More Dependent Fields
Hi, I would like to suggest you a feature: now in the ZohoCRM there is the possibility to create dependencies between 2 picklist fields. I think it would be great to let us create dependencies also between 2 date fields and - for example - automatize the amount of a digit field related to another digit field and a percent field. Cancel ID or account
I created an account to see what Zoho was like. It seemed OK and now I have one of my senior admin people (Michelle) looking at the possibility of implementing the system. HOWEVER, now that I have created an account, Michelle cannot add me to her system, nor any one that was initially added to my account. How can a user account/ CRM ID be deleted or a CRM account be deleted? AndrewDoyle
Connecting to hosted CRM via webservice
Is there a webservice API available on Zoho CRM that will enable me to add/delete/update leads/contacts programatically? I would like to integrate an existing website's user database with the leads/contact functionality of the hosted CRM. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Hi I am looking for a CRM solution to be the foundation of our core order management solution. Our order mangement process involves a complex search program to find products for customers and then an order/bid process then requires history per contact to be retained. syncronization
I have the outlook trial for 14 days, but when I went to use it, I noticed that it doesn't syncronize my schedule, only my outlook contacts. Unfortunately, this doesn't do me as much good because I need both to be updated. Am I doing something wrong? If so, could someone tell me what I need to do to sync my schedule from outlook? I want to edit the complete Lead List by putting a green "V" into the little square box next to Lead Name and then click on Change Owner. All leads should change owner, but that doesn't work! Why?

You can very well customise any picklist field values in our application. For Eg. To modify the Industry Picklist values in Account module, please do the following steps. 1. Click the Setup link. 2. German Translation help
Hi, the German translation could use some polish. Here are the worst errors on the Leads page and some suggestions for correcting them: - "Häute???". There is no real translation for "Skins" to German - you could use "Designs" oder "Oberflächen", but "Skins" is a term most German users should be familiar with. - "Armaturenbretter ???" is similar. "Dashboard" is the term known to most people, German translations just look awkward here. You could use "Übersichten", but that woul be too broad IMHO.
Error Message on Import
Hi. I've been trying to import my leads from another CRM. I have my leads in a CSV file and used the migrate tool. After going through the upload process I received an email stating I had an error and need to contact support. Can someone please help me with this? Thanks! jared
Lead Import duplicate detetcion not fuctioning
Hello Zoho Support: I have been using Zoho since the beta release and have very good luck with this product (I am paying customer!). Recently, in the last week or so I realized that the duplicate imort feature (when uploading leads) no longer detects duplicate entries. My staff has been telling me that the we normally see about 2-5 dupes for every 300 leads, but now it has been zero. I even have uploaded the same list 3 times and Zoho completed th eimport without notifying me of duplicates. Can you
Edit page layout problem
Although I can delete a field from that layout, I can not add it back to the layout. Can someone advise if this is a temporary problem? I checked the manual and it seems to indicate that I should be able to just move the desired field back to the layout.

lead search by company name
When searching leads (I'm using the "Find Leads" box), it appears to only search on name. I require the ability to search on company name as well, since that's who we sell to. I realize that this works fine once you convert the lead to a potential, but we need the ability to do it while it still at the Lead stage. Also, we store a bunch of information in the description field today in Sugar that I would ultimately want to move over to the Notes section in Zoho. I need the ability to search on keywords
Error with creating new campaign, Account / Contact...
We selected Vietnamese Interface for Zoho CRM and have some problems (then when trying to return back to English it is still same): We have problem when creating New or Modifying Potential - actually it could but not following steps on screen, we have to see very stranger characters, forms and then click Back to see results. Site Performance
I've been anxious to fully implement ZohoCRM into my small business. It has most of the functionality needed, usually only available in high-priced systems. However, the page loads and other site functions are so terribly slow I don't know how I can ever rely on this software for ongoing use during the business day. Why is it so slow? Is there anything that can be done about it? If not, I'm forced to continue my CRM search, which I'm growing very weary of. gregdbc

I may have found a go around, but please give me your explanation to the question prior....Thanks. The go around > adding a contact in a task or event, creates this error, so I just don't add a contact in the task or event, only add a contact in the account. Sound OK ? PAA

my calendar does not default to the Bar view or the List vie
My 31 day view of my calendar does not default to the Bar view or the List view, but instead a view that contains a "X"... like when a picture cannot be viewed. When I click on the Bar view or List view links it corrects the problem but this is a little agravating. I have set up other Zoho CRM accounts for other clients in the past and have never had this problem but now all of the zoho accounts I have ever set up are doing the same thing. reporting on active contacts/ accounts etc
Hello, After experimenting with the application, I note that I can not find a way to run a report that would screen accounts or contacts for which some activities took place for a given period ( i.e a note would have been created ). This is important to monitor the activity level of contacts owners. Did I miss something ? If not, Please note that this is very important. Managers need to be able to assess activity levels of their staff, beyond lead/account/opportunity creation. Thanks for giving this

Error amounts in Potentials
Hi, in Potentials I see the amounts with an error: if I write 3000 € in the Amount field and the I save the Potentials, I see 30000 in the Amount field... If I edit the Potential I see that the number in the database field it's ok. Then, if I click "Save" without change nothing or "Cancel" I see the wrong amount in the Amount field. Some days ago, I created a Custom field (a currency field: Accounting) and I see the same error in this field. Giordano. giordano

Feature Request - repeatable billing / close invoice
Hi, I have gotten your software up and I am doing some experimentation with it. I think so far it is very nice. There are 2 things that I would like to see from what I have done so far: 1) The ability to create the exact same invoice on a periodic basis (IE. Send the same invoice each month/week/year). It would be even better if that invoice could be automatically, printed/emailed/exported to pdf. 2) The ability to have some flag on the invoice which shows in this system if it has been paid or not.
