ZOHO VS. CONSTANT CONTACT
I am using Zoho as a CRM solution within my area of responsibility and I really like it; however, the company in general uses Constant Contact for e-marketing and I am being challenged as to why I need to use Zoho. An "architectural review" committee is being formed to document the my requirements for using Zoho vs. Constant Contact, and I could use some help. Generating PDF from Reports is broken
This is another call for ZOHO fix the PDF generation feature using Reports. The PDFs generated by the reports expand the information right to the edge leaving no margins and making them impossible to print. This feature used to work nicely, and it has been broken for about 4 months. I have already reported this issue in the past, to no avail. Zoho, please fix this important feature. Thanks.
Email templates and using Google to send it
Hi, I am having a hard time figuring this out. I have set up email templates and use them. The receiver gets the email, it says from me and my email address BUT is says sent via zohocrm. How do I get rid of it. I do not have the email add-in We use Google for our email with our domain. I did a set up in zoho mail and can send emails via Google there. I want to use template and have them come from me via Google. Please help. Right now, if I send an email in Zohocrm, I cannot tell if it bounced

Hello, Is it possible to configure Zoho CRM such that emails sent to my something@zoho.com mail address from the Email app are automatically associated with existing leads and contacts, or if none exists, a new lead is created? Mail merge fields not working
Can you please help ASAP?? You may need to do meetnow on this one.. Basically, I have inserted the contact field (as an address block), and when I preview or select “edit merge” only some fields convert. I notice that if you have a space or character, such at (,) that’s when the issues happens. I have attached an example. Need a solution... Thanks!
Getting a more efficient overview from Products and accounts view
Hi, When i move to a contacts view Zoho CRM us nicely displaying related products, potentials and open tasks on the right side of the screen using small square "cards". That is really nice and gives a good overview when navigating to a specific contact. When navigating to products nothing is shown. Suggestion: Also show open tasks, related contacts and accounts at the right side of the screen. For accounts you are showing related potentials and contacts. Suggestions: Also show related open tasks

Relating products to accounts & products to contacts
Hi, From the Contacts view i can relate a product to that specific contact. Nice... But from the Products view i can not relate a contact to that specific product. I can add a new contact that will then be related to the product, but i can not relate an already existing contact. Not so nice, i then have to navigate to the contact which i want to relate to the product, and relate it from the contact view. That takes time. Suggestion: Make it possible to relate existing contacts to products directly

Form submissions not loading into CRM
I've used Zoho before and have setup the website form to CRM form before and it worked fine. So i needed to setup one on this new account as an easy way for me or someone else to submit new accounts into the system. However after submitting the form...nothing ever comes up in Zoho CRM. I'm not sure whats wrong...everything was done as I've done it before but for whatever reason this one will not work and its getting me behind getting accounts entered in. Is there a way to customize what you see in the Potentials Tab? I know you can set up custom views. For instance, I set up one called "Open Potentials" which ignores any "closed" opportunities (must say I was flabbergasted that I actually had to do this as a custom view). Import mapping is no longer being saved
Over the last week I have been having a problem when importing my daily leads from an Excel spreadsheet. Every time I want to import the file I have to remap all of the fields. I have never had to do this in the past. Zoho tech support has been unable to give me an answer as to why this has started to happen. Is anyone else having this issue, or does anyone have any ideas? Changing Details
So in customization for example and under layout you have larger boxes that you can change the name of such as contact information, but how do I change what the smaller boxes inside are called or create new smaller boxes that i can write different text or number in? We can change what boxes appear and don't appear but I can't seem to find out how to rename those boxes to suit my business

Long Decimals in Grand Total on Dashboard
I created a Dashboard to show the grand totals of invoice amounts for our sales associates, but for some reason one of the grand totals is being extended out to 12 decimal places (see the attached screenshot). The report this dashboard is based on and the corresponding invoices all show the correct decimal values (two decimal places). Is there some way to fix this? Mass email - how does it work?
I am using mass email to send a newsletter to about 4000+ customers. Since the daily limit is 500 I will be sending them out over several days. I used a manual criteria to find the customers and noticed that there is no obvious way that the contacts are sorted. They are not listed alphabetically or by any field I can see on the page; it seems to change randomly every time I search the criteria. Workflow alerts for Edit not getting triggered

How Do I Use Role to Provide Specific Reports
My company has 3 Regional Sales Managers (RSM) each with 8 direct sales people. Rather than have them see corporate-wide reports with information for all 24 reps, we want each RSM to see the information relevant for their region/reps only. Is there an easy way to do this short of creating report folders for each RSM, replicating reports, then using criteria to filter the appropriate reps? Hello, Where is the option to create a new report? When I click on Reports, I do not see it. Is this capability available in the "Free" edition? Attachments don't show in Mac Mail.app
Hi, I'm a faithful Zoho CRM user of about 2 years now. I use it to send proposals to leads all the time. Recently, I've had 4 people using Mac Mail tell me they can't see the attachments on emails I send them through Zoho. They are right. We tested it in our office on a Mac running Snow Leopard. I don't know whether Snow Leopard is part of the problem or not. Sales Order do not keep the same number when it is transfer to invoice. Ehen I am going to print the invoice we find a bad sales order number.
