Copying database to Thumb Drive
Can I copy my leads (Free version) to a thumb drive...or can I transfer them to a new ZOHO account? I have almost 1,000 accounts and my former boss is deleting names from the database that I actually NEED.

When will a unified calendar be available? Specifically and integration fo Zoho desktop and CRM. I have done a search of the forums and I am finding related posts, mostly from 2008 and not useful. Any insight or further information is greatly appreciated.

From Lead to Contact, back to Lead...
I'm currently using the CONVERT button when changing LEADS into CONTACTS. However, there is no CONVERT button available under any other tabs. In the event, a client is on a hiatus from using our services, we want to return them from CONTACT to the LEAD tab. How can I convert a LEAD into a CONTACT and then back to a LEAD. Is there a way to add a CONVERT button onto multiple tabs, for example. Basically, I want to be able to move leads and contacts and potentials around regularly from tab to tab.

Zoho CRM - duplicate contacts by double-click on Save button
Hi, At present, user can click very fast on "Save" button and Zoho will create several Contacts with the same data. How can I prevent user from clicking multiple times on "Save" button while creating new Contact? Regards

I can't run any reports! Getting error message that says I have insufficient priviledges and to contract my Administrator and I AM the administrator and it appears based on the radion buttons I SHOULD have access. Is there a rule that only 1 person can have administrative priviledges per organization (all 4 of us are tagged as Administrators)?

I would like to run either a report or an "Activity View" that will allow me to see the Total Calls Emails Separated for Accounts & Leads That will Show the Account Owner and can be Filtered for a Period of Time. Sending email from inside a Contact
Doing so, From address is the @zoho.com address. I want it to be from @<mydomain>. How do I modify this? Sending email from within the Email APP, I can choose which from address I want to sent from.

importing contacts from CSV file
I am trying to import contacts from a CSV file. Yes, the top row of the CSV is the field names. (if only the solution were that simple!) I select the file and import it. The problem comes that when I go to map by clicking on a Zoho field name it does not allow me to select a single column. It lists CompanyFirstNameLastNameStreet etc. Help Please! I tried to chat but got an error message that my email or password is not valid. I requested a new password. Got a message that email was not found.
adding lead name field to "calls" page
trying to add the lead name field to the calls module so that it will include this field when I log a call. Currently it only shows contact.
Can't access reports
As of yesterday, none of the three admins on our account can access any reports. When we click on one we get the message: Insufficient Privileges to perform this operation. Contact your Administrator. Back to Home. Has anyone else had this happen to them recently? There were no settings changed so this is all confusing to me. Thanks!

hello, In several forum items there's rumour on the subject customer portal. A client of mine is desperately seeking for this feature. He's got an website development organisation with 700 customers. Yes, it's nice they can sent a ticket/case but they want to give the customer feedback (on-line) on several other issues (status productdetails. etc). ZOHO CRM HAS NOT BEEN ACCESSIBLE FOR 20 HOURS+???
OK, I am a bit frustrated... Yesterday morning, my sales reps and I noticed zoho CRM loading very slowly and freezing up many times. Then, around 1pm, it stopped working for good. Since yesterday, none of us have been able to log onto zoho CRM from the office or from our homes. We can navigate throughout the website, but when attempting to log into the CRM, we get the "Loading... Please wait." message until the page times out. Hi, I just have a quick question or two; Is it possible to create a link between a Purchase Order you've created and its corresponding Invoice or Quote? Web form doesn't work
Hi folks - I'm a Zoho newbie, and wonder if someone with eagle eyes can help please. We want the web form published here http://www.shaking-tent.com/saleconfirmationform/ to automatically add leads to our CRM. Also we want an email notification of any new contact received. API with Aweber?
Zapier API shows a connection between Aweber and Zoho Premium (not the same term used at Zoho) but Zoho does not show it. Is this becasue there is no direct connection and there is a connection throuh a 3rd party API? Can someone confirm if Zapier works and which Zoho version to connects to Aweber?

Email Contacts based on Account Data
Is there a way to filter by information based in the "Account" tab and then send an email to the related contacts? In other words, the criteria I need to filter is found in the accounts section, but I can't contact an account, I need to email the related contacts. Is this possible for mass email? Thanks.
ZOHO "From" Emails within Templates
If logged in under a separate user, when sending a template using a different name it appears as that users email and not as their actual name. ie Mary Jo sends an email, and switches the from field to her manager "Joe Smith." In the FROM field it reads jsmith2323 instead of from Joe Smith. When an email is sent from Joe, while he is logged in, there is no problem. How does one fix this so all emails are uniform in who they are sent from/replied to, and have it not be an email address, but a name?

Zoho Mail Merge
I need to mail merge 2 documents for contacts but can only search using contact name. Is there anyway to search via company name and mail merge onto 1 document? Once i search, then select that contact then search again, I lose the previous contact i selected and have to mail merge individually..... Please advise
