Custom Lookup Fields for Potentials or Tasks
I would like to have the State, City and Phone Numbers displayed on the potentials list or activities list so I can sort by location. Is there a way to build a customer report that can refine potentials or tasks by State, City or Zip Code?
Documenting a simple event or occurence (with time stamp, i.e. notes won't work)
Hi, I'm just wanting to document an event or issue that happens with our clients. I want a simple field and a date and time stamp that I can make notes in and save. Then I can document another issue that happens and save it. Then after a period of time we could run a report showing a client all the issues we solved for them. Is there a way to make this work? I don't need due dates or anything like that. Just simple documentation. About the only workaround I can think of is to create a task and
Internal notes between users
Hello, Is there a way for users to exchange notes through the CRM? For example a user wants to inform another user to take some action regarding a client (for example call him for support, or send him an email about something). It would be nice that these notes are related to this particular client or prospect, so that we have a history of anything or anyone that took some action.
Access Error on Products
I get an error when trying to access a products report saying that I do not have access for my profile. I have an administrator profile and have access to every object. Makes no sense. i also don't see the products tab available to me anymore on the main tab bar. Any Ideas what would cause this?
Potential Stage editing/update
Am I missing something here, or is editing the Potential Stage information overly cumbersome? Why not an active drop-down box to easily move from one stage to another? I am using the free version of the program right now trying to evaluate it. I have entered a number of "potentials" (deals, opportunities, whatever you want to call them). I've edited stages and probabilities and love the amount of information I can get into the Potential, but updating the information just seems overly time consuming.
Add New User from Another Account
Hi, I am trying to move a user from one account to another. I have deactivated his email from the original account and i am trying to add him to the new account. It is telling me that the email is already in use. Please advise me as how to fix this. The user's email address is joseph.laperchia@paquinhealthcare.com He was originally listed under the account with the email aptricia.cardona@paquinhealthcare.com. Delete message can be more descriptive
When deleting something, the message only says: Are you sure? However, this is no consolation to me. I'm thinking...I"m a sure to what? Just deleting the record I selected or perhaps I'm doing something wrong and I'm about to delete all the records? A description of what I"m about to delete, such as: "Are you sure you want to delete the 3 selected records" would put me more at ease...
Missing Accounts
I've just noticed that not all the accounts created show in the Accounts list, though if I use the search box, typing in the names, they appear. Are there certain criteria for the Accounts list to show them?

Fields missing from "List of Removed Fields"
I am customizing Zoho for our sales process. I removed the Sales Cycle Duration and Overall Sales Duration field from the Potential section in the Potential: Edit Page Layouts page. I want to add it back now but now it is not in the List of Removed Fields Please help
Dynamic View filters merged into an email template.
I'm aiming to get a dynamic filter working across my Zoho datafile to answer enquiries from web visitors, I currently search manually thru my Outlook 2010 Contacts database and cut & paste selected details from each vendor into an email reply. I envisage using a dynamic filter like the ones available in MS Access [and Excel worksheets, see attached sample] to select the vendors for inclusion in the report to be embedded or attached to the guest email with my standard email signature/logo etc..

Add Contacts to Prospect
How do I tie contacts to specific deals or prospects? Some contacts will relate to 2 or more deals, but other contacts are just for one prospect. I can't seem to add a contact and tie it to a specific prospect.

Apps & Add-ons Tab/Section Not Available In Setup
I did a search in the forum and did not find any info. in regards to this... I am trying to integrate my email more fully into Zoho CRM. I am currenlty on the Free edition. But when I go to 'Setup' I do not see the "Apps & Addons" section to start integrating this. Realizing that this feature may only be available on one of the paid editions, which edition allows this so I signup for the right Zoho CRM paid subscription.
Automatic emails sent just because a certain date is reached
How can I automatically send emails to leads without editing a record and without changing a status but just because it reached the date that I entered in the workflow. Currenty nothing happens because ZOHO doesn't get a status change on that specific day but if I define a status change the change is made on the same day and not a week later when the email should be sent automatically. Hello, When i merge a number / currency field in to an email or document it misses off the last digit if its a zero as follows:- £800.00 will merge as £800.0 £800.10 will merge as £800.1 Whats does work is this:- £800.12 will merge as £800.12 Its only a problem when the last digit is a zero. Hello, I sell diesel at petrol stations in Europe thought plastics cards. My clients can obtains discounts if use as payment mode my card. I need trace de discount plan for each client. Normally my discounts can be 0'066, 0,054, 0,042 € per liter. I'm using products modules for record the cards (card tipe 1, card tipe 2). And to trace discounts I'm using price book. The problem is that I only can put two decimals at price list field. I have tried to fix to 3 decimal but I can not do it. Can you explain

Fields from Related Modules in Reports do not show up.
Hi, I am preparing a custom report from the Cases module (where we register visits to our development) and the Potentials Module (which is linked to the Cases Module through the Potential Field). Even though I can choose columns from the Potentials Module to create the report, when running the report the fields that belong to the Potentials Module appear blank, and only date from the Cases Module is displayed. Lead Generation with Survey

Error in Mapping Industry fields
Hi, I have added custom list for the field "Industry" in the leads. But I can't map the same field to those in accounts and potentials. For the custom values I have put in for the field Industry in leads, it remains blank in accounts and potentials.
