Sending Mass emails, cannot find fields/buttons
I am new to Zoho and I have just upgraded to the paid Standard version. I have read the article on: https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/kb/crm/connect-with-customers/email/articles/mass-emails#Send_and_Schedule_Mass_Emails Most what is in the above tutorial is not available to me. I can't find certain fields. "1. Select any module" "2. Choose Records from the list of records > click Send email" I really cannot find the "Send Email" button. Later on you are mentioning the "More" icon. Where is it? I can't

We have added some new formulas to a module and tried doing a mass update to get the formulas to run on all 8000 records and it won't work. Currently the only is as follows: Open record in edit mode Save record With the volume we have to go through it seems crazy not to have another solution...
Sending Email Alert When New Lead Created Through Web Form
I've created my website using Zoho sites and included a CRM form on the site that automatically creates a lead when someone submits the form. But, I not able to get the workflow to automatically send out an email alert to the lead owner when the new lead is created. I followed the instructions at https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/automation/workflow-rules.html, but to no avail. Can anyone provide any assistance? Thanks

Notes from Lead conversion
By default notes entered onto a lead carry over to contact once convert is clicked. Is there a way to make the notes go over to the associated account page instead? Sorry if this has already been answered, I read a post saying that lead conversion isn't customisable currently. If this is the case, please inform me if/ when this will be implemented

About Product Details
When do you plan to have customization of Product Details available? I really need to be able to either remove it or customize it. We are a service business and cannot use this software until the Product Details can have a Description, Quantity, Unit Price, and Sub-Total. Those are the only needed columns and the creation of this type of section should not be too difficult. My idea for ZOHO is to create either two or three different Product Details sections that a company administrator can choose
Mass email: only 20 mails allowed per day ( instead of 250)
Today I have upgraded to the paid Standard version of Zoho CRM. I am now experiencing that there is a daily limit of 20 (mass) mails per days, see enclosed screenshot. I have been informed that it should be 250 per day. Can you clarify?
Imported Zero value shows as blank in Zoho CRM
Hi guys, I have a number field in an external application mapped to a currency field in Zoho CRM. All values import correctly - for instance 9 shows up in Zoho as $9.00. Except for 0. When 0 is sent, the Zoho currency field remains blank. Is this the correct behavior in Zoho CRM? If so, is there a workaround? (I have confirmed that the integration is indeed sending the 0 value) Thanks! Dave
Convert Leads to Contacts only, instead of Contacts+Deals?
Hi all! For our use-case, each Contact always enters a Deal, and only one Deal (ever). We use Kanban view for Leads and Deals, moving the Leads and Deals along their respective pipelines, until closed. Working this way is OK, but it seems unnecessary to split the customer's info between the Contact and the Deal, and needing to update some information in the Contact, some in the Deal. Would it be reasonable instead to just convert Leads only into Contacts, and not create Deals upon conversion? Seems
Can't access ZohoSpark
Hello, my friend is trying to access ZohoSpark using his old account and gets this error: "Your Zoho CRM account has been disabled and you will not be able to access it. Please contact your Zoho CRM administrator for access." And he can't create a new one because of this. Any options? Would really appreciate, thanks.

Permission to assign a record to another user
Dear Sir/Madam, We have recently noticed that users do not have the permission to change the field "Account/lead owner" and to assign records to each other. We did not do any changes in the setup. Multi Currency USD and MXN Format Problem
Hi I recently switched-On the multicurrency feature for Zoho CRM and I have an issue with your set format for my local currency and for the USD currency My local Currency is "Mexican Peso - MXN" we use is as $ 1,234,567.89 or sometimes as $ 1,234,567.89 MXN. but Zoho decided that I can only use either "MX$" or "MXN" without the "$" symbol as an option... I would have preferred the symbol by itself and there is also no option to have the "MXN" after the amount instead of before. And now for the USD

Syncronization of merged records
I've been notified by the Zoho support team that merging records (accounts/contacts) from CRM will not replicate to Desk, and vice-versa. I understand that this applies of for other zoho apps. I wanted to raise this discussion as it is a major lacking function. We have the CRM as the main contact repository, and needing to perform duplicate work (maintaining duplicate contacts/accounts from DESK AND CRM) will not fly. Hello - I've setup both Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns and I've integrated the two so the campaign results are automatically sent to CRM - very cool. I've been trying to figure out the best way to alert my sales team when someone open and/or clicks on an email. I can obviously filter my leads and contacts down by campaign and activity but ideally I'd like to create a follow-up task for the lead/contact when the open/click. Spam Control in CRM
Is there a SPAM setting in CRM like there is in Desk? Which removes current and future emails from a specific email address? We use Desk for our Help Desk and receive some span to the emails linked to Desk. In Desk we can mark the contacts as SPAM which will remove them and put them in a SPAM folder. We have Desk and CRM synced with a bi-directional sync on contacts and leads. We want to have the contacts that are marked as SPAM in Desk to automatically mark the contacts or leads in CRM as well

Hi folks, we've been tracking our AdWords campaigns in Zoho for about half a year now. Most data ends up in Zoho, or so it seems, although sometimes there's only the GCLID. Cost per Click and Cost per Conversion are usually not reported, even when the other data (such as Ad Network or Ad Campaign name) are given, sometimes they do show up. The field "conversion export status" shows "not started" in most case, and is empty in a few others. Any clue why this is so? I tried searching for a solution
