Im new to Zoho, been a Salesforce user for a LONG time. A few questions before I dump alot of time into Zoho... 1. Can a page (code) from another server be displayed on the detail views of records? 2. Are there unique ids for all records useable for integration with other systems? What do these ids look like? I ask this becuase I do alot of work with image libraries on co-located servers integrating with Salesforce, I am hoping to do the same withZoho.The id fields are key to making this work...

Adding "Discount" Field to Quote pdf
When I print a quote or generate a pdf of a quote the "discount" field does not appear though the reduced price is presented as a total price. This is confusing my customers. Is there a way to add the discount field in the template used for printing and rendering the pdf???
Synch of Calendars withi Zoho
Is it possible yet to to have the Zoho Business and Zoho CRM calendars synch? In the past I read that this would happen with Single Sign On, but I have not seen that happen.
When Adding Custom Field, Need to be Able to Rearrange/Reorder
It doesn't appear possible to reorder the fields under settings, even if I add a custom field. So, the flow of input is greatly affected in the new field should be third from the top but by default it's added to the bottom. If there's a way to correct this now, please let me know. If not, can this be added to the Roadmap.
Quotes and Invoices for Service-based business
I'm trying to figure out how to adapt Zoho CRM "products" and "quotes" to fit our Message on Hold business. One problem I have is that pricing for our services depends on a host of factors, from the length of the contract (1, 2, or 3 years) to the number of locations served. We offer discounts for longer contracts and for multiple locations. Task - Save & New
please allow the task to carry over the task details when you select "save & new" the reason I even use "save & new" is to add another task to follow up with the same task info and I need it to carry over the previous task info (contact or account info and the related information) please advise...
Please add the ability to see products and their List Prices
We need to be able to generate a list which includes products and their unit price alongside any other list price we have created such as reseller, distributor, importer etc. Supporting List Price in related list, (under Tab settings), would allow us to do this. Thanks.

Does ZOHO CRM have the ability to set up automatic email campaigns? Where you designate a lead to receive a set number of emails, a set number of days apart, automatically?

Cannot create contact within a partner
When I try and create a contact within a Partner it will not let me do this. I can create a contact and the contact gets created but not linked to the partner. The contact gets created on its own with no other associated records.
Dashboard won't add decimal numbers
I'm not sure this is really a bug, but there no longer seems to be a help forum and I can't find the answer. We use a decimal system in order to keep track of our inventory. I am trying to set up the dashboards in order to keep track of what has been sold, but the dashboards only add the whole numbers, not the decimals, so if we have sold 3.0, 0.5 and 0.1, the dashboard total is only 3. Is there any way to get around this?
Completing a task reminder needs to be turned off
When we mark a task as complete a message always pops up about the reminder and we manually have to turn off the reminder before we can mark the task as complete. Can you please ensure that when we mark the task as complete that Zoho CRM automatically turns off the reminder, thanks.
Bug with Chrome
Using Google Chrome, I can't add a 3rd product when creating a new Purchase Order. Very strange behaviour, since the first product is added perfectly. No problems in IE, though. Any thoughts on that?

We are considering using Zoho CRM, but need to have QB integration. I have searched other threads in the forums, it seems to be a feature that most people have ask for. Changing Adress, city etc. of account doesn't change adres, city with contact
When the adress off an account/customer changes, the changes will not take place in the adress off the contact. Is this deliberatedly or is it a fault/bug.

Adding cover page section to Inventory template
I've had several requests for a cover page section where a user can write up a paragraph or two that will print out with the quote template, but on a separate page. In order to do this I need to be able to create the Cover page portion of the template, insert a page break of some sort, but also make it so that text maintains its formatting from how the user entered it into the text area. Management of Stores
I think I might have made a big error. We are a small start up that is initially approaching very small retailers to carry our products. I assumed that they started off as 'leads' that then got converted to 'accounts' once they agreed to carry our products. Translating custom fields
Hi, We are starting to use Zoho, (and loving it), and have both English and French users. Is there a way of creating custom fields which show laguage dependent labels? I.e, when the user's laguage preferences are set to French show the French labels and when they are set to English show the English. The data would of course be identical in both. Thanks
HTTP Post to Leads???
Hi all I am using Email2DB to manage my emails and want to automate the inputting of leads process as much as possible. Is there a way for me to post HTTP data to Zoho? I created a web-to-lead form and used those fields for mapping, it works on the web site but I can not get the program to post to Zoho. Today has been horrible working with account views I am trying to clean up some accounts and creating several new views I get everything in order and save the view The I go back to edit and either add more fields or change the criteria The views disappear and I have to start all over - this has happened many times today It is inconsistent and does not happen every time One time it will work and then I try to tweak the view a bit and "Boom" it disappears and I have to start all over This is causing
More fetures needed for reporting and analytics
There are a few features that would really help drive more business too ZOHO. 1) Improved analytics....I want to be able to track when I call someone or send them and email...so I can generate a report that shows how many calls a user has placed in a day, week, month, etc. Also, it would be nice to be able to see some analytics related to leads - contacts - accounts - potentials. So that I can see on a "time line" how long it took from when the lead was entered till it became a "closed won" potential.
Task Start Date
New to Zoho CRM - there's a "Start Date" column in my All Activities view, yet when I enter a task, there is no place for me to enter a start date in the CRM. There is however, a start date field in Tasks in ZohoBusiness. Shouldn't the processes be similiar?
Quotes/Estimates
Does anyone use Quickbooks online? The estimate/quoting page works great in QB. If the Zoho CRM quotes layout functioned like that we'd use it. However, its much too complicated for our sales team so they still log into quickbooks to do a quote. I considered Zoho Invoice however its not a real time sync. Anyone in a similar situation?
Open Contact instead of Account after converting a lead.
NOTE: I must first mention that I renamed the Accounts tab "Companies" When a Lead is converted and the Company is filled in, It opens the Company record. I receive emails in text format from a service that have the following fields; Name: Title: Company: Company Size: Industry Type: Address: Location: Phone number: Email: Is there a way to import the email fields I receive in Outlook into Zoho as a contact?
