Subform into Inventry Template in ZOHO CRM
I am working in Travel industry. Sometimes i need to have a subform in the Zoho inventry template to create a quote. (basically they are flight itinerary). Can zoho please consider let us add a subform in the inventory/email template please?
Viewing Layout
I am the Administrator and the User I have created 3 new Layouts for Leads. When I create a Lead it asks me which Layout do I want to use for the Lead. No problem that works fine. I have also created a few test Blueprints that seem to working fine. My problem is I can not select the different views when I open up a Lead. When I open up an old lead I do not see the choice to use a different view. Before I created the most recent layout which has a unique field I could see all the Layouts. Now I can't

Zoho IP addresses used to access a customer's IMAP and STMP ports
I am trying to setup the IMAP and SMTP integration for a customer. IMAP isn't enabled by their IT company. They won't enable it until I can tell them the range of IP addresses (belonging to Zoho) that would be accessing the IMAP and SMTP port because they don't want to expose those ports to the world - is this something that you give out? Or, are you close to releasing a true Exchange connector that doesn't required IMAP and SMTP?

User Profiles in Portals - ie restricting products to resellers

I tried to reference below https://www.zoho.com/crm/developer/docs/csharp-sdk/configuration.html article but it shows implementation in app.config while we have appsetting.json. Also it is stated here that we need to manually generate token which would expire in certain time. I would like to generate token when we request the zoho api. Any help is much appreciated
Inactive Contacts - How to Hide Them
In our previous CRM, we could store inactive contacts (retired, terminated, etc.) of our accounts, but also reduce their visibility. So for example, if we created a note, inactive contacts would not show up on the list of contacts to choose from. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to apply this condition to contacts in a Zoho CRM?

Hello, I spent 3 hours making an e-mail template. When I went to save it, I started to write in a file name and it disappeared. Now I can't find it. I hadn't saved it up until then. I clicked on return and ended up on the saved list of templates. It's seems strange without the progress we've made in IT that I would have lost it. Does it get backed up any more ? It's urgent.

Dear Zoho community, I'd like to be able to hover over my tabs (Contact, Deal etc) and see the most recent records in a pop-up which I can then click on. Can you advise how to achieve that? Or any other suggestions about quick access to recent records?

I have our Facebook Ads and Calendly feeding information into Zoho Leads. I'm having a problem that is continues to duplicate information and over-writing fields. Hi all, are there any solution to set an upload field to be mandatory. My use case is: In the Account module, Account Status is Open/Active and a upload field. Hello everybody, I'm trying to add some automated scoring into our system. For some reason it works a treat in Leads, and Contacts but I've got nothing for Touch Point scoring in our Deals... Making a zoho.crm.updaterecord function work even if a few values in the passed map are of the wrong type.
Basically what I'm asking for is whether there's some mechanism of exception handling. Let's say we have the following key:value mappings: values = {key1: value1, key2:value2, ... ... }; And then we run the function: zoho.crm.updateRecord("Module",ModuleId,values); In case one of the values in the passed parameter ends up causing the script to bug, or not run, is it possible for it to update the records which were not causing any issues? I'm trying to debug one problem that's causing one of my scripts

Hi there, I just tried to use the meta data api to retrieve the list of fields from "Approvals". However the response is just nothing. My requests work with ALL other modules, but this fails: https://www.zohoapis.eu/crm/v2/settings/fields?module=Approvals Why? Further I recognized, that the field Meta Data for "Activities" return multiple times a field "Tag" Why?
