Hi I have a field I entered which is called "status" under contacts in which sales reps should place updates. Now I want to issue report to show me all contacts in which "status" field was modified between certain dates. this is not last modified date or last activity date - as this is shown for the entire contact. I want only to a certain field. i couldn't do this under criteria as it doesn't show the option to before/after certain dates. tnx
Hiding Deal Stage on Kanban / Deal Module
The reality of deals is that a deal can be one or lost at any stage, these are two separate functions all together. Zoho decided instead to make WON / LOST part of a stage in the deal process. This was not a great idea, but none the less this is how the system functions. In reality a deal should be WON or LOST and in any particular stage of the sales process. With that being said, we like to look at our deals in a Kanban Board style. Unfortunately, we have to view columns that are never really used

Hello, I am trying to create a standard funnel to show my quote to sales order conversion ratio. Here are the parameters: This is what the parameter produce: However, when I go to my sales order module and do some filtering with the following parameters: Quote name is not empty and created time is this year, it is saying that 325 sales orders. How do I know the data that the funnel is pulling? Should I be using different logic to get this conversion ratio?
Email Compose Check Spelling Broke
I have 1 report of this and I have reproduced it in Chrome and MS Edge. Anyone seeing this same issue? 1 In the CRM, Click on the the send email button for a contact record. 2 Type some text in the body of the email. 3 Click the SpellCheck button at the bottom right of this compose window. All the content in the body disappears. (Makes for a short email) LOL

Hi, I've seen this question has already been asked, but as it is still not resolved, I'm asking it again. When I display a Quote, Sales Order or an Invoice, the product detail table is not correct. No problem with each line, I can apply tax,& discount on each and the total amount is OK. But in the summary rows below, Sub_Total is the Total amount of each lin (Tax & Discount included), Tax always displays 0 so that Grand_Total is always equals to Sub_Total. That is very strange. Hi, It would be great to be able to print a barcode in a mail merge document or in invoices. Sometimes we print a lot of estimates / invoices and we need to manage those printers papers in registers / warehouse, so its so much easier if those documents could have printed a barcode linked to an specific field of the CRM. I have a wealth management company. I use Accounts to track the client as a whole and Contacts to track individuals. In most instances there are multiple Contacts that are part of an Account. Also, it is common that a Contact could be part of multiple Accounts. I would like to be able to track the Contact Role within each Account. Hello, What are the ways to have a Contact associated with a Deal fill out an online form so that the data appear in the said Deal? To Automatically Calculate Amount Field in Deals Module for Selected Products
In Deals I added a New Section Called "Products" in which through Multi-select lookup, Products can be added from Products Module i.e., Getting Products from Products Module to Deals Module.The image is shown below:Now, when I select Products in that field, the Amount Field in Deals Module should automatically calculate the Total Price of the Products. Email templates switching between workflows
Hi there, I have two workflows set up to send out two emails with links to two different surveys. The emails themselves are identical, bar the link to the survey. Zoho sheet view is not working
I tried to use the zoho sheet view for twice, and it worked fine, while showing that message of instructions. The moment, i decided not to need to show the instructions page again, i stopped being able to load the "zoho sheet view" again. Hi We only want to manage our suppliers in our CRM. We dont need to keep track of customers. We're not selling anything! Can I rename the Leads module to 'Suppliers' or is that considered bad form? Is it better for me to create a new module called 'Suppliers'? Thanks

I know the product details field in invoices and quotes says that it's not editable but I really need to edit them cause they don't apply to my product. I need a different setup for it since I operate a travel agency. What can I do? Any suggestions?
Quote Customisation - Product Details
Our quote requirements seem to fall outside of the standard customisation that is available. The quotations we generate do not relate to held stock neither do they have a simple, single price. We quote for the removal of products offering a potential value for any that can be resold. On the quotation, we will need to add in each product line product description (free text), quantity, processing charge, a supplemental charge for additional services and then the total which is essentially (Return*Quantity)-(Processing*Quantity)-(Supplement*Quantity)

Quote Total NaN
Does anyone else have an issue when creating quotes with the total being NaN, therefore it won't save and you have to start again!!! I have some quotes set up with product lines which I clone and then adjust to different customer needs. The problem usually happens when i try to edit the template, or move the product lines around. Copy Customization: switching off all extensions for how long ?
Good morning. I like to copy customization of our CRM to another account. But I see I need to switch of Zoho Books extension. I can't shut off this extension as there are synchronisation between Books and CRM and Zoho Finance module. How long do I need to have the extension switched off ? Wizards - Looping Problem
Guys, Maybe I am missing something here. I watched several Zoho produced Wizard explainer videos in which it clearly shows how to add "previous" buttons that link to prior screens. SCREEN 1 - SCREEN 2 - SCREEN 3 works (via linking screens) SCREEN 2 - SCREEN 3 (via next) - SCREEN 2 (via previous) creates a loop error. When I do this in my wizards, however, it creates a "looping" error and I cannot save the wizard. Anything obvious that jumps out that you guys tripped over? JV

Blueprint stopped working
I have a blueprint that has been working fine for over a month in the Leads module in a particular view. I have made no changes at all over the weekend to the system other than looking at Zoho Flow (but not configuring a Flow). This morning the Blueprint is not moving from one stage to the other. When I select the Blue Process button it creates the task associated with the flow but does not move the Lead to the next step. Gmail IMAP Sync - Email Reports
Hi, I've been combing the documentation trying to get an answer to this, however I can't find anything concrete. Our CRM users have connected their Gmail accounts to the CRM through IMAP via the Mail Addon. It's syncing correctly, with the emails being linked to the contacts etc. So that's working fine. What we're trying to do now is start reporting on the emails that are being sent to our clients, in order to track the activity of our Sales Team for their KPIs.
