying to import .xls and .csv "Cannot be more then 200 rows". So I chopped the load in half, the first w/ 199 loaded fine. The second creates error "Cannot be more than 22 rows". Could use a little help figuring out why the number of rows appears to be so random. Thanks in Adance
Selecting a delivery address
Hi there, I sell physical products- architectural materials. A contractor (eg. John Smith at ABC Contractors) will contact me and place an order, and ask me to deliver the product to the factory he uses (eg; Joe Bloggs Factory). In this sort of situation, how do I specify the delivery address in the Sales Order (or in the Quotation).? At the moment, I have to copy and paste and enter the details manually. When I go into import my leads i am asked to map my leads but it only offers me column 1.... Before it offered me several columns but now i cannot import them because i cant map the tabs please help

Add Title to Contact overview
I cannot find the settings where I can modify the layout for the Contact overview. The default Contact Overview shows name, company, contact owner, email, phone, mobile, department. I want to add the field Title to this overview. I know you can click on Show Details, but Title is one of the more important details from a Contact, so I want to see it in the overview. (trying to minimize the # of clicks :-) I cannot locate in settings where I can modify this.

Zoho for work flow management of follow up calls?
How does one add a follow up call for a lead/contact in say, 7 weeks from today at 9:33am to last 5 minutes. How does one get that event (follow up call) to roll over in the case that the traveling sales person isn't making calls until 8 weeks out? This seems like a basic function of any CRM and I'm missing it with Zoho. Thanks!
Events today don't show
It's 6:50am in the UK and I have my personal settings on "England, United Kingdom", but the Events Today window doesn't show any of the four events I have listed as today at 9am. What's gone wrong?
Client (lead) Emails table in client (lead) view
A small usability request. The table in the client (lead) view that shows which emails have been sent to or received from the client. Why can't it show all emails to/from that client by default? Whenever any of our customer service team look at a client record they want to see all the relevant emails. But ... each time we have to use the drop down filter to see the different lists of emails sent from each user. If you have 10 customer service agents that means you have to search 10 filtered lists
Inormation not the same between devices
Hi i'm new to Zoho Have set up Zoho CRM on my work pc and laptop and android. they are all log in into the same account. the problem is that when I update information in one area ie work pc it does NOT update in laptop and android. even after logging out of all devices and restarting them and relogging into the different devices. Please Help

How to create category of leads within an organization
Hello, I am in the process of importing contacts into the Zoho system. I was hoping to find a way to organize my contacts by organization. That is some organization have 3-5 contacts and I occasionally would want to send those contacts an email at once. Is there an easy way to "group" contacts into buckets of sorts that belong to the same organization? Thanks so much!

What is the difference between potential and budget? Is possible to transform a Budget in Potential?
Can you set an ideal timeline with milestones for converting a potential?
We have various phases our sales process goes through. I understand how you can set up fields to show which phase a potential is in (e.g. we have 'First Contact','Demo scheduled', 'Free Trial started', etc) and there's a closing date, but is there a way to assign nominal dates to each phase so you can track how effective the process is and how things are trending? How to track Seminar Sales
My Financial Firm does multiple single day seminars. My question is, what is the best way to track the sales per seminar? Setup Seminar as Account, Potential, Campaign? We also want to be able to attach all attendees of seminar to a single "event" and be able to lookup attendees, see quotes per seminar vs sales.
Potentials - not allowing edit of status
I have set up Zoho so that when a user looks at the potential they get the option to "quickly" change these fields However, even though when hovering the edit button appears next to the status - on selection nothing happens... help?

Problems with exporting a Quote to pdf
For the last 30mins to hour, I've been having trouble exporting a quote to a PDF. Have tried signing out of Zoho, shutting down PC and restarting it and Zoho again, but to no avail. Any suggestions? Any idea as to why this is happening? Has anyone else had the same problem today? Thanks!

Hi, When I edit the company information I the following message: "Attention to Paid Users: Please update your credit card details if you have changed your primary contact in Zoho CRM. The credit card details have to be updated with the new primary contact so that all the payment related information mails are sent to the new primary contact." How do I have to understand this. Adding an Open Sales order view
Currently I manage only sales up to the Sales Order stage. I do not use Zoho fir any invoicing purposes, we have a department for that. And they have no intention of changing how they do things anytime soon. So under the Sales Orders Module you have two options: All Sales Orders and My Sales Orders. Is there a way to add another option called Open Sales Orders. This way I can view only those orders that our company has not finished and delivered or shipped. Currently I can only view all of them.
Not enough storage to send attachments?
When trying to send emails with attachments now is says I have used up all the storage space? Thought it was maybe for the day... havent been able to send an email with an attachment in a few days? Can anyone help with this?
Converted Lead --> Lead Name Drill Down error
From the Converted Lead report when I click on the "Lead Name" drills down Zoho loads a tab and tells me "Please Wait" and does not return a page. I can manually type in the Lead Name to get to the contact but this drill down doesn't seem to be working.
attachments wont load into lead/contact
while in a contact or lead I used to be able to attach a document from Google Docs which related to that contact. I can see and select the document I want, but it does not load after clicking OK

Can we automate assigning territories to Contacts who do not have Accounts?
Our clients are primarily individuals and most do not have a company or Account associated with them. We would like to automatically assign territories to them based on their country of residence, but the rules seem only to work for Accounts. Is is possible to automatically assign territories to Contacts who do not have Accounts associated with them? Thanks, IICT
